Week 2 Day 2: Things are going well. We had some high humidity and a little algae, so I increased the fan level. There was also some slight bubbling in the leaves which could be due to the humidity, so I'm keeping an eye on that. Otherwise, things are looking good. Planning to water today (8/8), and keep an eye on them for the rest of the week. Feels like patience is key at this point. Will need to decide on feed schedule soon, and will be PH'ing my water for the first time today. Will also continue researching LST methods. Week 2 Day 7: Still struggling with high humidity. My grow is in my basement, and in the summer it stays around 70% RH. When the tent was at 80% RH I opened the vents and had the airflow running pretty high. I couldn’t come up with any other way to decrease it, so I went to Facebook marketplace and got a dehumidifier. Ran it overnight in the basement yesterday and the humidity has not really changed and there were barely droplets of water in it 😭. I’m going to try putting it in the tent if things don’t change.

Week 8 looking good. Buds have been growing steadily lower leaves turning yellow and dropping off. Using Nutrients to help with bud production. I'm feeding them Flora combo of 2 Litres or until a little flow through. Every two to three days. Bottom of the pot was really dry gave it a mini flush until a little came out the bottom. 4L per plant.

Everything I do has a purpose. I try not to be malace and always come with a open heart and mind. This was an incredibly fun grow went by very fast. De 3 ejemplares seleccioné los 2 mejores para completar el indoor y trasplanté directamente a macetas de 7 litros, cambien el fotoperiodo a 12/12 y aplique una buena poda de ramas bajas, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color y progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento, ya marcaron las preflores. AUGUST 24 to AUGUST 30, 2024 Sunrise 07:05, sunset 20:50 for total daylight of 13:45 hours. Specimen continues to push upwards, gaining approximately 13cm in height over the past week. Plant is taller than anticipated and planned for, which could present some difficulties as it's getting into the oscillating air circulation fan's wake. Was surprised to see the continued stretch, but there were two days of high heat that may have been the trigger, or, it may have been the result of defoliation and pruning, or it was simply the plant's final push, or a combination of all those factors. It appears to have crowned, or is close to being fully crowned, and as such I undertook a fairly heavy defoliation to improve airflow through the bottom of the plant, and strategically removed leaves in the upper canopy to improve light exposure. Fungus gnats did regain their hold, and so I decided to top dress with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (delivered via pulverized Mosquito Dunks) in an effort to kill larvae, treated with Soil Pest Defense (Neem Oil, Castile Soap and Yucca Extract) and replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps at soil level. Effects were pretty immediate, but I will need to stay on top of this. Would like to cease use of Neem Oil in the soil, so considering acquiring some beneficial nematodes to combat the pest issue. Overall, specimen and its' "neighbours" in the greenhouse are doing well, and filling the room. When accounting for the bench and containers, tops of plants are over 152cm (5ft) from ground level. It is making management a little more challenging, and proving to be more difficult to find good angles to photograph (the space is pretty much filled up). The scent of citrus, skunk and spice emanating from the greenhouse is building, and at times quite strong. Still appears to me to be on-track for ripening the week of October 14, 2024. Day 120 - n/a Day 121 - Drip watered 5.0L of plain rainwater with pH of 6.7 Day 122 - n/a Day 123 - Defoliated specimens, focused on removing leaves from lower parts of the plant to improve airflow (lollipop), pruning hidden or non-producing branches, and strategically removing select upper fan leaves to improve light exposure and airflow. Day 124 - Top dressed with pulverized Mosquito Dunk (1/4 unit per specimen); 1.5L drip watered with plain rainwater in the morning; Hand watered 2.0L of Soil Pest Defense Drench in the afternoon; Hand watered 1.0L of plain rainwater about 30 minutes after soil drench; Replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps (1 unit per specimen, cut in half and rested at soil surface on two sides; With defoliation from yesterday, room air flow seems adequate, after increasing speed of lower fans. Day 125 - n/a Day 126 - n/a Next week, planning to feed the rhizosphere with Compost Tea and continue efforts to control fungus gnat population.

Aug 10: this scrog is looking okay. Likely will avoid doing it this way in future, but it will work out. Aug 11/13: don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you’re also immediately using a 730 nm light as a bloom booster. A bright light at that wavelength converts the hormone and allows the plant to go into dark mode two hours faster. Anyway, the red light cancels out the flash from the pics which is cool because buds look good in flash pics.

The spider mites are still here and I can’t seem to get rid of them. Even by removing every last leaf you can find them on they still manage to hide.

Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days.
