This week has been pretty good. Humidifier died on Sunday, picked up a new one and the temp rose to 79. Plant wilted for the first 8 hours or so and then settled into her new environment. She is sitting in a RDWC with a Liberty Haze that needed to get more nutes, so I bumped the nutes up to 600 ppm. She hasn’t missed a beat. So far this strain hasn’t given me any problems whatsoever. Knock on wood it stays that way! Slight smell coming off of her, no particular notes, just a plant smell. 4 nodes in and the 5th is sprouting. I’ll be topping and training soon!

I provided you with a close up video of each plant and one video where i go through tent and try to focus some nice buds individually.. Dont have anything important to share here but that i started flushing 5 days ago with a mild solution of 400 ppm - terpinator and mammoth. She has very nice hash smell, she will produce a very nice smoke and hash as i ordered those bubblebags.. All girls are coated with resin and so damn sticky, her branches started to fall down so i had to tie them to hold each other. Waiting for them trichomes to turn amber as i want her true indica experience.

Week 3: OH BOY, just look at the ladies reach for the sky! Just been alternating feeding and watering at 2 Oz of water per plant every 3 days. I also upped the cal-mag and will be switching out to week 3 nutrients after they go into 7 gallon containers. Probably gonna transplant in the next day or so and I'll be keeping one Oeroz for a mother to pull clones from in the future. Otherwise everything seems to be going well, stay tuned because we will be training after a few days once the transplant shock wears off. Gonna run 4 mains on each plant, seemed to work well for the last set of ladies, Ill just try to be more consistent with spacing and training low and flat. EDIT: Forgot to add that I sprayed down all the ladies with Crop Defender 3, if you have not heard of it, it is an OMRI certified Pesticide and fungicide. Figured that I would hose them down now so I can get full coverage.

Week 21 of the Pineapple Upside Down has been a slow, steady week of adaptation. Nothing dramatic happened, but this phase is crucial, because the plant is still adjusting to the new light spectrum. At the start of the week, I had bumped the PPFD up to around 500. But it became obvious pretty quickly that she wasn’t handling that intensity well. The apex looked tired, the leaves were curling downward like a soft saddle, and the whole plant was signaling that the metabolic shift wasn’t complete yet. So I made the decision to step the intensity back down to 300 PPFD. A gentler light, less metabolic pressure, and a better environment for the plant to recalibrate after the spectrum change. These adaptation phases always take time— forcing it only delays the recovery. Over the next few days, I started noticing some very subtle signs. The apex seems to be lifting again, and the leaves that were curling now look like they’re slowly opening back up. It’s still too early to confirm anything, so I’m keeping expectations realistic. Right now, visual impressions are all we have, and the plant still needs space to stabilize. For this stage, the strategy is simple: no adjustments, no extra stress, no forced progression. We keep the light at 300 PPFD and let her rebuild her momentum naturally. Only when she gives a clear, confirmed sign of vigor—not just a hint— will we start considering the transition to flower. So Week 21 was a quiet-looking week, but an important one metabolically. The plant is processing the spectrum change, resetting its rhythm, and hopefully setting the foundation for a clean, strong pre-flower phase. We’ll check back next week to see if the recovery continues and whether she’s finally ready to move forward. 😎

Chug chug chug! I think I have about a week or two left for most of them and probably like 4 of these will need an extra week or so aha. Frosting up beautifully; the camera does no justice! But I believe I should start reducing my feed or either flush with molasses and kelp like I’ve grown fond of doing come close to harvest time. Again the smells emanating from this tent is so beautiful, candy sweet orangey smells 🌬️🌬️🌬️

Hello everybody :) End of the ninth week of flowering. Some of the lady's change color slightly. Probably next week will be the las for Power Plant, Wild Thailand and Critical Haze - yeaap they are almost ready for harvest :) The rest definitely need two more weeks. Due to the fact that we have here mainly sativas, including powerful haze genetics, they are not very dense, but still very oily and sticky :)

Performed as advertised, some bud rot bear harvest on #1 but two weeks of fog 8 hours a day will do that. Although in saying that, #2 had zero rot or WPM, so that's pretty impressive considering the season IMO. Harvested after 7 weeks flower, but they were showing reds and wanted to avoid any more issues due to crappy weather. Harvest totals Plant #1. 295g bud and 270g trim Plant #2. 476g bud and 200g trim All fan leaves were removed before drying so trim is mostly sugar leaves packed with THC. Great for hash 👍

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. Fust Buds Originals Amnesia Haze 5th week of flowering completed 18th Jan 2020 Welcome back to my diary of the FBT02 plant aka amnesia haze. This is plant is developing a little slower than the others , but I put that down to the haze genetics and she will probably need a bit longer to mature than the others. Absolutely no worries there from me as I don't wanna rush her. Thanks for checking out my latest update for this week 🙏

Also guys I am new to Grow diaries and only recently realised that I have been filling in the weeks wrong....well not sure but I have seen how others start their diaries & and I'm taking notes for future grows and next updates. unfortunately the week didn't go as planned. i discovered mouldy spots on her and decided to harvest part of her earlier. the mould hadn't progressed that far yet, so it wasn't a huge loss. i harvested a total of 101g wet. let's see what the rest of the plant will bring on the scales? from the state of flowering she will certainly need another good 2-3 weeks or even longer, let's see. but she coped well with the partial harvest.

Starting to stretch a lot 3 plants 32 in the rest about 24. Have about 2 feet left until max light height. Do you think they will get that tall?
