most of the buds look to be turning darker and about 60-70% of the hairs are turning orange now and only some lower buds still have white hairs standingup. very close to chop day ! :) im trying to be patient on starting my next ones so i can use the tent to dry first but its hard !!! i started to get worried about the green stuff on the stem thinking it was algae or something so i started leaving the light on 24/7 to finish her off, wondering if i should harvest the done parts and leave the bottom 25%(ish) to finish maturing. any advice or comments are welcome and very appreciated! i have 2 bubba kush photoperiod seeds, and the rest are autoflowers so i think i will save the photos until i get a few more grows under my belt or another tent. i have 1 purple punch, 4 bloody skunk, 1 forbidden runtz, and 1 gorilla cookies that i have to choose from for my next grow. what do yall think i should pick? since i have 4 bloody skunk i may just do 1 of those and 1 of the fastbuds.

Week 1 results

We are DEEP onto flower now. Buds are still developing nice and at a steady pace. I was a little worried I'd get herms since my last ILGM grow was canceled because 4 plants hermed, but so far its looking great! This puts us right around Day 30 of flower and it can't look much healthier. One of the bottom leaves looks to be displaying a small P deficiency, so we will continue feeding at 2 tbsps here of the Flower Girl. However we'll take a break on the kelp meal. She definitely needs to be watered a tad more frequently, but we are still doing at most one watering a day. Even still, she's doing well and I honestly can't complain. Cheers for the final 3-5 weeks as we watch her put on more weight to these buds. Cheers til next time -DJ sunstone

Shes looking great!!! got some nice flowers started and I bent the main cola back just a little more with a yoyo to give the other branches better light coverage. Got the lady all trimmed up and looking lovely. With some luck and lots of effort it should be smooth sailing for the next month or so as everything is in place in the tent and virtually all trimming done its time to just let the flowers grow!!!

First heavy trimming

Aug 16: Tropicana Cookies FF is a really fast flowering plant. I’m getting excited for the flowering progress cuz it looks like it is going to be a big one. Very exciting and we’re still only at mid-August so the timing is very good for a strong finish in September without it dragging into October. Aug 18: video shows using the 730 nm far red light at dusk. To maintain a natural schedule I use Civil Twilight as listed on timeanddate.com. This is getting 2-3 minutes earlier each night. Just a couple seconds is all it takes to put plant into dark mode 2 hours faster making it like a 26 h day. Great trick if you have daily access.

Es entwickelt sich ein süßes fruchtiges Aroma, welches sich aber noch nicht auf den beschriebenen Geschmack zuschreiben lässt. Der Stretch hat nochmal knappe 7 cm an Wuchshöhe gebracht und dürfte jetzt aber vorbei sein. The smell is wild, overwhelming lemon pez, I want to eat them now. Had some watering issues that will surely stunt one of them ,but she recovered in a day or two very nicely. A little bit of defoliation just to allow light/air to get to each cola as they fill out more. Overcame an issue with watering, and added some automated alerts to warn me if the daily average drink rate drops again.

Day 49. I seem to have misplaced some of the photos I had so I will be uploading them when I find them. My carbon filter decided to fall off and land on the front right plant which caused it to lose a main branch. Some slight issues with some lower leaves as you can see at the end of the video . Still full blast on bio canna range and molasses. They will be switched to 12/12 today.

I found out that my ph was off too, so the plants look ok if we take all my f ups in count.

Week 12: Tangie Finish Line in sight Today, I checked Tangie’s trichomes and noticed that 20% have already turned amber. This signals that it’s time for a flush. I’m using pH-balanced water (pH 6) with an EC of just 0.092 ms/cm due to my extremely soft water. My goal is to stress Tangie a bit in these final days to boost trichome production. I plan to remove some fan leaves two days before harvest and let the soil dry out slightly. She has about 4-5 more days to go. The aroma has become incredibly strong, with a vibrant, fruity scent dominating the air. It’s amazing how much more potent this smell is compared to the pre-harvested buds, which are now in the curing process and beginning to release that delightful orange and citrus fragrance. I’m eager to compare the flavor, potency, and high between the early and late harvests. The finish line is definitely in sight and I'm happy that I could let her ripen entirely to she what she is capable of 😍 Update 17.08 (Day 82) Today I decided to finally harvest the rest of this lovely Tangie. The trichomes showed a good mix of amber and cloudy trichomes, and I don't want to risk letting her overripen. I opted to cut only the fan leaves again to ensure a slow and consistent drying process. 420Fastbuds Week 7 FBT2103 The 2 of these girls have been on beast mode since they sprouted. They are staying somewhat on the smaller side but very minimal stretch between branches. The resin production for these are definitely on the higher side and sticky as all get out. Also gave them a good defoliation taking off some of the lower nodes and some bigger fan leafs.
