The start was easy as it gets just add water the first 20 days and LST every day. When i saw some of the lower leaves start to change color that's when i started to add nuits. after that it was just following the instructions foxfarm already had laid out for me. I cut back by half in the start of my feeds but by the end of my grow I was at full strength. Testing your run off is key. Cropking send me great seeds and genetics is a great foundation and starting point. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was very happy I got almost 5 ounces off one plant.

Algae is an asshole. Thought things were going really well... and then found a bit of algae in the rockwool.... No biggie I figure. Wrong. Left it one night, and today (Sunday) open the jar to find algae in all the roots. Not cool. Well, I needed to swap the nutrients anyway, and was going to do a major bonsai pruning... so why not also wash everything, plant included, in mild hydrogen peroxide solution? Sure, THAT's fun. Made the decision to swap Hydroguard for H2O2 as well, since the water is room temp (21-22 C) and the H2O2 supposedly helps prevent algae.... and keeps away root rot even in higher solution temperatures. Oh, and H2O2 is also seemingly a buffer... making getting the pH right in that small jar strange - needed WAY more pH down than without the hydrogen peroxide. Fingers crossed that the major life disturbances will help manage the algae and not just put the nails in the coffin.

Day 49: The end is in sight. Not gonna be the biggest buds but they’re still swelling. Cut out the silica and calmag for now so just plain 6.4- 6.8 water. Day 54- straight water and molasses, trying to see if I can wake up these microbes to finish out the next couple weeks

En ce 24/09 guidé par les astres, je décide de me diriger vers mon minuteur et par les pouvoirs qui me sont conféré je diminue la durée du jour et déclare l'arrivée de la phase de floraison. Ensuite, toujours guidé par les astres évidemment, je saisis ma coupe et je pars en quête d'un substrat pour y mélanger ma précieuse poudre de floraison. Après un certain temps me voilà face à une source abondante de terre. Je remue la terre, la frotte entre mes doigts, j'inspire un grand coup dedans afin d'analyser la qualité du substrat et enfin j'y plonge ma coupe. Fier de ma trouvaille, je referme soigneusement ce sachet de terreaux universel.👽 Après avoir mélangés ma poudre à mon terreau, je la dépose en dessous des plantes et je fais un vœux.🙏 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- J'ai ajouté environ 25gr de poudre BioBloom par pot de 8L soit environ 3gr/L. J'arrose chaque pot avec environ 1.5L tout les 5 jours. Coming along really nicely now and well into the stretch that I am tucking as much as I can under the netting , they are also sucking the pots dry now within just over 24 hours , I'm not sure if that is because of the result-c I added because as soon as I added it the plants instantly started too drink like never before

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. wow what a month. June was down right chilly at night up until almost fathers day. Then we go into this mini drought. The forecast is saying that we are going back to normal hopefully quickly with some more gentle rain.
