This week marked the full transition into active bud development 🌸 The plant has completely finished stretching and is now focusing its energy on building buds and increasing resin production. • Final height stabilized around ~100 cm • Stretch fully completed • Energy directed into bud growth and trichome production Bud sites are now clearly developing across the canopy, though they are still in the early stages of stacking. Trichome production is steadily increasing, with a light frosty layer already visible on the sugar leaves ✨ Canopy management was adjusted this week. After a light defoliation in the previous week, additional leaves were removed and the plant was lollipopped to clean up the lower growth ✂️ Toward the end of the week, branches were gently spread apart using wires to improve light penetration. This significantly improved light distribution: • Each main branch now receives ~800+ PPFD ☀️ • Reduced shading compared to previous weeks Light intensity remains high and well tolerated, with light praying still visible, indicating the plant is comfortable under the current setup. So close to harvest. This week and last I reduced the amount of TPS1 in the feed from 15ml /gal to 10ml/g. Early in the week, Apollo's lower leaves started showing the fade using up the nutrients. Thursday, I did a preliminary trim to remove any fan leaves and feeder leaves with longer stems. just handling the stems and buds my hands, nails and arms were sticky. After the trim, I put Apollo's Friends back in the tent with her. When the plants were in different veg/flower cycles, I separated them into tents. GDP and zkittles grew with in 2-3 inches on the light. I could not raise the lights anymore. Today, 11/19 is day Apollo's 69 day and 41 in flower. The harvest window per RQS is 70-75 days from seed. Tuesday will be the harvest day. After watering only 2 liters with Vit B, Recharge and Signal yesterday, I put her in the 3#x3tent in the dark. Apollo's buds are thick, dense, stinky citrus floral and sticky. The sugar leaves are showing color change as she knows her life is ending in glory. I am so proud of this grow. I didn't overfeed so I have experienced the color fade to yellow as foods are used up and the delicate colors emerge in the sugar leaves. I am very impressed with Royal Queen Seeds F1 genetics. So much so I bought Milky Way F1 and Medusa F1. I will definitely have another Apollo grow in January. Thank you @James at RQS. Apollo F1 had a huge base stem and was multi branching-even the side stems had side stems. The stems were sturdy. No support is needed for her branches She stayed short at 26 inches tall. I definitely pushed her on the watering. When I saw no runoff after 2.5 liters of water, I upped to 3 ltr. Then 3.5, then 1 gallon. I watered 2 liters, let the water absorb, then slowly add another 2 liters. There was a small amount of run off at the time of watering but was all gone by the next day. It could have been evaporation, but I really think it was consumption. Consumption is an indicator of yield. As densely bushy as she is, I'm estimating at least 90 grams. So for future grows, especially for very bushy plants, I will defoliate at least 2x during early and midflower to open up the canopy and let the plants bulk up more. She did show some nutrient (cal-mag) deficiency and for the next Apollo grow, I will push the feed a bit. I'm excited and a bit sad to see this grow come to an end at the same time. Week 1. 14/09/2022 Spring is full on here acourding to Google but it's just not getting warmer. Full blow rain and wind. Had to bring in the tent that I got for protection. This will impact the grow and hopefully not too much. Finally the Sun is out and it's feeling like Spring. Time to get the soils biology in the right space. I cooked up a Tea that focuses on the Micro nutrition, Root development and Pest control. Use a airpump and lift it out for about 24 hours after the mix. Even though it has only been 4 days since my last update, I want to upload whenever I do more then just water my plant. Something that being said since my last upload I did put more of a bend in the main stalk and defoliated alot of the up higher and down low branches trying to keep it all the same height.

Been a bit of a strange plant the older gelato..small bud sites hoping she pops but I don’t have much hope for her it’ll be a case of ‘quality over quantity’ I think but that’s all good she smells amazing so frosty and sticky! The smaller gelato is still in preflower I took all the undergrowth away so she’s recovering from that but she looks good too!

December 29 day 15, growth is fine, I will likely top the plant later in the week. Roots are developed enough to remove humidity dome, although I am still running a humidifier. December 30, day 16, topped the Malasana cookies and removed growth at the first node. I am not mainlining as I don't think it would give me an even canopy across the 8sqft growing area this plant will take up. The topping won't give the same symmetry, but with a bit of training I will end up with an even, wide canopy. I removed the branches from the first node as I would have to end up removing a lot of that growth. In my experience those first branches never fill in as much anyways. December 31 day 17, recovery from topping going well. Put the humidity dome back on to keep the VPD at around .8kPa. January 2 day 19, despite the large pot causing a bit of overwatering leaf droop the Malasana cookies continues to recover well. I am done with the humidity dome after waffling back and forth quite a bit. I posted an image in more natural light to so that the leaves are a healthy green. Just that edge curling that will work itself out when the plant grows into its big container. January 4 day 21, growth is taking off as it should at this age. Its still going to be a long veg to get an 8sqft flowering size. Recovery from the topping is good, and new leaves are healthier with less clawing. I applied LST with plant ties to get growth to head toward my plant training frame (atlas plant trainer).

Removed some lower branches at the end of week 9. ✂️ Things were getting a little tightly packed in the flower room. 🤷‍♂️🏽🌿 Both plants are showing signs of female sex.😎 That about some up week 1 of flower. 🌺

Day 54-64 (June 14th-24th) (Day 55) I got a good look at all of the plants in the dark and all of them are quite faded out except for black garlic and the blueberries. Running multiple different strains that all feed differently would be a nightmare on a larger scale! (Day 56) Everything is looking on point and happy. Plants are drinking about a liter of water every 36 hours. (Day 59) Jack Herer #1 has some of the most wild looking foxtails I’ve ever seen. Not a very desirable trait but it’s cool to grow. It’s smell is pure bliss, it’s now matured to a mango funk. I will do a more in depth look at each strain after dry. Jack #2 is starting to pop fresh nanners. I think it is from stress due to lack of nutrients and/or heat stress from where it is in the tent. Both jacks are feeding really hard I’ve noticed. If these bananas get any worse I will just harvest early. Blueberry #1 is developing miniature seeds in its calyx’s and is starting to foxtail like crazy. It almost looks like it’s reveging. Earlier in the season I pulled off an entire bud that was covered in developing seeds but I couldn’t find anymore after that. I will likely find a few bag seeds in this pheno and Jack #2. Blueberry #2 is still terpless and frostless but it’s really starting to fill into it’s structure now. It’s getting impressively dense but that all it has going for it. This one needs to go 65-70 days at least. BAOGC #1 is so beefed up and chunky I love it. The main cola will be a good 6 grams and the lowers are thick gram nugs too. I will let this one go until day 65 BAOGC #2 is much smaller but a super hard feeder. It was one of the first to start yellowing. This pheno is pretty average in my opinion. It stacks a little tighter but has small buds TWOG #1 has this strange velvety look to it’s frost, something I’ve never really seen before. Although it’s a little on the leafy side. It filled out super early and is ready to harvest now. Both are fading out with black streaks on the leaves. TWOG #2 checks every box for quality so far. This might be the perfect strain and I’m sad I didn’t get a clone of it. The only thing wrong with it is the long trichome stalks and lack of resin heads. It is also an early finisher. I will probably take both TWOGs down on the 21st. Black garlic is just mouthwatering. This plant literally looks wet with resin. It was super airy at first but slowly filled out to the point it’s one of the denser plants in the tent. Cant wait to smoke this stuff. (Day 63) Well, every plant in here is looking done except the jacks and blueberry #2. Since I’m harvesting my other tent tomorrow I might as well give everything the chop before I risk bagseeds. I’m going to give a final watering right now and harvest tomorrow. I’m going to be drying in my flower tent kept between 60-65F and 60-65% RH. I will do a full plant hang to extend the dry time for as long as possible. Guess that’s a wrap then. I will give a detailed breakdown of my errors and final thoughts on the run next week after the dry is completely done. ✌️

Day 15 she's strong and beautiful. Will start training soon. Probably move her to the 4x4 next weekend. Topped the fourth node on day 17. Used a few LST clips on day 19. She didn't skip a beat from being topped.
