Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 97grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results! The 5 seedlings are looking very healthy and developing at a very very fast pace, I'm happy with their development so far, the 5 seeds have turned into gorgeous little seedlings with a perfect development, I Can't wait to see this ladies produce their flowrs and see what we find in this autoflowering version of lemon cream kush by spliff seeds, 100% organic grown using FLO (living soil blend and water)

Woche 13 ging nur zwei Tage. Für meinen Geschmack war die Pflanzen an Tag 58 ausreichend reif. Zuvor wurden ja schon die Headbuds geerntet, da es kleine Opfer an den Pilz gab. Die letzten Tage verbrachten die Pflanzen bei 48h dauerhafter Beleuchtung und abschließenden 12h Dunkelheit. Ob eines von beiden einen positiven Effekt hatte lässt sich nicht klären aber kaputt gehen, kann davon nicht viel und ich kann Argumente für beides nachvollziehen, von daher kombinieren wir mal beide Varianten. Alles in allem war es jeden Tag eine Freude das Zelt zu öffnen, zu sehen wie die Blümchen sich entwickeln und sich von ihrem Duft betören zu lassen. Da die Gesetzeslage es so möchte, werden nur 250g für den Konsum im Cannatrol getrocknet und gecured. Somit sollten wir rechnerisch bei 50g Trockengewicht auskommen. Der Rest landet in einem Wurmkomposter, um zumindest die aufgebrachte Energie nicht ganz zu verlieren. Bleibt Sauber! 💚🍀🌍

Hi guys! Week 4 has been my favorite week so far... plants are recovered and looking healthy if you compare the beginning of the week to the end it's dramatic :) They have been growing so quickly. It's awesome finding new growth every morning !. Im happy with the way the stress training came out. I've opened up the canopy on BDM 1 to allow as much light as possible to hit the potential bud sights. This will be the last week of veg.. bring on those blue dream buds !!! Starting to fade hardcore, not pushing anything but pH'ed tap water. She was really under watered in the video so ignore that. She has perked back up, just still the yellowing and fading. I do believe I will be harvesting here in the next few days. She has had a wonderful ride :)

Zkittlez - Growers Choice Day 73 - watered with 2L of RO tap water with defined above nutrients, mixed in order and pH'd to 6.3. She has finished developing her bud sites and is now focusing on bulking! Her smell is filling the tent, with those beautiful Zkittlez notes, Im starting to get excited for this one! No real work done on her this week, just letting her grow🙏🏻

Green Gelato coming along nice and steady, loads of bud development since last week and still 4 days left of this week. Looking to start flushing in the next 4 days. Will see by day 56. She's smelling beautifully, can really smell a sweet fruity apricot/orange aroma which to me would be the sunset sherbet lineage in her but terps are still developing and changing so we will see. D50 : The first day of flowering

Got a shit ton of tops I love it. Gave her a trim a few days ago. This update is day 45 from seed. There are lots of pistils popping out everywhere.

Buds continue to fatten and the smell is beautiful. Red pistils are starting to show from bottom buds. Some leaves are starting to get pale green. They are listening to Nirvana and Fugazi.

Hey fellow gardeners, Unfortunately, I couldn't complete this diary earlier because was busy with family stuff and work. So finally here we go with the last chapter of this wonderful grow session. Thanks for Barneys for another masterpiece, we had a truly unforgettable journey with this breed. Its a bit difficult to remember after so long time but we try to collect the most important feelings and thoughts.🌞 So i decided to choose this time a hybrid strain to complement our most sativa collection. The seeds germinated in no time and we were able to put them in the first small pot after only 3 days, after another 3 days except one, they emerged from the soil so the fun could begin. The vegetative phase was actually easy and vigorous, but we made a mistake that made it a little longer than planned. Luckily the broken main stem healed really fast so this extra week wasn't so bad. In this phase we had an experience that we never had before, and yes this was the 13 finger leaf which means that the plants seem doing very well.🌱😎 When we entered the flowering period I was afraid they wouldn't stretch enough as other growers reported. Luckily these ladies got lanky and even didn't want to stop the stretching, which was cause for concern because the time for the last defoliation and lollypop session was almost there. At around day 23 of flowering we made the last trainings and we finally could sit back and watch the magic happen. It was really touching and lovely to see how the colors and aromas change from week to week as autumn approaches. Basically, we could distinguish two phenotypes. One with the purple silk on the leaves and a smaller but rock hard bud structure. The smell of this lady was more pine and sweet at the same time. The other 3 ladies were pretty much the same when it comes to smell and bud structure. Sweet and fruity aromas were characteristic here. Apart from the previous ones, both phenotypes were characterized by cinnamon scent throughout the whole flowering period. It can definitely be said that it is the most frosty variety i have ever grown. I am really satisfied with the outcome in every aspects. First the purple pheno went to darkness with our DWC lady and after two days the other 3. Dried them for 7 days at 21 degrees and 60% humidity and for another 5 days at 50% humidity.⚔️ Trimming these variety was a bit challenging threw the closed bud structure but it wort all the time. We ended up with 368 grams of juicy, rock hard dried buds and 48 grams of larf and popcorn. After placed it into glass jars with Boveda 62% humidity pack. Was a very pleasant strain to grow. This method has worked well for me! ------------------------------------------------------------------- 04/02/2025 I’ve transferred the seeds to the paper towel method! Now it's time to Pot preparation! For my pots, I use a three-layer method, filling each layer while shaping them with different-sized pots: - First layer: Super Soil - Second layer: Regular fertilized soil (BatMix by Plagron in this case) - Third layer: A light soil with mycorrhizae (Seeding Soil by Plagron) ------------------------------------------------------------------- #05/02/2025 I’ve planted the seeds! I'm using a cheap LED light from Amazon just to kickstart germination and gain a few extra days to finish flowering the plants in my tent. As soon as they sprout, I'll transfer them to the tent, where my old but fantastic Electric Sky 180W is waiting for them! ------------------------------------------------------------------- #08/02/2025 Two of them have already germinated, but one still hasn’t. I’m struggling with low temperatures, as it's been only 12°C during the day and between 3°C and 7°C at night. Unfortunately, I had a bit of bad luck—my lamp fell onto the pot, disturbing the soil and seeds of two plants. One of them is the one that hasn’t germinated yet. Just in case, I’ve put two more seeds in the paper towel method as backups. If I don’t need them, I’ll give them to a friend! 🙂 ------------------------------------------------------------------- #10/02/2025 I placed them in the tent on the 10th. Two of them germinated on the 8th, while the other was affected by the lamp falling. I’ll probably replace it with one of my backup seeds and offer #R03 to a friend, but it all depends on how things go in the next few days. ------------------------------------------------------------------- #12/02/25 I replaced the seed that went into shock with one of my backups.
