Long time no see!
Week 12 has passed, the flowers are only now swollen and the pistils are browning a bit. We are far behind schedule but whatever.
Mimosa is monstrously big. This is my second grow only, and im really impressed and a bit proud of myself.
Growing in coco is a fucking full-time job.
Since I dont have the time to babysit it and water all the time Im watering once every two days instead of watering twice a day, i beleive that even though Mimosa grew to be such a beautiful plant it is still far from its real full potential. Coco is a gift and a curse and the same time.
Probably soil would be my medium of choice in the future.
Cookies is far behind in development. I just hope to harvest 10-15g from her. She has had a rough life from the start.
The seed wouldn’t germinate, then she grew upside down, and shes been strange ever since. Still feel blessed that i have the capacity to grow such a beautiful plant from seed to harvest.
I beleive i have another two weeks with them and cant wait to cut them down

She seems to be coming along well. Fed her cal mag once this week 2 ml per liter. The other feeding she only received bloom and grow. Top leaves are discolouring but I'm unsure why.

I'm very happy with this weeks progress. They transitioned very well to the garden, which I'm chocking up to the row cover. They didn't need any water due to the thunderstorm we had last night, but I did make a ring around the base of each plant and gave them about 1-2 TBSP of the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend fertilizer. They also got their tomato cages.

So far, I can't comment on the effects and taste of the girl, because I was just weighing a wet product. The smell is strongly aromatic, the girl smelled the whole apartment. I no longer gave the girl nutrients, only clean water, and she remained in the dark for the last two days. I will dry the buds for about 10 days before I dry in the jars and update here. 😉
Update: The taste is sweet, delicate, does not scratch at all, the effect comes after a while. She's great. 😍

These ladies are beautiful starting to show signs of their pistols and all of them so it will be flowering very soon by the next 2 weeks or so. Cutting back the big fan leaves for more light and airflow as she reaches more to the sky 💚🌱🌿

Gonna feed them today 1tbls of blood meal.
I snapped a branch on #2 (see video) her stems, I don't like break to easy so I will give some micro nutrients to help stems from breaking. Unless she is the HOLY GRAIL. I will cull her clone.
All others handed super cropping well. 🙏
#4 in hydro is in it's own diary called Small Batch Seed making some F1
#1 showed her sex today, clones well took cut on 05/20/2020 is rooting well outside in coco coir, in humidity dome just cut and scrape the stem,once rooted I cut off yellowing leaves i hope her smoke is as good as she looks.
5 days into week 10 and #2, and #4 are male so indoors they go for pollen collection. Will dust one bud of each female with each male and hunt for what I want. Also see what each passes on in the cross.

Like someone being married for 20 years she's really starting to fatten up.
Bought the new dehumidifier which is really helping me, expecting her to really gain some weight the coming weeks.

8/14 been chopping them. i got a clone a couple months back and she had spider mites. luckily, these autos werent overly affected. i do think that may have been the cause of some of the airy buds.

This one certainly a lot taller than the rest have levelled out best i can by propping the others on boxes to raise them
Little bit of late trimming underneath to help airflow and to avoid rot with it being little cramped
Happy with plant so far i guess although i would have preferred it to be more like the others bushier and shorter
Not too bad overall though cant wait to see things all fatten up in this second half of flower now

at this week u can compare the stems and bush in the videos, keep in mind this is my first hydro grow and i messed the PPM and PH a few times..
also snapped a whole branch of the hydro plant around week 4.
still the hydro plant looks bigger and fatter stem. lol

They are growing well,#1 will be eliminated she is a runt, and way to far behind her sisters in growth, so culling her tomorrow.
Ps. #1 sprang back to life!
No sign of sex yet but soon I hope, as I was hoping for a short veg. More pics of #2-#8 in a.m.
Pretty cool to see plants know when lights going to out, and leaves look lower (drooping) about an hour before light shuts off !.
Getting ready for (sleep)? Pics 1-8 at lights on and leaves starting to reach for the sky (waking up)
Plants are about 31 days old and should start to show signs of sex.

flowering with the big demon has been easy hardly strain very resistant to decease and pests very Citrus Oder.

mixed into 2L water (I mix fresh nutrients more consistently this way to prevent nutrients to stand to long (I also shake it every now and than when I Walk past)
