📆 Semana 6 ¡Qué semanita se ha marcado la Grease Monkey! Ya se nota que está bien metida en floración: los cogollos empiezan a coger buena forma, cada vez más apretados y resinosos. Tiene ese rollo pegajoso que tanto nos gusta, y las hojas cercanas a las flores ya brillan con tricomas por todos lados. Estoy siguiendo con la gama de XpertNutrients, que le está sentando de lujo. No he tocado mucho la receta esta semana, solo afinando un poco el riego para adaptarme al ritmo que lleva. Se nota que está en su punto dulce. Los Adlite siguen demostrando que son una inversión top. Gracias a la buena distribución de luz, incluso las ramas secundarias están desarrollando cogollos decentes, no solo las puntas. En cuanto al ambiente, las temperaturas se han mantenido suaves, entre 22 y 25 °C, y la humedad está en torno al 55%, un poco más alta de lo ideal, pero por ahora sin señales de problemas. Estoy ventilando bien y con el ojo encima por si acaso. El aroma empieza a ser un espectáculo: dulce y cremoso, con ese fondo a gas tan típico de la Grease Monkey. Los tricomas están en su mayoría lechosos, así que aún queda tiempo para que siga engordando y afinando perfil. Crecimiento firme, flores con presencia y resina a punta pala… ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

The High intensity was to strong (clearly my fault) in the beginning which stunted her overall stretch, she however still delivered super dense, terpene and trichome loaded buds.

2/17/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 1- I removed some of the water to see where the roots were only one had roots in the water. However I want to go ahead and get them on Week one Nutes So I am over 50 gallons of water in the system so I mixed the Trio at a 1.0mil per Gallon but restricted it to a top of 50 gallons period. I top fed the other two to keep encouraging root growth. I also finished my drying and curing from my last run and wanted to show what it looks like all bagged up and in the cannatrol. I added the following Nutes: Silica = .5Mil/Gal= 25Mil CalMag= .75Mil/Gal= 37.5Mil FloraMicro = 1Mil/Gal= 50Mil FloraGro= 1Mil/Gal= 50Mil FLoraBloom= 1Mil/Gal= 50Mil ORCA = .5Mil/Gal= 25Mil EPSOM- 1 big pinch 2/18/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 2- I top fed #1 and #3 since they still don't have roots in the water, I will continue one top feed a day until roots hit water. 2/19/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 3- #3 now has root in the water.. Yay!! I now have #2 and #3 with roots in the water so no top feed for them. I only had to top feed #1 and the only reason I didn't just go ahead and cull her today was I am responsible for breaking her tap root and stunting her, I wasn't careful enough and she was the first to show a good root. In that vain I will carry her a few more day's top feeding but if not root by the end of the week she is getting culled. 2/20/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 4- Today I Ensured the PH is in range, I refilled the Humidifiers, I top fed #1 since the roots are still not in the water. I also removed the humidity shields from #2 and #3 today the ladies were touching the sides so they are done with the extra shields.. 2/21/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 5- Today Morning: I Ensured the PH is in range, I refilled the Humidifiers, I top fed #1 since the roots are still not in the water, Evening: I decided that the roots of the two are looking great so I am going to drain and bump the Nutes to a full Week 1/ Week 2 Nute base. I added 36 Gallons I added the following Nutes: Silica = .5Mil/Gal= 18Mil CalMag= .75Mil/Gal= 27Mil FloraMicro = 3Mil/Gal= 108Mil FloraGro= 2Mil/Gal= 72Mil FLoraBloom= 2Mil/Gal= 72Mil ORCA = .5Mil/Gal= 18Mil 2/22/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 6- Today I Ensured the PH was not too high as the system continues to cycle the water and adjust, I refilled the Humidifiers, I top fed #1 since the roots are still not in the water, 2/23/2024 - Vegetation Week 1 Day 7- Still have to Top Feed #1 no roots in the water, however she is still progressing nicely slower than her sisters with roots in the water but still going strong.

After not growing for almost a decade, it’s absolutely nostalgic and somewhat of an emotional moment to finally finish a grow again. 9/6 Didn't do a video this morning. Went over again around noon and defoliated what needed it. I noticed what looked like stem mold on the special kush that those locusts have STRIPPED and saw what looked like mold but I left it and assumed it was just a bite out because it wad right at a node. I removed a major branch the other day. When I got back around noon the spot had tripled in size and was 100% mold. I cut that branch off too. The plant IS frosty but it's not ready. You cant see it but the calyx is pink. There are some branches that are completely stripped. They like the special kush for some reason and seem to target that. I should go over at night and see what I can see. Pink kush is flowering fairly aggressive. Not as much as the natural mk ultra though. I cant believe how fast those are exploding. As long as weather permits the pink kush will finish. I tried the special kush #1 which I'm almost done trimming and it wad amazing. Really eases anxiety and hits me square in the eyes. Very sedative happy strain. Tastes like pine, skunk and something I can't quite identify. Maybe the forest? I'm incredibly happy with the outcome.

It has been a very uncomfortable week, also known as the "sheep cold". Lots of wind, lots of rain and temperatures down to 5°C at night. I'm glad I built a support frame for the large plants, otherwise a few branches would have broken off. The plants in the pots are doing well, even those planted directly in the garden soil seem to be settling in. There are no pests to speak of. Some fan leaves turned yellow this week. I believe it is a deficiency as they have been watered with just 6 pH water between feeds and its unlikely to be efficiency. It looks like that it is a mag deficiency as appears in the picture. Biogrow which is biobizz's product with highest % of Mag wasn't used last 2 weeks and I think that might be what caused the deficiency. Overall Green Gelatos are getting dense and smell sweet herbal, 2 short Hulkberries flowering up good as well but the tall one which is the one stretched more takes her time. Hulkberries aroma is a bit gassy but weaker than gelatos at the moment.
