So this plant was a slow grower from the beginning. Just grew one big chunky bud. Good trichome development and fantastic tropical terps. This is a nice smoker, just not a looker as a plant

Sorry for the late update, everyone. Thank you for checking out the garden. This lady has absolutely exploded! I am anxious to see how her buds stack up over the coming weeks. She has been drinking and feeding so much lately that I went ahead and bumped her up to 75% nutes instead of just 50%. We will see soon how she handles them. I was getting crazy pH swings (down to 4.4) because of how heavy she had been feeding. With the tap water I have, the new nutes measure about 850-900 ppm, but tap is about 200, so ~700 ppm of actual nutes. Finally got round to getting this diary finished. Sorry it took so long to update, I’ve been really busy 🤷‍♂️😸 I harvested these plants just shy of two weeks ago. I took some pictures just prior to harvest. The buds came out extremely dense even though they both foxtailed. The pictures of the dry buds don’t really do them justice. They look a bit rough trimmed, not quite as well manicured as to my usual standard, but it smokes smooth and that’s all that matters 😸 The taste is thick and lingers in the mouth, you can almost chew it! It has a really strong OG Kush taste, not had much wedding cake in my time so can’t tell if that’s coming through at all 🤷‍♂️ Yielded pretty good this time round, got around 3oz per plant. All the buds were solid so not much trim to use for Rosin, but what little I did get gave me some 🔥 Rosin in return. I’ve uploaded a video of what I made. the weather still very hot but it is doing well. Terpene is very strong now. Very sweet and fruity, but have some wood in it. Amazing. Keep growing.

I switch 12/12 at day 17, I irrigated one time with 3ml/l of root juice in 0.4l of corrected ph water. Sometimes Strawberry Lemonade rotates some leaves, I don't understand why.

1/24 - 1/28: Fed on 1/28. The SO's and MW's have entered the harvest window. and both the Platonium and Velvet Sugah Bref are right behind them, so it was the last feeding for everybody except maybe the GG4.

This girl is stretching like no tomorrow. I have to keep her around wind breakers or else she would be history. I fed her some hole made worm tea and she is loving it.

Pre98 Bubba , oh how I’ve missed you for so many years! These ones came out absolutely gorgeous! Loving the the purple phenos 😍 ! These ladies liked to stretch quite a bit so you’re gonna want to use some LST on em but I also recommend topping at least 6 times to get a better bang on your yield ! Expect nice tight purple buds with a tremendous amount of frost covering, some of the frostiest Bubba I’ve ever had! Over all I give it 10 stars an would definitely over an over run this strain!

Yet again another amazing run from the blue cheese. Barneys really got it right with this strain. Dense, frosty, smelly, Big heads literally everything i look for in a strain. Not too mention the high is the best! I love a good cheese smoke and harvesting this strain just as the trichomes fill with milky cloudy colours I fell gives the best high. Energetic and uplifting and just all around amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Day 57 and this plant has transformed from tiny to decent size. I dont know yet when to start flushing but it will be during the next 2 weeks! Soo far everythings going good!

7/1: This plant has been extremely fun to watch do its thing over the last few weeks. Those little mistakes I made or neglected in my first grow have significantly helped me get off on the right foot this time around. Not to mention, I feel that the plant/genetics is fairly low maintenance. As I mentioned at the end of last week's entry, I started a little LST on the lower most node. Today, I have added landscaping staples to the second lowest node to allow it to stretch out and get more light from under the quickly growing top canopy. In addition to starting LST on the second lowest node, I did bring the light down to 16 inches above canopy at 60% power. This gives me a PPFD reading of roughly 750, which could be inaccurate due to using the phone app, but it still gives me a good idea of how much I should bump light power up each time. 7/3: Today was a big day for the Mrs. Gorilla Cookie. I decided it was time to add in a bit more soil as well as some amendments. I added 3tbsp of Gaia Green Power Bloom 2-8-4 and 1tbsp Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4. I then reapplied the landscaping staples to continue LST. The plants seem to be responding well to the light increase that I applied on 7/1. At the time, I was worried it would be too much, but the plant is really soaking it up and praying toward the light. I may increase the light a bit more at the end of the week. In addition, I plan to try out a self watering base toward the end of the week. I will going out of town soon for the remainder of July and need to test the base before I leave. I do have buddies that will help, but I would like things to be as easy as possible for them. I also hear great things on these self watering bases and if it works out will, I will definitely incorporate them into future grows. 7/6: The end of week 4 has come and this plant is really starting to kick into high gear. I do think adding in the bloom amendments really helped. Great, speedy growth, and looking green and healthy. Pistils have started to form and she's definitely starting to get a little stank. The lights are still at 60% but due to the constant growth the canopy raised causing the light to be 12 inches close and PPFD up to 950. I did notice a tiny bit of tacoing so I lifted the light a couple inches. I am now trying to keep them at a constant 14 inches above the canopy with a PPFD of around 850. I will likely hold off on adjusting the brightness for another few days, as I am liking the results I'm seeing. I started the plant on her self-watering base yesterday when I would have usually given it a feeding. Its only been a day, so its too soon to tell just how well its working, but the soil seems to be at a perfect moisture at all times. I did feed a little from the top today to help some of the nutrients that may still be at the top work its way into the pot. Overall, solid week. This grow is already shaping up to exceed my expectations and I feel pretty good about making it through the Veg stage in one piece. On to the flowering stage! Very fast seedling process, seeds stayed soaking for 24h and in the water they were already showing the first white root hair, another 48h in the paper towel and the day I potted them up they showed cotyledons. They took around 11 days to reach third node and complete germination but honestly I belive it could be faster if in better enviroment, mainly the humidity which was low and I transplanted them a day late. From day 5 I started feeding them exact same nutrients and ratio from the first vegetative week but starting at 0.4EC and increasing by 0.1EC/day until 1.1EC
