Plant has been getting straight pH balanced water this last week and minimal nutes. It is showing some slight nute burn so I let off a bit and raised the light canopy about 6”. I discovered that what I thought was a calcium or potassium deficiency was actually a rookie grower error by me. I have an RO system that I use to water all my strains in the grow room including this one, but when adding nutes to the water, it takes too long so I had been filling them up with well water. When I had originally tested the well water, I must had used a faulty testing agent as after testing it this last week, I was showing a pH of 7.5 vs. my RO of 6.2. Thus, every time I was adding nutes (multiple times a week) I was significantly fluctuating the pH between regular feedings and nutrient additions. To make matters worse, when I originally thought it was nute burn, I flushed each plant with well water and likely caused additional stress. Anyway, I have since learned that the well water needs to be treated, I only utilize RO water the last few days and plan to do so over this next week. Also, I have turned off the CO2 system as I was starting to see signs of heat stress on a couple of the strains (Plant #1). The literature I have reviewed suggested that these strains might be able to handle heat closer to 90F but it was also causing issues with high humidity so when I added a dehumidifier, it pushed the day temp to between 90-92F and the overnight temps were not getting low enough (maybe 85F or so). Maybe I could leave out the dehumidifier, but I was getting rH of 70% and didn’t want to risk any bud rot or mildew growth. So for now, I have turned off the CO2 and am getting high temps of 81F with 60% humidity and overnight temps of 74F and 50% humidity. Plant #1 had some heat related curling of leaves as well as some of the lower leaves showing impact of the pH fluctuations. My hope is we will be steady until harvest. Plant #2 has shown the least signs of stress and is fattening up its buds very nicely. Late in the week, some of the leaves started turning brown from the pH issue but my hope is that with RO water only, we will be on the right track. Over the next few weeks I will start monitoring the trichomes for a nice milky color for harvesting.

Drooling over her Growing well got her into the canopy better. 11/7 Update and bragging! Watering/feeding day today, she loved it! She is turning so pretty! The deep purple looks like fairies stole in the night and are using the little brushes to color her leaves. He hairs stand tall! First strain I have seen with them this tall. The smell is sweet with a warmed fruit smell...for those that bake, closest I can come. Still have some questions as if this is a true Runtz. From her coloring and bud development and her leaf shaping she is a good match. 08.07.2023 Tag 64 an #1 hab ich leichten Magnesiummangel festgestellt, es gab heute beim Gießen eine kleine extra Dosis CalMag und ein Blattspray mit Epsom Salz - ansonsten entwickeln sich beide hervorragend - ich habe 2 Secret Jardin Cossmorrow 20W Bloom mit ins Zelt gehangen, um die langen Budsites zu bedienen - das bringt ganz schön Temperatur ins Zelt Alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden bisher -> vor allem mit der Entlaubung. Das sieht jetzt richtig gut aus.

13.06. OG KUSH-Day 49 The plant is now at the end of its seventh week, it has progressed well, except that it was stressed for 2 days because there was a strong storm and it tilted the plant, so I added another stake, straightened it and tied it up. 5 nights ago there was a strong storm, the morning after the storm when I came to the site, I found some plants crooked, some normal, but there were no broken ones, thank God, but they were very stressed and what you can see in the pictures appeared on the leaves, some leaves were crispy at the edges, but still green, mostly shoots before the newest ones. I haven't had this problem before, I researched a bit on the internet and came to the conclusion that the wind burned them, and I also turned to GW for an opinion, two characters confirmed my opinion. Two days later I noticed that the matter was getting worse and that it was spreading, which worried me, so I contacted GW again for an opinion. Some told me that it was mold, some that it was an infection, disease and so on, mostly guesswork, but no one specifically told me what was certain, so I decided on nim oil, and whatever it is, I guess the problem should be solved. According to some leaves, I would say that insects might be the problem, but I really don't know, I haven't had similar problems before. I regulate the ph of the plants, I still don't feed them, there is food in the ground for another week, except for the fact that I added cal-mag after that storm when I watered them. I want to say that the plants are certainly not locked, and the heat is not yet so high that this would happen from the same, the more the temperatures have dropped and now it is perfect. Since transplanting, I have watered the plants only 2 times. Yesterday morning they were topped for the second time, only the main branches, I will do the next topping of the side branches. Last night I sprayed the plants with neem oil and already today the problem seems to be going away, if I tripped at least it doesn't spread further, that's for sure. I didn't mix the oil very well, I didn't add any soap or anything like that because I wouldn't really spray the plants with any chemicals, and on some of the leaves on one or two plants there is that thick, brownish liquid, so I hope it won't hurt them, I noticed that today during the day, I couldn't see it at night. I still don't know what the problem is, but my guess is still that the wind burned them or some insects. Speaking of insects, I think I noticed thrips on one plant on the underside of the leaf, so in addition to the neem oil I already gave, I also ordered SMC, so I will spray that at least once a week while they are still young. Doing gooood. She's small but looks great so far 👌🏻 Smells peppery and sour. Not really frosty but might start knocking some trichomes out these next few weeks. Really happy with all the shogun stuff so far. Noticed a big difference from my previous grows I couldn't be happier 😁 Started on the pk boost this week, Stopped the katana roots and dropped the samurai bloom down. go time for these buds now 👊🏻

Hey everyone :-) This week it smells more and more sweet and fruity in the whole room 😍. There is actually not much to report, everyone is now under 12/12 :-). So where I live we had a really bad storm it had knocked out my power for a full 24 hrs so I had to give them some extra attention to insure there was no mold or any pest with no fan rotation. Then I also had to put them back on there proper timer to get things back on a roll so far so good they still look and smell amazing wish me luck

Heading towards day 14 now. I saw lots of stretch in the last week, I put up another net , single layer and the plants caught right up to it. Pistils are starting to set in.

Start of week sept 29. First seed did not pop. This one was put in to dirt today oct 1. It will be 3 days behind the other two. But still holding in to the first seed a few more days just in case. End of first week sept 3. First seed never sprouted. But the second one is going strong sitting at about 3/4” after 3 days in dirt.
