Hello growmies! Welcome to week four of An Epsilon Adventure! The girls are already transitioning into flower, I will get some photos of that later in the week. Daily Updates: ### Week 4 Day 1 11:00 16/7 Removed some lower growth. ### Week 4 Day 2 23:00 17/7 Tallest plants were showing signs of heat stress so I have raised the light about 30cm more. Unfortunately this now means the lower plants aren't getting as much light as they could, so I have put the cycle back to 20h (I may even increase it). ### Week 4 Day 3 14:00 18/7 Photographed. ### Week 4 Day 3 19:00 18/7 Fertigated 2l. Okay these girls are now starting to concern me a little on the basis that they are supposed to grow to "50-70cm". At just over 3 weeks old the shortest of these girls is 53cm, the tallest (plant 3) is now 76cm tall. The worrying thing is they do not at all look like they are slowing down and as they are just pre-flowering now, the flowering stretch hasn't even started. So I need some genuine advice here now: Do I keep the faith and hope that they don't exceed the space I have? Do I top or super crop them now? These ladies are beastly, at the end of the week I am going to take some individual videos and more photos to really try and capture how magnificently well these girls are doing. I think I may be in the process of growing the biggest Epsilon F1's so far? Exciting to find out! ### Week 4 Day 4 21:00 19/7 James has assured me they wont go much more than 85 so I am not going to mess with them. They are due a defoliation at the end of this week though. Measured each plant as follows: Plant 1: 81cm Plant 2: 75cm Plant 3: 80cm Plant 4: 67cm Plant 5: 59cm Plant 6: 58cm Might photograph later or leave until tomorrow. ### Week 4 Day 5 10:00 20/7 Photographed and measured. Plant 1: 85cm Plant 2: 79cm Plant 3: 81cm Plant 4: 71cm Plant 5: 63cm Plant 6: 63cm So they've all grown about 4cm in about 13 hours, except plant 3 - which seems to have slowed down a lot. The top of plant 3 is also the most advanced looking in terms of pistils. I forgot to take close ups of the preflowers I will do that tomorrow. I have had to raise the light again today and it is now much further away than the younger plants than I would like. So I am thinking about adding a 300w LED into my 4x4. I have another 3 inches I can raise the light on the hangers, after that I can removed the adjustable handers and tie it to the top of the tent... that'll gain me another 4 or 5 inches. If I need to go higher my only option would be to set them up without the tent which is not an option right now. Hopefully they all just stop getting taller now and focus on flowering... but my gut tells me there's more growth to come. Watch this space! ### Week 4 Day 6 15:00 21/7 Measured. This strain averages 50-70cm in height. We have six plants here and every one of them is taller than the average... but would you just look at plant 1? She is a giant! 102cm!! Where will she stop? Next week will see the full transition to flower and we will start to see the bud sites developing. I have no idea at this point what the heights will look like at the end of next week. 16 Diciembre: El runoff ha alcanzado los 10EC, las plantas siguen creando puntos de floración con espacio internodal corto, gracias al stress generativo, están de 80~85cm de alto aprox. Hay una sola planta que tiene más de 90cm. En unos 2 días más se alcanzarán los 21 días de floración, ese día se hará una defoliacion grande y Lollipop, después de esa defoliacion se volverá a riego vegetativo para estimular el engorde de los cogollos. 18 Diciembre: hoy la EC del runoff alcanzó los 12EC, mañana se harán más disparos de riego para bajar la EC del sustrato. Hoy también se realizó una defoliacion agresiva + Lollipop, para que haya mejor penetración de luz en el Canopy y mejor flujo de aire. Queda solo una semana de riego Generativo, después de eso se vuelve al riego vegetativo para engordar los cogollos.

AK 2.0 XL Autoflower has some big saggy buds on her. She grew great through the grow. Minor issues with ph here, and there. I have tried growing with low tds, and high tds in DWC. I prefer High TDS to help control ph level better. Plus plant gets much bigger. From my experiments. This plant is a fine example. Heavy yield, and full of frost. Strong aroma of citrus and a earthy fruity smell. She grew really well under the Mars Hydro FC4800. I will upload a harvest video if it let's me. If not it can be found on my YouTube channel. She broke through the surface already free of her seed coat, standing tall within the day and growing quickly throughout the week. This is only my second grow, but it already seems much faster this time around. Tent stats: - Lights: started the week around 220 PPFD, ramped to 300 by end of week. - Temps: seedling heat mat kept in the mid-80s (30 C). - Humidity: VPD has been set to 0.6 kPa. Growth is already looking surprisingly broad-leafed for a "sativa", maybe she's falling back on her cookies genetics...

The girls are doing great they are strong and healthy I did super crop some of the girls and they bounced back like a champ I’m be flipping to flower in about 5 days so stay tuned we looking good

DLI increased to 38 plants looking good, buds getting bigger. Removed some single leafs that where blocking light from lower buds.

Hi everyone this last few weeks have been crazy as you all can see this Gelato turned out to be a Photoperiodic plant. Week 17 in to flower for 2 weeks now. All was going well but I did not have much time to look after it. And got some light burn in the early stages did some training techniques and She looks is recovering now. Some nice pictures how big one of those can get when I wasn't expecting this plant to be a Photoperiodic. But let's see she turned out a female so that's great will be a nice surprise probably. Second week of flower has started They really grew after a heavy feeding Had to move my lights way up . LEDs tooo bright ..leaves were slightly curling

Missed last week update but did some cutting girls have to live up to the mission 73 between the 5 plant....added one more which was a cutting from a seed plant harvested previous...didn't look like I did anything so cut dem a few day later 85 between the same plants... only cut the lower half of G4 n smaller inside branches( going to stop they dont hold up well)

Solo cup challenge continues to press along. Not much change, plants are in veg, growing and healthy. Still a few weeks before the flowers start so I hope to get a bit of size going before it does. June 21st I got my first deficiency and I leaned how to correct it and get the plants back to life again, I figured it was my calcium levels dipping so I added some gypsum and they were fine

Stayed in veg for all three photoperiods (Oracle OG, Blue Bitch, Strawberry Cola Sherbet). Raised the main light to ~80% on Sept 30; side lighting unchanged. Oracle OG remained on the lighter side but structurally sound with steady new growth; Blue Bitch stayed the tent leader—dense, dark, and vigorous; Strawberry Cola Sherbet held steady, slightly lighter than Blue Bitch but not worsening. No new amendments this week (last top-dress was Sept 17). Environmental focus dominated: tent RH was stubborn around ~60% even with the inline exhaust cranked, and local rain on Oct 3 kept the garage/tent humidity elevated. Overall, a stabilization week: dialing environment, keeping inputs moderate, and queuing a compost tea before any flip.
