Hi folks, now it’s almost the end of the fourth week. Three days ago, I had to repot from a 1.5-liter container to an 11-liter fabric pot. Everything went smoothly. I was a bit nervous, but it turned out to be no problem. The roots have spread throughout the entire pot and along the edges, and they looked fresh and healthy. 🌿 She is growing very well in my opinion. Two of the lower leaves are yellow and limp, but the rest are beautifully green and juicy. Happy growing boysNgirls :)

Day 91, Power at 95% and lamp distance at 40cm. She’s looking almost ready now. Most of the trichomes are cloudy, with about 30% still clear, so I’d say another 7–10 days before harvest. Now ust plain water until chop day.

6/17 Buds are forming fast and furious now and the stretch has stopped. I’m happy with how it all looks so defoliation is over for the duration of the grow. The smells are starting to ramp up too. Opening the tent now gives off a subtle orange and vanilla smell. Only issue is that it’s been raining off and on now for the past week and my humidity levels in the tent are a little higher than I’d like. Not the end of the world though. 6/18 Upped the light a touch. The highest reading I can get is 670 PAR / 29 DLI, but some other bud sites at the top are only getting around 600 PAR. I suppose that’s a consequence of having my bar light that close to the canopy as the areas between the bars will have less light. I will just have to keep in mind to veg a little less next time. 6/21 Fan leaves are in an aggressive praying stance. I did start to see a few leaves with small yellow spots appearing. Before just assuming it’s the light I did some additional poking around and discovered my VPD was a bit too high. I broke out the humidifier so I can more easily maintain the correct RH and so far things look perfect and are now dialed in. I’ll leave the light as is for now since we’re still technically on the low side of things. 6/22 Looking in today I saw a few problem areas with leaves stacked up on top of each other. I decided to do one more round of defoliation, focusing on any leaves that are right up on other leaves or any leaves that were egregiously pushed onto the side of the tent. By the time I was done my forearms were sticky all over. Lots of additional frost on every bud site too. Everything is going nicely.

Woche 10 Grow Diary Mimosa x 🍊👊🏻 Barney’s Farm So ihr lieben, beide Damen sind nun geerntet und damit geht dieser Grow offiziell zu Ende. Es hat wirklich extrem viel Spaß gemacht diese Sorte anzubauen und ich kann sie absolut weiterempfehlen. Gerade gegen Ende von Woche 9/10 kamen nochmal richtig schöne Farben durch, die Blätter wurden immer pinker und selbst die Stämme waren teilweise komplett rosa verfärbt was das Ganze nochmal brutaler aussehen lassen hat. Die Buds sind schön frostig geworden und insgesamt lief der Grow echt entspannt durch. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Barney’s Farm für die Teilnahme an diesem Grow und natürlich auch danke für den ganzen Support während des Runs. Der nächste Grow wird dann mit Genetik von Green House Seed Co. weitergehen worauf ich schon extrem gespannt bin. Happy Growing Growmies 🌱💚

Buds fattening up

This is my first Grow Report at first i thought i messed up some seeds because 2 of them was for about 24 hours under SANlight so i have plant new seeds from Norden Seeds , Nordic Gorilla Glue, but only one died and maybe that was my bad too so at the moment i not sure which plant has which genetics but we will see more in the flowering stage , i hope this is my last time i flush seeds out of the soil 😅 Germination Method was 24H glass of water and then 24H Paper Towel Germination start 16.7.2024 first leaves 19.7.2024 ( 2 out of 6 ) water i used : osmosis water with calmag ( proled )

So maybe another 2 weeks? She is super sticky, very beautiful and almost there. I’m getting a little concerned as humidity is super high right now. ✌️🏻💚

Cash Express – Pheno A | Week 3 A Picture of Vigor Welcome back to another week of the 8×8 Adventure, where twelve cultivars are being documented individually under a 12/12-from-seed schedule. Each phenotype receives its own dedicated diary, allowing us to observe not only cultivar differences but also the subtle variations that appear between sister plants sharing the same genetic foundation. Week 3 has been a week of acceleration. The entire room received a substantial increase in light intensity, moving from approximately 370 µmol/m²/s PPFD to 700 µmol/m²/s PPFD at canopy level. Nutrient strength increased alongside the lighting, and the plants have responded with enthusiasm. Growth rates are increasing, branching is becoming more apparent, and the room is beginning to transition from seedlings into young plants with real structure and personality. Among them, Cash Express Pheno A is making a very strong first impression. ⸻ Week 3 Environment 🌡️ Temperature: 27.4°C 💧 Relative Humidity: 55% 💡 PPFD: ~700 µmol/m²/s 🌱 Medium: Plagron Lightmix ? Growing Method: 12/12 From Seed 💦 Water Consumption: ~0.9–1.2L per day Feeding Schedule Days 18 * EC 1.0 * pH 5.99–6.0 * Approximately 1L Days 21– * EC 1.3 * pH 6.0 * Approximately 1.2L The environment remains stable, which allows each cultivar to express its genetic potential without external stress factors influencing development. ⸻ Cash Express Pheno A Some plants attract attention because they are unusual. Others attract attention because they are simply doing everything right. Cash Express Pheno A belongs firmly in the second category. Looking through this week’s photographs, the first word that comes to mind is: Vigor. Everything about this plant communicates health. The leaves are broad and evenly developed. The coloration is rich and consistent. The stem is sturdy. The internodal spacing remains compact. And perhaps most importantly, the overall symmetry is excellent. From above, the plant displays a clean, balanced structure that many growers hope to see at this stage of development. Each new node seems to emerge with confidence, stacking neatly above the previous one while maintaining a very organized architecture. The increased PPFD appears to have been welcomed rather than merely tolerated. Instead of stretching toward the light, the plant is building mass. The canopy is widening. The stem is thickening. The branching is becoming more defined. This is exactly the kind of response growers hope to see when increasing light intensity. One of my favorite observations this week is the contrast between the mature fan leaves and the fresh emerging growth. The older leaves provide a strong foundation while the new growth pushes upward with remarkable energy, creating that vibrant layered look that healthy plants often display during rapid vegetative development. There is a confidence to this phenotype. No strange leaf shapes. No unusual growth patterns. No hesitation. Just steady, healthy progression. Sometimes perfection can be boring. But in the garden, perfection is still beautiful. And this plant is undeniably beautiful. ⸻ Reading the Plant One of the most important lessons in cultivation is learning to observe rather than assume. This week offered a perfect example. When PPFD was increased to approximately 700 µmol/m²/s, the goal was not simply to provide more light. The goal was to see how the plants would respond. Cash Express Pheno A answered quickly. The leaves remained comfortable and relaxed. The plant maintained healthy posture. New growth accelerated. Color remained strong. These signals tell us that the plant is utilizing the additional photons effectively rather than becoming stressed by them. This is why environmental monitoring is so valuable. Plants communicate continuously. The challenge is learning how to listen. ⸻ Structure and Development At this stage, Pheno A is developing into a plant that could potentially become a very balanced individual later in flower. Several characteristics stand out: * Excellent symmetry * Strong central growth * Healthy branching development * Compact internodal spacing * Consistent leaf morphology * Strong response to increased PPFD The architecture currently suggests a phenotype capable of building a dense, productive canopy while maintaining a manageable structure. Of course, the real story is still ahead. Week 3 only gives us the first hints of what this plant may become. But those hints are promising. Very promising. ⸻ Looking Ahead Over the next week, I will be watching closely for: * Continued branch development * Response to the higher EC feeding schedule * Growth rate compared to neighboring cultivars * Structural changes as additional nodes form * Early indicators of flowering transition under the 12/12 schedule If the current pace continues, this plant could quickly establish itself as one of the stronger performers in the room. Another good week with more growth, but not as big as I would like, so I moved the lights up higher halfway through the week. I also moved the fan onto a corner post and got bigger pots that I will transplant into this week. After topping last week, you can see new main stems starting. I also found out they need to be fed more than every other day as on friday morning a couple were a bit droopy. After feeding, later in the day, they had perked back up. Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant.
