Day 16 Veg: This week has dragged by watching these girls set up for their race. They are smaller than the other strains in general and the quickest to the end of flower so I will be very gentle with their training and height control. The LOS girl took her time to settle down but has now began to catch up and looks a lot better than she did. They have been put on their coco feeds at the lowest rate now so should be ready for their burst for flowering. I top dressed the LOS girl#1 with life-cycle to get her bennies moving quicker and have given the pots a decent watering too. They will get a fimming I think as I don't want to stunt their height at all as they are going to be shorter than the other strains. now begins the long wait till the next update.!. lol

This week in my grow room has been full of developments. First, I added additional lights because I couldn't get the relative humidity (RH) under control. I ordered a dehumidifier, but it will take a few weeks to arrive, so I had to find a temporary solution. I also emptied the reservoir and refilled it with fresh water and nutrients. I secured the net to ensure it stays in place under tension. In two days, I plan to switch the light schedule to 12/12, hoping the plants will stretch a bit during the switch to avoid having overly large buds that aren't evenly spread. Seventeen hours later, I decided to keep the lights on a 16/8 schedule for a few more days. The plants are starting to show signs of something happening, so I want to see how they develop. I will keep you updated on the progress. Then, I received a message from my supplier that the dehumidifier would arrive today. Great news—time to spice things up! On June 2nd, the dehumidifier arrived, and I managed to get my Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) to 1.17! This is fantastic news, and I'm very curious how this will affect water usage. The dehumidifier seems pretty powerful, with water literally dripping out of the hose, so I'm no longer worried about high humidity levels. It's a shame it doesn't have a range setting, but I couldn't expect more for the price. I'm considering ordering the Dimlux Auxbox to set a working range and separate day/night settings. Thankfully, the dehumidifier has an auto-restart function after a power loss. On June 3rd, the night is over, and while my values are now more stable, I haven't noticed any significant differences in water absorption. What I do notice is that the pots seem much drier. The difference in leaf temperature compared to the room temperature has increased slightly, now about a 2˚C difference, indicating that evaporation has increased somewhat. Despite the dehumidifier cooling the air, the room temperature has risen. This is explainable since dry air heats up faster than humid air. The CO2 heater is also running significantly longer. So, although there are no immediately visible differences, there are indeed some changes. Today is the last short night of 8 hours, and tomorrow will be the first night of 12 hours. I am contemplating doing a 10-hour night first and will decide later tonight. After closely reviewing the video footage, I noticed some divergent colors on the leaves. My pH is currently 6.4, which I had adjusted to compensate for the low pH last week—a foolish decision in coco, I know. I plan to make videos of each individual plant for my records to investigate further. The light is too intense to inspect them up close, so the videos will help me get a better look.

Day 35: The weeks seem to be flashing past now we have some buds to admire. Wedding Cake is storming the field in this tank and without doubt the leader of the pack. She feeds really well and shows no sign of slowing down at all. she is beginning to give of a really nice biscuit smell up close and touched and her sticky buds are certainly pushing oils out. She has a good deal of space to keep growing out and up into so heres to a 5-tier wedding cake at harvest. Black Ghost O.G is certainly a tryer and is putting some very frosty trichs and pistils out now to make up for her lack of size. I dont think it is an impressive grower but i dont doubt the hit that she will give from the building up of these trichs . Gorilla Glue#4 is being a typical GG#4 I am happy to say. she is falling under her oily buds weight on her skinny limbs and need a pinochio conversion to keep her upright so i got bits with the yo-yo's to keep her up. She smells so nice when touched but is so sticky she doesnt want to let go !. Now that her roots are not submerged entirely , her leaf colour has come back to a beautiful green again. She has a fairly decent size but I think quality over quantity will be a mantra I use for her yield. . Have a fun week until next time . keep it green and mean.

Day 120 Smells good buds are fatter and looking better then I thought last week, I flushed but I think I may have caused nutrient burn or nitrogen since my stems have turned purple also along the buds and tips or ideas of what I should try thanks Day 127 photos at the bottom

Third week is starting well, as you can see in the video and on pictures, the stems are strong and the seedlings didn’t go looney for the light like magic beans after being under the "wind" ... (the tip is free bro hit the like button and you won’t get Jack magic beans anymore 😄👍) Still lifting the pots, they are becoming light, I will certainly water them this week. Beginning is so awesome, there’s nothing to do except keeping the light at the right distance and lifting the pots 😄 [Day 18] Readjusting the pots under the light to make sure the plants don’t start to cover each other. [Day 19] Topping the plants at the 3rd node. Water 💦 (P.S: I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower , Mineralogist , Quality Control 🐞)

Shortly after they were switched to flowering (after week 3) the plants continue to stretch and then start to develop their first flowers. Now in week 7 all plants have very nice flower clusters all over the plant and side branches. They have grown to 45 cm (=Shiva Skunk on left side) and 40 cm (Serious Kush on right side of aisle) in height respectively and all plants have a nice dark green color, which shows they are healthy and also that the Advanced Nutrients schedule works like a treat. The Q6W-Gen.2 LED-Lamps are now dimmed to 100% (=three green LEDs on the dimmer) and work on FULL POWER, which ensures full fledged flower production. Both varieties have now started to exude their typical aroma. The Shiva Skunk starts to smell musky and sweet, while the Serious Kush smells 'gassy' and 'fuely' like its OG-Kush heritage. The flower clusters on the Serious Kush appear to grow denser than the clusters on the Shiva Skunk.

The plants are all really taking off nice bud growth and very healthy looking canopy. Plants are going through water every 3 days on the dot now. I have noticed that one plants buds are showing some purple hues but the others remain colorless so far. The Smell is really nice already. Very fruity it reminds me of fruit loops. My light is on full blast and the plants are praying nicely. There have been no signs of stress from the flip. I will likely defoliate a bit at the end of the week to make sure everything can get as much light as possible.

Lilly x White Widow is finishing up her bulking. I did a solution change a few days ago. She has about 2 weeks left. My biggest issue will be I have 5 plants all closet done that will be all finishing at once. So I gotta spave them out to get them all in the cannatrol. Everything is going well. The #2 plant has the most developed flowers of the three, with the other two just really starting to build their flowers beyond just a few scattered pistils. I'm continuing with daily monitoring of the AirCube reservoir, checking/adjusting ph and topping off with straight water. The solution strength in the reservoir is still hitting 650ppm but is starting to get discolored so I'll be doing a drain/refill in the next 48hrs before it gets funky. 11/17- Today I drained the reservoir and refilled it with straight well water that has a .3 EC(100ppm) to which I added Plagron's Cocos 'A' and 'B' in equal amounts, Green Sensation, and Royal Rush at 1ml/L and 2ml/L respectively. I also added the last dose of silica, then ph'd the solution to 5.7 @ 69℉. I also went through all three plants, adjusting their LST and tucking a few leaves that were blocking light. 11/19- The Strawberry Gorilla's are all progressing nicely into flower, and are all looking healthy. They are all starting to really form their flowers now and are all about equal in height. The #2 plant continues to be the one to watch as she's really going strong and has great structure and vigor. 11/21- There's two weeks of flower behind the Strawberry Gorilla's with the #2 by far in the lead. The other two continue to do well and are progressing through flower nicely, and will be catching up to the #2 rapidly. Between the three plants I'm sure they'll be completely covering their side of the 4x4! I'll be doing a drain/clean/refill on the AirCube reservoir tomorrow to give the girls a fresh dose of nutrients. Hope to see you next week.
