This grow had ups and downs and I really learned a lot, thanks to everyone who shared their wisdom! Considering how very little I fed the plant, I'm surprised she even made it to harvest. The majority of her bud was mainly in the one man cola that made up 95% of plant. I didn't have much trimming to do at all. The buds are more airy than I would like, but probably my fault. She dried in 4 days and have been curing for 9 days. I took a small sample off of the main bud to get an early taste so I could complete the diary. The smell has a spicy, berry, and pine aroma. There is an earthy smell to it that is fading during the cure. I think they dried a little fast as the humidity has been very low. The first hit (vaporizer) had a piney taste and was a little heavy. I think it's just still to moist on the inside and hope it thins out over time. The flavor turned to the burnt popcorn taste rather quickly, but there was still some green in the chamber, so assume more curing will help. Overall, I am happy with my first grow. I was able to yield enough to last me to next harvest!

Day 8 Flower Hi growers, the end of week one has arrived. The plants seem to be happy. They’re starting to shoot up, new growth has that light green color, old growth is still dark green. I fed with Remo transition feed and and added green planet rezin. I think I may have been under watering as I realized there’s way more than 20% perlite…maybe closer to 45%. I’m going to start watering every 2 days, more coco style rather than soil with a dry back like I normally do. I think that could be the reason for the slower growth in veg regardless of light height and intensity with optimum environment and vpd. I was going to weave the new growth into the open squares, but historically it has caused those tops to be shorter at the end. So if they grow tall, I’ll add another level of trellis net and fill the squares of the upper net. Until then I’m just tucking the leaves on this very leafy plant. Heavy Defo will be on day 14. She has got a stank to her already. When watered or manipulated she has this skunky sour smell that I’m already intrigued by. Still have 2 months and 1 month of cure to wait ugh…..patience 👎🏻 I am having a bit of difficulty dialing in the Vipar Spectra XS2000. It seems very powerful for my setup especially in veg, I’ll try 50% in veg next time. You can see how stacked the buds are in the pics. I’ve raised it up 6” from the top of the tent to hopefully get some stretch. It’s heat output is good at keeping my tent at 77-81 at 100%. I am very interested to see how it grows the FastBuds autos once the SLH is done. That tent will have the XS2000, FastBuds Autos grown with Gaia Green Organics. Leider ist es gerade sehr windig, so dass Makro-Aufnahmen nicht möglich sind. Es vertrocknen bereits mehr Stempelhaare als neue nachwachsen. Vielleicht wird sie gleichzeitig mit der Durban Poison fertig, was mich vor logistische Platzprobleme bei der Trocknung stellt. Wieviel Wasser wird benötigt um einen 72l. Topf zu flushen oder erledigt das das Wetter von selbst outdoor? Its feathers at the tips of the shoots are beginning to turn reddish brown. It has survived the main flowering period and is now continuing to ripen. I couldn't find any more mould; treating it with isopropanol worked very well, thanks for the tip @Comfrey. Unfortunately, it's very windy at the moment, so macro shots are not possible. More pistil hairs are drying up than new ones are growing back. Perhaps it will be ready at the same time as the Durban Poison, which presents me with logistical space problems when it comes to drying. @FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. 12-16-2024 - Plants continue to do well. Found some rust spots on several of the leaves for the Granite Runtz...could be a bit of over-feeding as I top dressed recently despite being on Grow Dots...not too worried about it though. These guys are drinking like crazy so there is plenty of time between feedings where they're getting a little flush action. I'm going to guess that we're about 3-5 weeks out from chopping these down and I'm impressed with their size so far. Now I'm really just waiting for the buds to continue developing and see what kind of size we can put on these gals. This grow has gone unbelievably well and I feel like I have the tent dialed in pretty good. More to come! 12-17-2024 - Well this morning the girls got a bath in Recharge and Sweet Berry. They were very thirsty! The nuggs on these plants are getting massive and I'm expecting to see branches start to struggle to carry the load. At this point I'd say they're probably 3-4 weeks out from chop...but that is a very loose estimate. I'll keep a close eye on them as we go. Having so much fun watching these girls grow huge. CANNOT wait to weigh these things dry. I really think I'm gonna be close to a pound with this tent. 12-19-2024 - Got some nutrient burn going on with the Granite Runtz...just the top leaves and other than some orange speckles on the leaves the flowers look good and overall the plant looks healthy. The GR's have by far the thickest/most dense flowers of the three. The Frosted Cherry O's look very balanced and is the most attractive plant in the tent. The Mystery Seed, which is the only one I topped, is just growing in every direction and has tons of flowers but is clearly behind the rest in terms of maturity. I'd say in a few days to a week it'll be much thicker. Today I watered each plant with 3 Liters of dechlorinated tap water PH'd to 6.5. I'll take a look at them on Saturday morning and see how dry they are. Basically they're drinking a half gallon of water per day. Probably 4 weeks out from harvest is my best guess right now.

On the 50th day, freezing of the leaves was done. it seems that it did not cause stress to the girl, and her leaves were all looking at the light the next day :) The girl drinks a lot, she needs 4.5 liters of water every 4 days, the girl received full nutrition on the 53rd day, the water ppm was 1100:) "strong girl -strong food ":D everything is going very well:) On the 56th day, when I came I saw condensation formed, the humidity showed 85%, I put a dehumidifier in the tent, so everything is fine :) good luck to everyone..Also, the girl received a "MarsHydro vetiliator" as a gift for her amazing growth :D she likes it :) she's happy - I'm happy :).

Just finishing week 2 of flower. All trimming has been completed on the lower branches. Had a slight Calcium deficiency, due to a mix-up with nutrients. Girls are back on track and looking great. Stay tuned as these girls are going to stack up nicely

Not quite made it to flowering yet. Hopefully sometime this week it will start. Good growth in one week though.
