She's doing very well. Gave her a little clean up today - removed some undergrowth that won't make to the top. Keeping her diet pretty much the same other than an increase in Cal-Mag this week - the other plant in my tent was showing signs of deficiency so I thought they'd both get a little boost since I've been treading lightly. She did a bit of stretching this week - grew about 5" taller! Looking forward to see some fattening of the buds! 👊 ----------- Day 65: PPM 668; PH 5.8. I think her drink is bit on strong side with PPMs increasing a bit since the rez change. Topped her off today with 3/4 gallon of filtered water to dilute things a bit. Sitting at 574 PPM; PH 6.2. Buds are starting to stack nicely and fatten. Day 66: PPM 553; PH 6.2. Let her be. Seems to be happier now that I've watered down her drink a little. Frost is starting to form around some of the buds and she's getting more fragrant. Day 67: PPM 584; PH 5.2. Gave her 3/4 gallon filtered water with light dose of nutes. She's now running at 553 PPM; PH 6.0. Day 68: PPM 563; PH 6.0. Let her be. Day 69: PPM 532; PH 5.8. Gave her 3/4 gallon filtered water/feed. Now at PPM 542; PH 6.2. Day 70: PPM 532; PH 5.1. Discovered my PH meter is toast and has been reading much higher than it should. Got a new meter and hopefully back on track. Thank goodness this plant is resilient. Gave her some PH up and sitting at 6.1.

Week 2 of veg and the plants are looking healthy and growing. It took the plants a good few days to get over the transplant shock. I understand now why you don't transplant auto-flowering plants. Day 13 of Veg: The plants are looking healthy and producing new growth.

A week with lots of activity from my side, from the Gorilla's side, not so much. She stays behind and I can't find any other reason than genetics/seed quality. She is in exactly the same conditions as the other girls. I'm letting her do her thing. She will give some weed, well see how much. Maybe she is a late-bloomer. She does look lush and healthy so we do not understand but are learning. I put in the scrog net since her roommates need it and lowered the lights and started giving more flowering feed. The light is still awesome, the amount it puts out. We will never know if it was the age of the seeds or something else. What I do know is, it was the last time I use a third party seedbank, it is apparently too hard to keep fresh stock with too many strains. Until breeders put a production date o the packaging. Isn't it time someone said that? Cause lets keep it real, we are talking seeds that in any other case would have a cost of production of fractions of cents per seed. We pay what? 3 to 5 to maybe even 20 dollars a seed for an exceptional strain? Is it then too much too ask to put a friggin expiry date on the package? Or store them cooled? The breeder that does that and arranges a deal with third-parties that overstock can be sent back, packaging recycled, in exchange for fresh stock. Like any other fresh trade. For an industry making what, a billion worldwide, it is remarkable how many are still in the stoner with a garage / 80's trailer park, backwater funfair warranty, kinda customer service. Week 8: Nothing but water and wait for the rest of her time. She's beginning her flush so I figure a couple weeks and she'll be good to harvest 😎 This girl smells like Chem, Cherries and cream and she has really been putting on some weight here at the end. Her buds are deceptively dense and spear shaped. As the calyxes swell so do the trichs. Really interested to see what she smokes like.

So I have decided too pot up the 3 toronjaz girls into bigger pots, 1 because the older girl needed it but 2 also because I feel they needed space and a new home too stretch their roots out 🌱 The above blend will hopefully help these girls soldier through these first crucial weeks, let's keep our fingers crossed 🤞 I'll be doing light lst over the next week for the older girl, maybe top her end of week 3 maybe 4 depending on how she grows 🌱 Light feeds slow and steady will do as new too aptus buy I hope I can do well with them as they seem really simple too use and also their website has lots of usefull info incase I'm in need 🙏👏👊 These will be tidied up and given this space too their selves once my fastbuds testers in the back there are ready for new pots and their new space I have waiting 🌱

I really didn't expect these buds to explode like they did! This Sugar Black Roses looks soooo good and no deficiencies as far as i can tell! The Dyna-Gro and Jacks Classic Citrus mix is great! Got this nute schedule/mix from reading RM3 aka Riddleme's grows and guides/books on forums and his own forum which has his book posted.

First week of flower, looking good so far in the first few days. Really noticing it stretching out and the tops are popping more now. Very excited to see the whole flowering process. The bloom nutrients when mixed with the kelp and calMag brings it to exactly 6.5pH I used to have to use pH up with the grow and down still for straight water as my tap water is 8.3pH Added in a Friend (Bloody Skunk Auto) for a hydroponic grow but took out a few days later and moved under my desk to give it a 24hr light schedule to help get her going and move back in after a week and leave in there. Plant has been doing fantastic this week, no longer seeing any issues. New growth looks great. She's looking really good. Been watering 4L every two days and feed every 2 waterings. Using CalMag with straight watering feeding. 540ppm (baseline tap water is 298-320ppm) Adjusted second fan to blow better on the very top. Haven't adjusted the lights and let the plant grow to it within 30cm distance as recommended by spiderfarmer. Will start to raise next week as plant grows taller to maintain the distance. No signs of tacoing so just leaving where it is.

03/31/25: Today was a major milestone in the grow: all five plants were transplanted into 1-gallon AirPots and topped above the 3rd node. I also cleaned up everything below node two, leaving each plant with two strong, healthy nodes to begin shaping their structure for the vegetative phase. Normally, I wouldn’t combine transplanting and topping on the same day, as both are stress-inducing events. However, the plants looked robust and healthy, showing no signs of weakness. Because of this, I felt confident they could handle the dual stress. Still, I expect them to take the next 2–3 days to recover, after which I anticipate they’ll bounce back with even more vigor. Each plant was moved into a 1-gallon AirPot, which encourages air pruning and promotes a more fibrous, expansive root system. During transplant, I sprinkled mycorrhizal fungi directly near the rootball of each plant to help stimulate root colonization and increase nutrient uptake during this critical phase. On inspection, the roots were healthy and white, showing no signs of being rootbound—making this the perfect window for transplanting without risking transplant shock or root constriction. The newly potted plants were placed back into the 4x4 tent, now sitting about 36 inches (approximately 91.5 cm) below the AC Infinity S44 light, which is set to 40% power. This provides a PAR reading of around 360 µmol/m²/s, which is well-suited for early veg. To begin early phenotype tracking, I’ve labeled the plants as PP1 through PP5: • PP1: Most vigorous plant so far • PP2: Slightly behind PP1 in size and growth rate • PP3–PP5: Showing very similar growth characteristics, slightly more compact If early vigor is any indication of sex, I would guess that PP1 and PP2 may be male, while PP3 through PP5 could be female. That said, this is purely speculative—true sex traits won’t reveal themselves until preflower, and many vigorous plants end up being female as well.
