Hello Growmies, As we conclude the sixth week with our Epic Buzz plants in the Tent-X Ultimate Grow Showdown, we've seen substantial growth and faced some climatic challenges head-on. The plants have thrived under a regimen of defoliation, lollipopping, and scrogging, developing into robust specimens ready for the flowering stage. The extended watering intervals and the consistent application of our chosen nutrient blend, Alga Grow, Sugar Royal, Power Roots, and Orca, have supported their vigorous development, ensuring they are well-nourished and hydrated. However, managing the environmental conditions, particularly during the night, has presented some hurdles. The recent introduction of a custom-built extraction box has been our latest strategy to combat the high humidity levels we've been battling during the lights-off period. This innovative solution has shown promising results, offering a more controlled grow atmosphere by extracting humid air directly outside, preventing it from lingering in the lung area of our setup. Despite this improvement, the integration of the Mars Hydro fan with the Tent-X system remains unresolved, leading to less than ideal fluctuations in our VPD levels. The lack of support from Mars Hydro, Secret Jardin, and even TrolMaster in providing clear guidance for this integration has been a stumbling block. We're considering a shift back to the reliable Prima Clima system, known for its seamless compatibility and ease of use. In the spirit of community and shared growth, we're reaching out for any advice on connecting a 5-phased PWM motor to the TrolMaster controller. The collective wisdom of this community has always been a guiding light, and any insights would be greatly appreciated. First week went well and now at first day of week 2 moved her to dwc. Light is dimmed to 50% and DLI is 16. We should start to see some faster grow in couple days.

Amazing told this run 110 grams of bud and 80 grams of shake. An amazing pungent fruity citrus cream cheese aroma eminates out of my cure vault. The high has been described by my friends as a creative uplifting high followed by intense couch lock. The grow itself was a breeze. The only real issues i had in the hydro grow was that i needed to to add cal mag because it was growing so fast and i was using distilled water. I basically did not train my plants other than defoliating to make space for air flow and light penetration. I would recommend this for any first time hydro grower that has a decent amount of space.

Two weeks!! Ladies looking great, no nutes needed so far... I've been watering every other day with nothing but voodoo juice, I might be giving them a couple weeks more before flipping them into 12/12!!

Day 50 - Starting week 8 and nothing much to complain about. She’s in SoHum soil so didn’t think she needed any nutes but it does look like some leaves look like she’s hungry so I’ll give her till her next watering and if she’s still looking like that, I’ll give her a light dose of nutes. Her leaf edges are curling a bit too and I moved her around in the tent cause I think the wind was hitting her too much, so we’ll see how this works. Day 51 - Nothing new today, just did a little more leaf tucking today and already put her back but noticed a couple branches that are getting a bit long so will probably see if they’re still flexible enough to tie down, if not, I’ll let em grow. Day 52 - Starting to get a little too light in color so thinking she definitely needs her first round of nutes. Haven’t given any to this point because SoHum is supposedly a water only soil but I think she’s starting to get hungry. Went ahead and tied down two other branches but third one was too stiff but it was the shorter of the three so she’ll be ok. Day 53 - Nothing new today other than I removed a couple yellow fan leaves towards the bottom and a couple others that are blocking the light to a few bud sites. Day 55 - Still looking good but some leaves are yellowing a bit and think it’s due to it feeding her at all. So long as the buds keep developing and fattening, I think she’ll be ok. Should be ready for some water in another day or two. Day 56 - Ending another week today and all seems to be going well still. The soil was dry today so gave her a little over a gallon of water. Other than that, I tucked a few leaves and put her back in the tent.

First few days of flower so nothing much happening. The stretch is in effect and she's going for it. Just a little of the bottom leaves removed for better air flow. Nothing major. Having issues keeping the R.H around 60%· Observed slight water condensation on leaves at lights on. Need to sort that out

Hey Growmies, I apologize for the lame diary this week. I've been sick on and off the last two months and it's really taking a toll on my body and heart condition. Please forgive me as I'm trying to heal up. I'll do the best I can at updating this as I go along. I'm not giving up! The girls look great, despite not giving them as much attention as id like and they deserve. Great week of growth. I let her do her thing. I did minor LST and some hst on the other girls that I haven't made a diary for yet but will. Day 19 of flower.. week 3 of flower is about to wrap up which is nearing the end of the stretch phase. I was pleasantly surprised with the growth on the Watermelon Zkittelz, I've been putting the most work into her as the technique I'm using requires a lot of attention. Next run I will use tie downs and I'll most likely add a trellis here soon too help hold the heavy colas.. but we will see how it plays out. Looking forward to seeing her buds start to stack before my eyes! Thank you to everyone who has helped me through this journey! I've been really sick lately and my girls help keep me going! Day 20 of flower Today went well, I reorganized the tent and cleaned it a bit, I try to clean it once a week or so. I've been hand "drip feeding" one of the girls the last few days. Just an expierment and the plant seems to love it so I'm going to start hand "drip feeding" all of them. I think the Watermelon Zkittelz is going to love some extra food every day! I know us humans do but it's important to make sure the girls aren't stressed and isnt in a nutrient lock out or something. I think it's best when she's running prime! At the end of day 20 of flower I took a video of all the new growth and it was after I reorganized the tent and I feel so much better after doing this. I also turned off all the lights and turned on each light individually so I could see how each light was casting on each plant. This way I know the plants are getting enough light coverage as that is a huge disadvantage of using these budget lights. Excited for the 3rd week to come to an end!! Adding new nutrients next week!! more liquid seaweed foliar spray and Silica. Pre flower has not started on this plant yet, prob due to the fact it was put out 2 week later than the rest which are in full pre flower. plant has grown a whopping 18" this week. Amazing!

Very nice plant to grow. Beautiful flowers covered with trichomes. The smell is very lemon citrus flavourt. She gave a bit of a stretch. I think she isn’t the biggest yielder but definitely quality over quantity. Later on the results. Very pleased sofar! I underestimate the density of the buds. Dry weight 375 gram of 5 plants. Pheno number 2 yielded almost 100 gram! Powerfull lemon flavour with a touch of sour. Running pheno number 2 again!

Das Pflänzchen wird zur Pflanze. Bis jetzt läuft es gut. Die Entscheidung, in den Kompost 20% Kokosfasern einzumischen war richtig. Dieser Strain war eine spanische gratis Samenspende des Saatgutlieferanten meiner Wahl. 😊 5 Samen haben sie beigelegt. Beim ersten Versuch habe ich die Samen draußen zum Keimen bringen wollen, das hat gar nicht geklappt. Alle vier Strains sind noch unter der Erde verfault. Es war zu kalt und zu nass.
