Since this diary started in the middle of Week 4 of flower, many of the details about how we got to that point have remained a mystery. In previous updates I mentioned how my last attempt at growing this cut resulted in a plant that outgrew my space. I had a long veg time and used a 5 gallon pot. That information allowed me to exercise caution on this grow because I knew how big this plant can get when given an opportunity. With that in mind, I only gave her 9 days after transplant from the aerocloner before moving her to the flower tent. My pervious experience dictated that this plant exhibits significant lateral branching. I top most of my plants to encourage this kind of growth, but due to the short veg time and for the sake of experimentation, I decided to not top her this time. You can see that this has resulted in a large main stem cola, but also (thanks to knowing her growth pattern) several rather large secondary colas as well. As an aside, some may look at this and wonder "yeah, but what about the yield?" I have never weighed a harvest. I grow for myself only, therefore yield is not something I concern myself with. I just don't care. I fill one quart mason jar and the rest is given away or turned into hash. My scheduling is such that I harvest approximately one plant a month; therefore I have enough smoke to last a VERY long time. While this plant will probably go 12+ weeks, with only 9 days of veg, it’s still comparable to a 10 week variety that would require a longer veg time to produce a similar yield. And, frankly, I have close to a dozen cultivars in my ‘consumable’ collection and this is the only one I reach for prior to 9 pm. She has a very clear and motivational high. Not overpowering, but I never test her ceiling, so she could get one blasted if necessary. This would also be a great plant for someone having trouble eating, because my appetite is essentially limitless when I’m smoking this. Perhaps it’s no coincidence that I have put on a few lbs since I’ve had her in my collection?

She’s finished!!! Heading into my “dying” process. She received her last 18hrs of light. 6hours of darkness then 1hr of light. Pot is completely dry. Next is 72 hrs of darkness in pot. Edit* posted photos following first 72hrs. Next is 72 hrs of dark in water/SLF-100.

the weather forecast says 2 weeks of rain, it will be a challenge to keep the humidity low in the house and of course in the growbox.

Budding coming along nice, frost is also starting to form on the sugar leaves.

Hello everybody! Hope everyone is doing well with all its going on in the world. Today's week 5 of my clones. They all seem to be doing very well except one leaves her kind of showing signs of lockout. All the others are rooting very well there's a couple of more the roots are coming up the bottom of a cup. BLUE CUSH DAY 49 FROM SPROUT She is a bushy plant with dark leaves of an almost blue tint. Removed the plastic wrap covering and still seems to be no more gnats.

NOTES: I stopped using the root stimulator as I fill the tanks, next full nutrient solution change to mid-bloom phase is at around 3rd to 4th week flowering. I'll I stop using the Grow nutrient and will increase Bloom the same amount. A lot of training on upper parts with the net and some light defoliating on lower parts of the plants. Day57 (12.12.) Day58 (13.12.) Defoliated and pruned my plants a bit more. Removed some big fan leaves covering large areas of becoming bud sites but mostly focused on lower leaves growing inwards, blocking growth, airflow etc.. Added a video afterwards. Day59 (14.12.) Day60 (15.12.) I continued doing the same as before, light defoliation mostly under the canopy. Day61 (16.12.) Day62 (17.12.) Everything looks good and my teenagers are finally beginning to flower, also no signs of any males or hermaphodites so that's good. Filling the net and keeping the tops and bud sites at the same level is a lot of work since they've stretched a lot. They've also needed some pruning and defoliating but I've tried to not remove too much before they've finished growing bigger. After that, propably on 4th week of flowering I can decide better on what to remove and what to keep for the rest of the grow. Day63 (18.12.) I started the last heavier defoliation process which includes removing around 50% of the upper leaves blocking airflow and light to the developing bud sites. I'll continue the process propably a couple days so I don't stress them too much. It's pretty time-consuming to dive in to each plant and remove anything that's unneccessary for the rest of the grow, keeping that in mind I don't even have the time to do everything at once. This includes the bottom nodes and branches that aren't going to reach even close to the net, the leaves that are blocking the light on top, and the leaves at the bottom of the canopy that aren't getting basically any light. 🌱 Week 3 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week down and the differences between the phenos are becoming more obvious every day 👀🔥 The environment stayed very stable this week with temperatures, humidity, and VPD remaining consistent. Because all plants are growing under the exact same conditions, it’s really interesting to see how differently each phenotype develops genetically. 📈 Current observations: Several phenos are already reaching close to 30 cm in height Meanwhile, some smaller phenos — especially Pheno #6 — are still around 13 cm Leaf structure and overall plant shape continue to vary a lot between phenos Growth vigor is clearly different from plant to plant now 💧 Feeding & maintenance: This week the plants received their first proper feeding with around 4 liters of nutrient water. Some phenos seem to react more sensitively to the nutrients, as a few plants are starting to show slight brown leaf tips, so I’ll keep a close eye on them over the next days 👀 I also removed more large fan leaves to improve light penetration and allow the lower branches to develop more evenly. 📊 Current environment: Temperature stable around 26°C Humidity staying between 63–65% VPD maintained around 1.3 kPa Light intensity remaining at 35% Now I’m really curious to see when the first flowering signs will appear 🌸🔥 💬 Which pheno would you pick so far?

Day 43. Girls still on water, but they are getting bigger, need more water, so installed trays, gave them a lift from ground and hopefully this weekend heavy LST and defoliation session with light BioBizz FishMix feed . All girls are nice, two a bit smaller, but they should catch up. Made small shuffle , sometimes it looks to me, that one light is overperforming others in veg. Day 45. Heavy training, loads of lst and defoliation, pure phed water. Think to give them 2 more weeks before flip, will clear up in a week all small shoots and bottoms. Happy Growing !

😍 shes actually very close to done, i might even harvest her tmr, if not then probably the next day, saw alot of milky with the odd amber today! She is also stankin nice a lovely. She has a little more flower than i expected to be honest, which still isnt very much but i'm pleased for the first outdoor grow. That is if she smokes as nice as she smells. I see a moderate amount of trichs, not like the tent but still nice and sugary. Next post should be the harvest report! I think i'll toss out a dried guess of 18 grams and its gonna be a little fluffy

I wanted to title this weeks grow "How Big Are Your Balls? (root balls that is, lol)". I've been wanting to post pictures and video of the root balls for a while now, so today's the day! The temperature has been dropping here, so the plants are getting much less heat stress. In a couple of weeks the temperature should be down into the 60's and 70's during the day and all will be good.
