We back with some buckets! Straight outta the stix! Time to fire up the pumps and get this show on the road. Soaked this beautiful little gem of a bean in some water until it cracked then threw it into the bucket with 100% perlite. Started them on a low dose of maxigro on day 3. Doing these diy Dutch Bucket style as always. Going to be running 8 in house genetics strains on the system with constant 24 hour a day irrigation. Not much exciting going on yet, but with a little luck that may change pretty soon.

Week 8 Here came fall. End of last week plant seemed hungry, the fade wasn't progressing as supposed so I gave her two nutes round with only water round in between them. I used bottled feeding: biobizz biobloom + top max (2ml each per liter), ghe ripen (2ml per liter), solved micronutrients and calmag (not mixed, one time one the next the other, 1-0,5 ml per lt). Solution EC was about 1,4, starting with 0,3 tap water. She reacted well to the feeding in my opinion. now the fade is progressing more naturally. I did observe that the plant under the less powerful COBS in the same tent are doing better then the ones under the sp250 wich has a higher par output, so I raised the light to 45-50cm from canopy. This had a positive effect on the plants imho. I'll stay a little bit further from the beginning in my next grow. I took a sample under the microscope to take some tricho pictures, they look beautifully clouded but the buds still has to ripen some 50% more. Based on that I think we are arriving to an end in 10-15 days max. Happy bottanic guys

This is the 13th day after flip. Currently using Plagron Terra Bloom as my base nutrient. I have increased input EC to 1.5, PH 6.4. Runoff EC 1.8, PH 6.8. So EC is fine, flowers receive nutrients well. PH is a bit problematic. I can see that the PH is increasing in a trend. Hope that this will normalize, or at least will not go over 7.0. I also purchased dehumidifier, Hutermann HD-1000 (for very good price). It helped me to reduce RH to 63 during lights off. I will be doing more defoliation soon so hopefully RH will drop down even more. There are 3 fans in a tent. One oscilating and one static over the canopy, one static under the canopy. As the outside temperature increases with a spring in its peak, I can see how much the growing conditions differ from the winter run.

Hi guys, as you can see I did two small defoliation. Today (day 34) I transplanted the plants into 7 liter pots. They come up very well.

Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. This time we are faced with an absolute novelty from Zamnesia, a plant from the latest generation of an immense series that Zamnesia is bringing out, ready to try them all. Here we have excellent parents, the primette result is great, let's also try the Karen Kush. I was amazed by the perfect branding for this strain and so let it be Karen. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of the right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper, but not in water. - Phase 3 --- In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. I didn't weigh them wet...never do...but the dry weight was 430g for both plants! Plant A: 229g Plant B: 201g Very heavy, very resinous, very tasty...awesome ganja! I pressed a few ounces of it for the rosin, and it yields very very well. Final thoughts: My favorite strain from this grow. Not quite as tasty as the Zenzations, but the yield was spectacular and it's muy potente! This is more of an equipment gathering project-first grow so I want to keep it simple and budget friendly, I ordered autos for my first grow but Oregon Elite Seeds sent a free gorilla Girl from Sweet Seeds. Super psyched for my first grow! Day1. Soaked seeds for 4 hours in bottled water, used paper towel method with 100% sprouts within 18 hours inside dark tent at 80 degrees (heater and air purifier) and 40% humidity. Hoping to plant directly into prepared soil (6.9 ph currently) in 24 hours. Day 2. Planted Critical OG Kush and Blackberry Autos 1/4 directly into 8 gallon cloth pots (these are the wrong pots-they are wax lined but the pandemic made getting the aeration pots unavailable-I may have to transfer later). Very lightly watered. i prepared my soil mix and had it acclamated to the grow room. I opened the air vents at each end of the grow room and set heat to 78, placed a bowl of water for humidity and started oscillating fan for airflow. Planted Gorilla Girl in a tupperware dish till i can get something more suitable. I really need another light but shipping just isn't working out. Day 4: 1 OG Critical was culled do to lack of progress. Gorilla Girl hs been repotted and looks fine. The Blackberry are much leggier than the others at this point. I'm watering just enough to get to the roots with bottled spring water. Day5 : the girls just woke up-posted pics. 1 light and 6 plants is not ideal. I'm not sure if I should put the strain that is naturally shorter under the light directly or focus on the tall ones getting enough light to not stretch. Comments appreciated. Day 6: Ligthts off after a 20 hour on cycle. I was concerned that my light insn't adequate spacially. I dropped it down to 15 inches above the seedling and got it tropical in the tent. I also used a 6500k 15 watt shop light for added light color and they enjoyed it, except for 1 had a bit of yellow. I will post photos when they wake up to see how they look after this light/heat/water boost for 20 hours. My Gorilla Girl is the only one that isn't above 2 inches. That one was planted deeper (1 inch instead of1/4th like the others. I did have some "seed helmets" so next time I will go a little over 1/4 inch deep. Qweeby's roots grew like a wad instead of down. I've had to readjust her placement twice because the roots act like they want to be on the surface. I'm excited to see them in 4 hours. I may cull one and start a different seed. The Blackberry Kush is stretchy which seems nice for a new grower like me. I am trying to limit the stretch so they match the Critical OG height but they are hearty toddlers. Day 7: Added a 3000w LED off ebay. I didn't account for the rise in heat but it only got up to 84. Raised it from 18" to 20" and got more air flowing through. One plant has a little yellowing from the inside of the main leaves (inside to out) but it's barely there so I'm going to check PH meter and easy watering since yesterday I did water more then I have thus far-so it could be a little root lock from too much water.

High temperatures and lots of rain is how the last week went and by the looks of it, she's absolutely loved it. 25cm growth in a few days, had to raise up the shade netting. We're at the 6ft mark now, probably 6-7ft wide! It's actually becoming really hard to photograph her. Been keeping up the all organic approach and have just completed a very cool book on botanical teas and been playing with around with what I have on hand.

08.09.25 the first week of September was a mix of sun and clouds on the balcony. The seedsman strains continue their road to frosty flowers and the quick sherbets now also join in the tracks. Repeated H2O2 Spraying didn't fight the powdery mildew on the Sherbets enough for me to let it go, I'll get some hardware store product to have tried everything in time instead of yapping afterwards. Also I applied 100g of flower fertilizer as top dressing. Thanks to Bavarian Krauts for hooking me up with this cheaper alternative to the greenhouse feeding line, it performed very nice on the first half of flowering, now this is the dose for the last chapter of 2025 making sure nutrients last to the end of the season. There are still leaves turning yellow on the flowering plants but the amount has come down and the overall structure now seems ready to support the buds and give them good direct light as well.

Week 3-Day 21 of flower. These ladies have been on autopilot. The environment is controlled, we have been having some temp and RH swings, but the equipment is dialed in. I have a portable AC when it is humid and hot, only needs to run for 15 minutes from time to time to keep the lung room/tent at the perfect temps. I can’t say enough how important it is to test, test and dial in your environment. I can already see big advancements in my photo periods from when I started, to today just a 1 1/2 years later. Having your environment as close to perfect as you can, can compensate for A LOT of rookie Mistakes 🤓 Anyways, still keeping to Feed, Feed, water schedule, despite the tip burn, I’ve dialed it back to about 900 ppm and seeing how the plant reacts. Did a light defoliation, which will probably be the last one. Seems like all I am doing at this point is watching and watering. Happy Growing Folks 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨
