Hello Growmies, As we conclude the sixth week with our Epic Buzz plants in the Tent-X Ultimate Grow Showdown, we've seen substantial growth and faced some climatic challenges head-on. The plants have thrived under a regimen of defoliation, lollipopping, and scrogging, developing into robust specimens ready for the flowering stage. The extended watering intervals and the consistent application of our chosen nutrient blend, Alga Grow, Sugar Royal, Power Roots, and Orca, have supported their vigorous development, ensuring they are well-nourished and hydrated. However, managing the environmental conditions, particularly during the night, has presented some hurdles. The recent introduction of a custom-built extraction box has been our latest strategy to combat the high humidity levels we've been battling during the lights-off period. This innovative solution has shown promising results, offering a more controlled grow atmosphere by extracting humid air directly outside, preventing it from lingering in the lung area of our setup. Despite this improvement, the integration of the Mars Hydro fan with the Tent-X system remains unresolved, leading to less than ideal fluctuations in our VPD levels. The lack of support from Mars Hydro, Secret Jardin, and even TrolMaster in providing clear guidance for this integration has been a stumbling block. We're considering a shift back to the reliable Prima Clima system, known for its seamless compatibility and ease of use. In the spirit of community and shared growth, we're reaching out for any advice on connecting a 5-phased PWM motor to the TrolMaster controller. The collective wisdom of this community has always been a guiding light, and any insights would be greatly appreciated. Would love to give nute measurements but in my situation, using dry. Here we are, in our forever home in the middle of my city buried deep in plain site. Will che k again the week after Easter, this weekend and then again in June. Can’t visit to often in my way. Be able to walk or bike to spot, prep, plant, leave 😕

Harvest day 74. 10g dried after 4 days. Little plant and little yeald. Didn't respond well to topping, problems with over feeding in late flowering. Also began to foxtail in last week, probably due to 40°C at daytime. Will update the smoke test curing.

Day 58 - Into week 9 now and she’s really budding up nicely but something is definitely a bit off with her. Most leaves on the top are starting to yellow quite a bit and I’m thinking she might be getting a bit of light burn because I had moved the lights pretty close. Was trying something new with this one and don’t think it’s working so backed the lights up to the normal height and hopefully she’ll be ok. Other than that, looking good and should be ready for more water in a couple days. Day 59 - Buds are starting to swell a bit in certain areas and getting nice and frosty. Her smell is starting to get a bit stronger too. Still have quite a bit of time left with her and she’ll be ready for water tomorrow then the watering after that, she’ll get a dose of nutes. Day 61 - Still going good and fattening up nicely. The soil was pretty dry so gave her about a gallon and a half of plain pH’d water today, next watering will be with nutes. So far it doesn’t look like any of the yellowing is getting any worse so I’m thinking it was light burn. Day 63 - Ending week 9 and nothing major going on right now. Flowers are looking great and seems the bit of yellowing has slowed down or stopped but did remove a couple lower yellow and dead ones today. She’s already ready for water so tomorrow she’ll get a feeding of nutes.

Will have more info posted when the plants are dried and weighed. Can start the cure process and smoke report, Will use my friends to see if they kept the CBD attributes that the parents had. More to come.

Overall the plant yielded good dense nugs with strong smell, if your planning on running these seeds make sure you have a good germination rate so you can get at least 1 good pheno with good color on it. This strain was very resistant to deficiencies, large amount of root development and decent lateral growth. I will post nug shots after dry and trim

i wanna tell all facts when the plants are dryyyyy

sprayed neem two times 0.9ml/60ml and 1.7ml/70ml because invasion of the flies hasn't stopped started adding booster every other day: - 1g Booster + 4ml Mono Trace + 6ml Bio Heaven + 200 ml water - 1g Booster + 2ml CalMag + 5ml Bio Heaven + 200 ml water @PH6

This week has been descent, plants recovered just fine from the LST issues from before. Its like they never were really phased by it. and that's impressive for the strain it really can take abuse and grows well. I was away for a extended weekend and tossed in 1Gal of ph'd water to the plants and hopped for the best, So far so good. Will need to water them again tomorrow. Had a bit of burning on some leaves from the soil/transplant so its good to know the stuff is feeding em well. I really think the fulvic acids are helping them take in the nutrients as I'm using less of it compared to other grows with Gaia Green. I topped all the plants this week and this should set them back a bit in vertical growth. I think they will be ready for flip in a week or two, they should have established themselves in the new pots with all their roots by now. Maybe give them a bit more and then pinch them all into the SCROG net, Might need a 2nd net to support the colas if they grow really tall. Aim for week 10 flip as of now. Clones are also doing well, one of them dried out a bit more and can see the growth was stunted. I also gave away the 4th plant that was a runt, they will be keeping it in a window still till its time to transplant them outside in the spring and let it grow into a monster plant outdoors hopefully if it does not get stolen. Hard to tell what will happen to it. Lota dumbasses in their neighbourhood. Buds getting Thicker, so far no real problems i think. RG #2 has the biggest and thiccest buds until now, hope the others will follow. Colors of pistils do change, they look pretty frosty and smell a lot now. Like the last weeks i still just feed Bio PK 5-8 10ml for each Plant and did removed a few leaves which were blocking light but not much. Guess i will stop with removing more leaves now. Pretty hard to estimate what kind of yield i will get at the end, but i hope it will get as close as possible to 1g/Watt (but i doubt it :D ). Around 4 Weeks left until my first harvest.
