I want to start LST on Day 23. I will just bend her down and tie the leaves to the side. Every Strain is doing really good, im watering them all 3 days adding the nutritions above. But i also see some strains that didnt like the overwatering at the start. And i burned my strawberry gorilla a bit with waterdrops on the leaves. but she seems to be unimpressed by that. Today i also noticed a very little smell when i opened my tent. im curious which one is making this scent, it was really sweet. i raised the light intensity from 70% to 85%, leavin the rest for bloom. Day 24: i watered them yesterday with about half a litre of water. i included lacalva stress treatment before making the LST. i kind of feeling like im a bit too late, but we will see. Day 26: we had a blackout, because a constructionworker hitted the main cable. 2,5 hours less light, im so glad that these are automatics! Day 27: Damn guys, i think i did bad on this LST stuff. all of them are really bushy and very strong showing upward. in my first grow, i never had these issues. but all of the stems are so huge. they are close to be bigger than the final stem of my first grow. i think i need to defoliate them soon. i removed the wire and let them do what they want, until they get to know the net.

Really starting to frost up and beautiful smells ranging from sweet earth to danky dank. Struggling 2 keep humidity down and had 2 cut a small amount of mold from Finnish frost:( added trays of moisture crystals 2 combat but need a dehumidifier.

I knew they could take more than 12h, but I was managing remotely, and I thought anything but 12-12 would require , say, 18h for 6 weeks, 16 for 2, 12hr for flush period (I'm aware had I given them more light it wouldnt have taken 12-13 weeks.) On the positive side, I saved a picture of a "best case" Creme Mandarine bud, and reasoned my way to "Yeah mine will probably be 35% as nice, in quality, yield etc." - Sure, these arent Cup winners, but FUCK ME, did they turn out so much better than i expected. Video is day 34. They are starting to flower now. Still in 1litre pots Which I might finish them in as I'm tight on space right now. We will see. Either easy there looking happy.

1.20.2024: Time to gives this a go. 2.3x2.3 tent, XS1500 light, 2 gal fabric pots. Pots filled with FFOF(90%) & Perlite(10%.) Don't ask me why I chose 90/10. Nutrents are the FF Trio. Freebee seed from Humboldt Seed Co(Emerald Fire OG Auto.) Decided to germinate directly into the medium. Light is at 50% power at 2.5ft from the top of the pot(s). I'll have the light running 24hrs until it sprouts(fingers crossed it does.) I sprayed the top soil with pH 6.5 water when i stuck the seeds in then placed clear plastic cups over the seed location. My 4inch fan is on the way and it comes with a monitor for temp and humidity....no idea what current stats are. Just hope the damn thing spouts. Fingers crossed. More to come. 1.24.2024: We've sprouted! 1.25.2024: Took the lil domes off, opened 2/3 vents for some circulation. Been misting the top soil just to keep it moist with 6.5ph water. I also "bottom fed" 12oz of water just to keep things lubricated. On the fence about when to give the plants a proper watering. Might keep things going "as is" for the next two days. Inline fan and associated hygrometer comes tomorrow(1.26) so i'll finally have an idea on what the current stats are in the tent. Will make adjustments at that point in time. Light is 2.5 ft from soil at 50%. 1.26.2024: Inline fan came yesterday. Only set up the probe just to understand temp and humidity. With the light at 50%, 2 ft from the soil, all vents closed except one(1) port at the top, my current temp hovers around 79 and the RH is 50%. After setting up a humidifier, i'm now running 75 degrees, 64% RH and VPD .58. All within tolerance. I can already tell it will be a delicate dance managing heat, exhaust fan speed and humidity. Still haven't given the plant more than 2 cups of water and i'm only watering when the soil is dry. Tomorrow(1.27) marks 1 week since the seed was dropped. Plan is to lightly water the entire pot when dry for the next week or until growth really kicks in.

Week 6 flower, half way there! Buds are starting to fill in now and getting some decent frost. A couple of tops are getting more light than others, and fattening a bit more and looking real nice. It looks like there is some purple starting to come out at the tops. She is strong and will go as fast as the soil and environmental conditions will allow her to. Hand watered in Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17, otherwise water drip is running on same schedule. Just using straight tap water that sits in a 30 gallon reservoir with a submergible water pump running 24/7 breaking surface and aerating water. Water comes out the tap @ 7ph and less than 15ppm. Not a bad plant to harvest, trim jail was about 2 hours long. She is now in the herb dryer hopefully getting a slow dry. Then cure for a couple weeks and will update the smoke report and add some more pictures. Thanks for following.
