Week 13 : This wraps up the last week of flush for the biotabs, they got 2.5 ml/L of humic acid each feed 3x 4 pints this week. These have a real funky smell to them, cant really put my finger on it, kinda plant musty, really strong smell, maybe skunky or something, main thing is they're getting the chop soon ! Clipped a fair few leaves but the idea is a dry trim and hanging the plants whole for 10-12 days of slow drying before the cure. Man i cant wait to wrap this grow up ! These kinda grew crowded, i can tell because the biotabs and mrB's have a few branches that are anemic, small, useless, so they're all gonna go into the bubble hash, let's see if i can extract anything from these beauties ! wish me luck 🚀

Downward leaf curl on tips. Must investigate. Leads feel a bit papery, need to look at why that is. Not enough n?.. hmm. Loving the shape of the plant though so far and real consistent growth. Thin stem.

Vortex Cold AF! We have been trying to balance RH and temperature inside the tent during this winter. The dam furnace in the space is a few feet away, RH is 18 in the room, an open window helped cool off the temps - but was able to maintain a decent humidity level using 4 gallon wick humidifier. Up Down - check the video out it's kinda sorta in range. Best we can do when it's 15F outside....

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Realized just how intense manual feeding for coco is. Takes up to 3 hours to mix the nutrients, water, and wait to empty the saucers. And I'm just doing this once a day, imagine the experienced growers feeding 3+ times a day. Definitely would be ideal to have a drip/drain system installed in the future. Pheno 2 got so lanky and heavy it fell over! A scrog and bamboo sticks would've helped a ton. Placed a peony cage to support the branches but it's hard to get it angled properly with the branches grown out. Boosted the PK again this week and halved the Bloom Nutes.

Looking nearly ready smells amazing had a heave bud snap yesterday well 2 saved one one came of more than likely will harvest next week as this is the last week 👍😎💪

Flower stretch and bud sites are setting. Lots of tops from the lst. Fingers crossed.

Very slow growing this week (even thought it was a long one as I was counting days wrong) but i think its entered flowering. Its definitely stretched a whole lot. Side branching is pretty nice on both plants so hopefully it'll be a decent yield considering the pot size. Gonna stick with 10 litre pots now. Adding in more bloom nutes seems to have helped clear up the spots so i'm grateful for that. Gonna keep feed at this level until the biobizz runs out in a week or two. Heat is still an issue as you can see from the leaves taking on the classic taco shape. I still have a small 4 inch inline fan that im not using, would that be better for temps than passive intake? But still, good progress considering it's pushed 40c a couple of times.

Just finishing week 2 of flower. All trimming has been completed on the lower branches. Had a slight Calcium deficiency, due to a mix-up with nutrients. Girls are back on track and looking great. Stay tuned as these girls are going to stack up nicely
