September 25, 2021 Tons of growth this week. Its fun looking back at the pictures from a week ago compared to today, what a good week for these girls! They tripped in size in just a few days. The main stem on both plants is thick and strong. And I'm seeing significant signs of pre-flowering, especially with the Dinafem Critical+. That's super fast IMO. 4 weeks from seed to the start of flowering, 3 weeks from seedling. 👊 Fast Buds Blackberry is shorter but much stockier, with nice fat leaves. Definitely indica dominant. She hasn't started showing any purple yet, but that should start to develop in the flowering phase. I'm starting to see some pistols develop, but not as many as the Critical+. Its going to be exciting to watch both of these ladies through the flowering process. The Coast of Maine Stonington Blend is treating the girls very well, I'm very happy with the results so far. It is a little hot, I do see slight signs of nutrient burn on some leaf tips and also notice what looks like nitrogen toxicity on the tops. Nothing major, but it shows me there is still plenty of nutrition available in the soil. So far, this has been a water only grow, with a little Recharge once in a while. If they do start showing signs of nutrient deficiencies I'll start feeding them, but I'm very curious if they can make it from seed to harvest with only the nutrients available in the soil. Hi Growmies, I feel I had a root issue, may have even been root rod. So as I saw a few of the very deeply submerged roots turning brownish and decay, I decided to generously cut away the affected areas and cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide as good as I could and then properly rinsed the whole system. It seems, however, like she has started a whole new set of roots that started to submerge after I started feeding the orca from plant success (can be seen in the video below). Can highly recommend this product! She has also not show any signs of stress due the suspected root issues. Other than that she is a super pretty indica lady :) almost crazy how symmetrical she is. I have trained all main colas horizontally until the canopy had evenly opened up. Now I will let her grow towards the scrog and depending on her stretch, I will flip her at some point towards the middle or end of next week. #Terple bred inhouse Genetic ready for the chop at day 56. She came out very pretty this round. The smoke on this is smooth, sweet, and complex. A good mix of #tropicannacookies and #Slurricane with Oranges and Lavender notes. Stretchy girl with long legs but she's a quick finisher with respectable yield. If you can find beans of this strain you need to get them asap.

Week 5 My little plant is still developing well and gaining in size. Granted, with limited light comes limited growth but I was expecting that from the get go. I'm happy with the progress and the plant is soon due for its first defoliation.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Great second week of flower. She’s getting a nice flower stretch. Info and photos were taken 12 days into flower. Beginning of the week was 50cm and is now at 62cm tall. That's 12cm in one week!! 👏👏👏 Feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more. How do they ask for more? When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water. I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount. I start reducing if it takes longer to dry. That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. 👍 Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand. She’s looking good and healthy. Nice lime green color going.. Plenty of new growth every where. Smell is starting to be a little noticeable but nothing stinky yet. There’s a few main colas that are standing out and stacking nicely. Haven’t done any work on her since the 12/12 defoliation. When 21 days passes I’ll give her a nice defoliation and taking away unwanted under growth. Very happy with how she turned out. Jack herer auto is looking great forca 100 watt grow. She appears to be toward the end if bulking. I inspected some trichromes today, and it was not close enough for my liking to start a flush fade process. I have been growing her under the spider farmer SF-1000, in Athena blended line nutrition. It looks like it will be a good grow for a 100 watt light. So I decided to drop a berry cookie into DWC for ol time sake. Trying to squeeze one more grow in before the summer. Anyways she's been in her basket for a week now and she seems to be digging it so far. No roots showing yet but she's young yet. New growth coming in for sure so the roots are definitely growing just a long the basket and the clay pebbles. Probably getting adequate water for now but I'm sure by next week we'll be seeing some nice beautiful white roots!

She started out as the most vigorous grower, but may have been too quick for her own good. She began having deficiencies early on which were easy to address, but they came back intermittently. Ultimately she didn’t thicken up quite as much as I would have liked, but the trichome coverage is much higher than the Sour Kush.

As we hit day 56 of my cannabis grow journey 7 plants 3 LST 3 Normal 1 Top. Let's catch up on how the Gorilla Glue strain is doing: Plant Growth: The Gorilla Glue plants are standing tall, measuring between 40-45cm, with the ones under low-stress training (LST) slightly shorter. Despite the unpredictable weather, they're thriving, boasting lush foliage and dense bud formations hinting at the upcoming harvest. It's clear that each plant has benefited from the TLC poured into their care. Nutrient Regimen: With flowering in full swing and the weather throwing curveballs, I've tweaked the nutrient mix to ensure the buds get the support they need. Alongside the usual Bio Bloom, Autogrow nutrients, SST Juice, Guano, and Worm castings tea, I've introduced Rockbastyk, a supplement tailored for the end of the flowering stage. It's all about giving them the best shot at success. Observations: The weather has been all over the place, with temperatures fluctuating like crazy. Despite this, the Gorilla Glue plants are soldiers, adapting to whatever nature throws at them. They've shown incredible resilience, proving that they're up for any challenge. The Low-Stress Training (LST) plants are a prime example of this resilience, despite their shorter stature. Their buds are flourishing, filling every nook and cranny thanks to the LST technique. However, one plant got a bit too stressed and ended up stunted. I'm keeping a close eye on it, giving it the extra care it needs to bounce back. The untouched plants are also holding their own, growing bigger with "fluffier" buds. It's fascinating to see how they compare to the manipulated ones. As for the topped plant, it hit a rough patch with stunted growth initially. But it's bouncing back nicely now, sporting four main apex buds, albeit a tad behind schedule. Last week, I did a major trim to tackle the bushy look that was getting out of hand. I made sure to only remove what was necessary, allowing for proper photosynthesis and nutrient distribution to continue uninterrupted.
