D78. The second LED strip light arrived today, and I installed it to cover the right side of the tent. No clue if these sidelights will contribute much, but it's at least noticeably brighter in the lower canopy now. ------------------------------ D80. It looks like my campaign against the pesky thrips is successful. A few days ago, I could find both adults and larvae within seconds when scouting, but today it took me over five mins to find one single larva. Good riddance! ------------------------------ D83. Almost at the end of week six of flower, the girls are rocking it in the tent, getting fatter and smellier daily. I still haven't been able to find any thrips, so it looks like the lacewings were effective. The predatory mites that I also added are probably not necessary, but I wanna be sure all those pesky thrips are dead. There isn't anything to do in the tent now, and everything is running on autopilot, which is excellent as I'm going out of town tomorrow. I gave each girl 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.3, with humic acid and FFJ. That'll hold them over until I'm home again in a couple of days. ------------------------------

Week 19 of veg!😂😂 would never of thought I’d of took it this long. The big switch to flower starts Monday! The plants been topped around 40 times over the 18 weeks, 18 cuttings that were taken 3 weeks ago. My first attempt at the lollipop technique , nice little defoliation and a good top dress of Dr organics living soil amendments. I have absolutely no idea what’s around the corner when this is flipped😅 but the scrog nets deffo making an appearance😂 keep an eye out for the diary of her little sisters, there already looking 💥… untill next time 👊🏻

Week 8 Pure water feeding

WEEK14/8F // D92/50F-D98/56F Budporn-Phase1-Zielgerade In Blütewoche 8 gehen viele Blätter der Ladies #3&#4 mittlerweile sichtlich ins purple und bringen wunderschöne Farben ins Zelt. Auch Lady#1&#2 fangen langsam an rot/pinke Spitzen an den Calyxen zu bekommen. Die Ladies ohne Zusätze sind dem Ende etwas näher. Vielleicht wirklich weil nicht so viel Biomasse fertig werden muss wie bei den Ladies mit Zusätzen. Ein Stickstoffmangel konnte ich auch schnell wieder ausschließen.Bei einem Stickstoffmangel würde es zuerst die unteren Blätter betreffen. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher das es der natürliche Fade ist und auch der natürliche Flush weil das Substrat nicht mehr viele Nährstoffe hat. Die unteren Blätter sehen alle noch Top aus. Klar werden die Blätter minimal heller als bei Lady#1&#2 die Zusätze und Booster bekommen haben, dafür das es aber "nur" Langzeitdünger einmal zu Beginn der Wachstumsphase und dann nochmal zum switch in die Blüte gab, dazu alle zwei Wochen mal den BioEnhancer zugeben, war es super entspannt und die Ladies haben sich mega entwickelt. Keine Mangelerscheinungen, nichts. Wenn man dazu eine automatische Bewässerung ins Setup nimmt könnte es nicht entspannter sein. Für jemanden der recht wenig Zeit hat und/oder viel unterwegs ist wäre das eine sehr Stressfrei Lösung. I also gave her pot a 1/4 turn. 9/29- Yesterday I didn't water her, only turned her pot and checked her over... Wow! She's really ramping up the trichomes making her flowers look like their sugar coated! 🤩 I watered her today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 72℉, The molasses will give the microbial colony some additional food as well as supplying micro-nutrients to the plant. I finished out the daily maintenance giving her a check over and turning her pot 1/4 turn to ensure she gets light to every inch of her. 10/1- Yesterday was a 'no water' day as her pot was still fairly heavy to lift. Today she was watered with her usual of 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. Her flowering continues to impress me with her trichome production covering her flowers with 'frost' she's a sight for sore eye's! 😍 The end of next week will be the beginning of her wrapping up with the 'Finish Line' approaching by Week 9 or 10! 10/3- With Week Seven coming to a close we're going into the last 2-3 weeks for this lady and she's right on track, looking like a Rock Star! 🤩 I watered heavy yesterday and added 1 tsp/g of Unsulfured Molasses to the 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. Her pot had some weight to it when I checked today so I'll skip watering her until tomorrow. I finished up today by checking her over and giving her pot a turn. ~Thanks for stopping in! What's up growmies 🤟🏽 Week number 4 is in the books🙌🏾 Today marks the official start of week 5 and just like my previous grows all my autos are starting to preflower. Like clockwork it starts around week 5 so it lets me know these are right on schedule. I am really focusing on keeping the main cola ties down to keep the canopy as even as possibly. Typically in the past I would stop tying them down during flowering and the main cola would outgrow the rest and dominate. This grow I am continuously tying the main cola down. They all are pretty even except for Caramelicious, her main cola is just a stud and won't bend to 180 w/o me snapping the main stalk. She still is my favorite though and it's my 7th time growing her (I plant at least 1 Caramelicious each grow) The nutrient schedule remains the same. I am feeding them General Hydroponics Flora series. (Floragro, FloraMacro, FloraBloom) I am mixing what the manufacturer recommends for 1 gallon into 3 gallons, so I'm giving roughly 1/3rd what's recommended and it seems to be the sweet spot for my set up and environment. All the plants are doing well and are not showing any signs of stress, deficiency, or toxicity at this point. The weather here in VA has been pretty cold which makes it perfect humidity wise for my indoor grow, without having to blast my Cloud intake system, or even turn on the dehumidifier which won't last long because they are starting to flower and will take up more volume increasing humidity so I expect to have to use them both in the next few weeks. It appears a spider has made it's home in my tent (I see webbing in one corner of the tent) I figured it'll take care of pests for me and is not harmful so I am leaving it be for now. Well the pas week has been a lot! We had some dehydration issues, did some defolitation, and additional LST to prep for flower. Starting today, this plant has been kicked into the flower tent and will be starting its journey! Before we went to flower, I gave this guy 1tbsp of Dr. Earth tomato blend. Being my first grow not 100% sure what was going on there.. They did slow growth for a few days..

Some leaf tip burn, either lights or nutes. Measured TDS@900 and moved the lights away a few cm.

Cruising. Kept the nutrients the same as last week as the plants are going a bit slower than advertised by crop king and Sonoma seeds. Looking like flowering will take ~10 weeks when all said and done. Minor amount of defoliation done. Will be the last time to make sure I don’t stunt these autos. And ONLY defoliating. No pruning as I’m too afraid it will stunt the plants. Lots of buds forming now. Plants looking great. Noticed that the sun shines through my windows for several hours and directly onto the plants so I have started opening up the tent everyday and letting the sun shine on them. Helping to ripen the lower buds and have them be less larfy when all said and done. This does cause the plants to drink water like no other so have had to up the volume on fertigations. I’ve been using a LUX meter to check and make sure top colas aren’t getting too much light. The thing works great! Well worth the purchase. My mothers on the other side of the tent are big so need less light and as a result I have been able to move two of their lights in close to the flowering autos. The additional light is definitely helping bulk up the plant. Currently over the two plants there is (as listed) an HLG 135w Rspec, an HLG 100 V2 3000k, an HLG 65 V2 4000k and a Mars Hydro TS600. Tons of light! I’m in isolation as 2 of my housemates got COVID. As a result, I have a LOT of time to spend babying these plants and it is paying off. See you next week!

Week 8 Day 49 to harvest P1 harvest was flower day 53 - total wet weight was 24oz and the stem base accounted for 8.0oz, so about 16oz set to dry. I fed P1 half nute flush water again this week. Feed this week was 1.25 gallons 1 time. I used 400ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). However, I also added .5ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and 7ml of Roots Organics HP2 (Aurora Innovations 0-4-0). PH balance this week was 6.3. And then cut her down 4 days later. P2 harvest was flower day 49 - total wet weight was 16.3oz and the stem base accounted for 6.4oz so about 9.9oz set to dry. (reminder that P2 was the test plant where I broke the main stem and later another later topping from an off branch already topped.) The test resulted in smaller colas in the later topping and the first topping break recovered surprisingly well with colas equal to the biggest. However the later break after the last topping resulted in the smallest cola. This tells me that any damage survived early can see a full recovery but later ones may cost yield. Since P2 looked mostly ready to harvest I decided to dry out after the first feed this week. I will update with cure and smoke details later.

No problems this week, succeeded in restraining myself with the water input, and they really liked that, sadly leaves damages done 2 weeks ago due to over watering is showing spots and looks like it will turn necrotic soon, but new growth are undamaged and seems to support a good growth so far. I make sure she is not receiving too intense light radiation and fed a light feed of old timer grow and some Epsom salt. From the beginning of flowering she has developed light pink coloured trichomes, and now you can see them more and more , so pretty with flash on in the dark, Misty G shinning with pink hues, lovely!

This time I decided to practice it on all the plants I have in the garden (10 visible in the diaries + 8 regular all female) out of pure curiosity to see how each of them will react We seeing what happens.. Anyway After that I immediately start a more massive fertilization.. Next week we will see how they will be 😉 About nutrients 👇 I still giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. A little bit of silicium (Bionova) / Crescita (Biomagno) / Activera (Biobizz) / Grow vegan (Bionova) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) / Bioheaven (Biobizz) , a little bit of P-K 3-5 (Bionova) /Fioritura (Biomagno) / Bloom vegan (Bionova) and now i have introduced Biomassa (Biomagno) and Florastimo (Biomagno) Basically these nutrients contain primarily NPK in organic / vegan form + kelp extracts, humic and fulvic acids, amino acids, aloe vera, potassium silicate, beneficial bacteria and fungi Like i usually do, a little bit of everything at any watering 💧 And that's all..
