7/24/23 - Day 42 - Ok, so where to start? I'm going to go over the last couple days of issues/troubleshooting. We had an issue with the lights not coming on for a whole day/night cycle. That was a couple of days ago, and everything seems okay since then. I had some Canoeing/tacoing on the leaves once the lights were back on. I think I had the PH too low, 5.8. In flower, I should start moving it up the scale. Once I corrected the PH to 6.2, the canoeing/tacoing in the leaves seemed to be gone/almost gone. I'm REALLY worried about the height of the plant. She is only 12 in. from the light that I cannot move. I added a second scrogg net???? I don't know if that's done a lot, but I'm going to try and stop if from growing straight up. I think the best I can do is give it a lean. So Ill call this the ScoggGL (GangstaLean). You'll see some pictures up top as I start the ScoggGL I did the first big trim and pulled a 3-gallon bucket of fan leaves out. I cut off a few side branches I didn't want the plant to waste energy on. I trimmed so many leaves off it was crazy. The smells have been awesome! You all know the smell of the fresh plant stems and leaves as you trim and rub across them. It's one of my favorite smells, which is in full effect. I noticed that I have some pistils growing. I know what that means, shes going to have some flowers here in the next week. I couldn't be more excited!!!!! The roots are just downright ruthless; they have been growing out of control. I have a great picture of them in there with no water. I should note that I did two things that might have solved the Tacoing in the leaves. It could have been one or the other, but it also could be a combo of both things. I did the trimming to get some airflow between the leaves and changed the target for my PH from 5.8 to 6.2. When moving into flowering, I should have already done that. But I did both things while the leaves were Tacoing, and now they are not. I wanted to make sure I noted that. 7/26/23 - Day 44 - Things are looking great. No more tacoing, she's growing and still drinking about 2+ gallons a day of water. I hope the vertical growth stops soon, I want to remove a ton more fan leaves, and I'm hoping that it spends more time growing around than up, I'm keeping some leaves on just to slow some vertical growth. 7/27/23 - Day 45 - She's sleeping right now, but I will chop some more fan leaves when she wakes up. She's growing too tall, and I need to find a way to stop her. I think shocking her system will help stunt her growth. How crazy is this, what a conundrum I'm in. Normally I stress out trying to find the right time to trim to avoid stunting growth. I always keep my plants busy and do one or two chops. I think they need to grow as mother nature intended. Let them grow and do one, maybe two fan leave chops. That's always been my motto and its always worked out great for me. This is now the exact opposite. Feels weird even thinking about it, doing a leave chop two weeks into flower..... ARE YOU INSANE!!!!!! Lol The 2nd chop has happened. I took a ton of fan leaves off. It's time for the plant to slow down heal and start working on the buds! Let's see how this goes over the next couple of days. I added a timelapse of me chopping her up. 7/28/23 - Day 46 - After adding more water last night, I was checking PH, and I did a quick check on the ppm from the nutes. If it went from 600ppm down to 130ppm in a couple of days. So we decided to give her another dose of nutes so she has something to eat. I'll update you after she wakes up for the day. This week was quite unspectacular except that my pH was drifting low and I had to counteract. Removed some lower leaves and branches that were only poorly developed.

2/17: I spent a little time rearranging today. I bought some 32" x 14" plastic ventilated storage shelves and cut the legs down on two of them so I have some different-height platforms for the shorties in the garden. I should also be able to easily flush 6 plants in 5 gallon pots, or 9 plants in 3 gallon pots at a time now, that's a win!👈 2/18: I debated whether to feed or not, and settled on watering them with about 1/2 gallon each. including bembe, cal-mag, signal, humic acid, and a little beastie bloomz. The new dehumidifier is pulling about a gallon and a half per day from the air, so I should be able to feed them in a coupe of days. I've reached the ceiling again with my lights. The Soooperrunt has caught up to the tallest plant in the garden. She's very narrow compared to the rest, but she'll produce 100% more than I ever imagined, so that's a win! These three plants remain very dark green in color compared to all the other varieties. 2/19: Rainy day outside, so I'm pulling in 99% humidity, plus the pots are still petty saturated, but the new dehumidifier is keeping up. RH is holding at about 45% today.👍 2/20: Day 31 of flower...a semi-solution occurred to me that allowed me to raise the lights another 3-4 inches! Now I'm truly maxxed out... 2 of them have been slow to flower did a 300% stretch, but the 3rd is budding up nicely and only did a 200% stretch. Soooperrunt has stretched 30" from when I started flowering her...yikes! I really needed everybody to finish in the same week so I could get my Spring autos going...😶 I'm still hoping that they will get their groove-on and finish by the EHD(3/11), but it's not looking possible at this point... They're likely to be good producers, so I'm not bitching too loudly.. I took photos and videos of all the plants today since I had to empty the closet and it wasn't a feeding day. 2/21: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including beastie bloomz, tiger bloom, big bloom, signal, bembe, and cal-mag...no grow big this time. 2/22: The darkest green plants in the garden. Wonderful structure, stacking up really well. Their top leaves really reach for the sun. My current favorites.👍 2/23: I ordered some Terpinator because I'm not so sure about Signal's efficacy at this point....I'm usually dealing with odors more by now..😕 That's it for week 9-

🌸 Week 5 Complete – First Week of Flower Phase The light cycle has been switched to 12/12 since the start of the week. No clear signs of flowering yet, except for a slight preflower showing on the Seriotica. However, the stretch has definitely kicked in: 📏 Current height: • Seriotica: 42 cm • Cherry MAC: 46 cm • MAC n Cheese: 50 cm MAC n Cheese is stretching nicely and looks strong – just like the rest of the tent. 💧 Watering & Feeding • 6 L per plant every 3 days • Feeding at ~50 % of the Advanced Nutrients schedule • Input EC: ~1.3 🔍 Drain EC readings: • Seriotica: 1.1 • Cherry MAC: 1.0 • MAC n Cheese: 0.92 Still very happy with the medium mix (Plagron Lightmix + Coco) – especially because the runoff EC is consistently measurable and reliable. Looking back, I probably could’ve flipped to flower a week earlier – the tent is really filling up now! 😄

I switch 12/12 at day 17, I irrigated one time with 3ml/l of root juice in 0.4l of corrected ph water. Sometimes Strawberry Lemonade rotates some leaves, I don't understand why.

Day 84. She’s huge and growing bulkier each day it seems. I try to rotate her because she has grown over the light. She’s a slow finisher. But I’m hopeful of what she will become and how she will smoke.

In the last two weeks she has been flushed with phd balanced water 💦. Her bracts seemed to have fully swelled her ratio of trichomes was well over 30% amber she was beginning to fade so that’s when I decided she can’t go any further. She is emitting a deep dank musky toffee aroma the Double kush cake feminised bracts give off a tinted silver look. A true AfghanI kush appearance. The Double kush cake feminised finished at a height of approximately 62cm

Day 50 and a new week... the summer comes back to germany and "Hilde 2.0" goes well 🙏😀 Day 51 ... the summer is back in germany ... sun and heat 😎👍... good for the Buds 😉🙏

This week brought some challenges—I discovered thrips on the leaves of my plant. Thankfully, the infestation isn’t too severe yet, and I acted quickly to address the issue: 1. Sprayed the plant with plain water to knock off any pests. 2. Removed the top layer of soil. 3. Applied BioBizz Leaf Coat as a protective measure. I really hope this will help. After reading up on these nasty pests, I learned that they can completely devastate the leaves if left unchecked. Unfortunately, I have only myself to blame for their appearance. Due to the cold weather, I’ve been using a heater in the room with my growbox, which has caused the humidity to drop significantly. It sometimes dips as low as 30%, and it rarely goes above 50%. Most of the time, the humidity hovers around 35-40%, which is an ideal breeding ground for thrips. To answer the obvious question—yes, I do have a humidifier. However, my growbox has a very powerful exhaust fan (315 m³/h for an 80x80 space), so the air is refreshed too quickly for the humidifier to make a lasting difference. Aside from fighting thrips, I also made some adjustments to my grow this week. On Day 20, I did a little LST. Honestly, I wasn’t planning on using any training techniques in this grow, but I decided to give it a try anyway. One thing I can say for sure—I want to skip LST in my next grow. It’s quite inconvenient to water the plant when the leaves are practically touching the soil. Additionally, I defoliated the first two sets of leaves. I felt this was necessary to improve airflow around the plant and reduce the risk of pests spreading further. Watering: Day 17: 400 ml Day 20: 500 ml I’m keeping a close eye on the plant and hope to overcome these challenges successfully.

Successful Germination 😎 So far so good, all 5 seedlings are looking healthy, could have let them stretch abit more but.... I don't mind their size at the moment 👍🏾 Really excited about this grow because I know what to expect already and it is AMAZING! 😁🔥😎

Wow I am amazed at the growth in the last week. I did end up losing the one grease gun but I started a new seed and so far it is off to the races. This past week I have been running the rhize veg along with hygroben hygrozyme and hyshield. Plants are loving it! So tomorrow I am topping two and going to leave two just to see the difference in growth. All plants are attached to the same reservoir so they all have access to the same nutrients solution! I also have some exciting news I am getting a UVA light for this grow so I am really excited it should be here this week!

Was away for most of the week so was left to my mate. So not really much say this week. Seeing some frosting on the bud sights but not currently as big as I’d like at this stage.

Week 9 – Banana Purple Punch by FastBuds 🌿 This girl looks absolutely amazing right now! The colors and overall bud structure are really impressive – super compact and dense. She’s putting out tons of terpenes already; the smell is strong, sweet, and fruity with that nice banana touch coming through. She’s almost there — I’d say about one more week until harvest. Trichomes are cloudy and she’s fattening up nicely. Really happy with how this strain is turning out so **Lemon Cherry Cookies Update 🍋🍒** The Lemon Cherry Cookies has just been harvested! Sadly, we forgot to take some final shots before the chop, but the plant turned out absolutely insane — beautiful buds and crazy terpene production. It’s now hanging to dry, and I’ll post some harvest pictures once it’s ready. Can’t wait to see how she cures up! 💨

Dropped two seeds into shot glass of water, and let them soak for two days. Once the seeds cracked open they went into living soil. I prepped one gallon fabric pots of Gaia greens living soil(recycled), all purpose(1tbs), and power bloom(1tbs). Watered the pots the day before the seeds went into soil to acclimate the soil to the tent's conditions.
