Nice week of steady growth, nothing to report really. Let's just hope for a decent harvest. I'm not expecting to much but I'm guessing 40g/50g

Your growth is looking very good so far! Are you seeing any pre-flowers? Typically 5-8 weeks after germination the plant will be mature enough to flower and produce a decent yield. This is dependent on the genetic characteristics your strain has. If you are seeing pre-flower you should be good-to-go!

I have a pure white substance on the top of my soil, should I be worried. My RH is at 50% and temp is around 26 in the day, and 21 at night. It doesn't seem to be effecting the plant at all. What should I do? Thanks

I had the same on mine. Just scrape away all visable areas and dispose of. Can add more new soil if you like but let the top dry before watering again. Hope this helps

leaf tips pointing down Over the past 5 days I've noticed my leaves are starting to point down.. but otherwise are looking healthy. Its not nitrogen burn or wind burn. My RH is around 60 and temp is around 26.5 daytime and 21 at night. Also she isn't root bound. Any suggestions?

That is something called "the claw", is a symptom of too much nitrogen (grow nutes); see also how dark green colored are the leaves? They are supposed to look light green, not dark. 1.3 EC is a too high for this stage, 0,8 EC (400 PPM) is much healthier for now, 1.2 EC to 1.5 EC (600 to 750 PPM) are level of feeding for plants in the flowering stretch. Stop feeding for now, let it consume whats already on the soil.

Do I need to flush when I am only using organic nutrients? I am getting mixed messages on the Internet and various forums... some do and some don't, whats best? Thanks as always 😁

When you grow straight into the ground, organic, there is no flushing. You really dont need to but I did when I grew soil in planters just for a week. No need but it's really up to you. Flush one leave the other. See if you can taste or smell a difference. Cheers

Hello! Good looking grow you got going on here! I have a recommendation in regard to your question about the "white substance" on the top of your soil. I have had great luck innoculating with beneficial bacteria and fungi. I probably go overboard these days. Anyhow, you may want to try adding some Mycorrhiza and maybe Serenade or Garden Friendly Organic Fungicide. I use all of them because these actually support plant growth in numerous ways, but also they compete with bacterias and fungi that could be harmful to your plant and detrimental to your health. If you have any questions, I am happy to share information. I am somewhat a NOOB myself, but I have done countless hours of research. I do have a few grows under my belt, but just now starting to get everything dialed in.

@FoTwenny, thanks, I will pick some up

@GeekSayWhat, I do add to soil mix and when transplanting, but I also top dress before watering periodically. I know Great White makes a water soluble Mycorrhiza product and I believe Extreme Gardening does as well. I also just started using Recharge as a top dress. It has some other strains of beneficial microbes too. I have started focusing more on the soil. Bigger roots equal bigger fruits, so my goal is to keep my root zone alive and happy! A diverse rhizosphere is part of the key to success when growing in soil. I hope you find this information to be useful! If you have any other questions please feel free to ask! Cheers and happy growing!

@FoTwenny, thanks for that, can you use Mycorrhiza as a top dressing? I'v only ever seen it used on the roots directly. Can you recommend anything I can top dress? :)
