It has been a great week of growth and no further accidental toppings - first pistils beginning to show at the end of the week. Tops are looking good, forming shape across the net. Stretched branches are being tucked under one square across every 3-4 days. The net is filling up nicely, with some limited pruning below the canopy of both leaves and growth stems. I'm trying to avoid any defoliation on this grow. Fertigating with an inflow EC of >1.4 seems to be moving the run-off EC higher - will maintain higher inflow EC until run-off is within acceptable range. Run-off EC Should be within 300 Points of Inflow EC. Run-off EC still remains below target although now increasing to where it should be. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with a Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. Others say that it’s just a special cutting of ChemDawg from the early 90s. The most obvious trait of OG Kush is its strong, unique, very dank, slightly citrus aroma, almost like fuel or strong detergent. The flavour of OG Kush is equally as strong and dank, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Strong mental and physical high - OG Kush is an extremely strong cannabis strain, with most experienced smokers listing it as one of their favourites. The effect is as strong physically as it is mentally. Though its effect is like an Sativa, the strain's genetics are mostly Indica. The effect is as strong and complex as the flavour. OG Kush takes around 8 weeks to flower and on average the yield is 500 grams per plant.

The plant kept stretching during this week. I'm a little bit worried as I don't see the flowers touching each other to form nice colas, but she's healthy so I can't complain, it's my first grow after all. Just hoping in fatter buds and not many popcorns. She's drinking a lot of water in these days and the EC was higher when checking it before the daily refill. Don't know why she's eating less, but I lowered it to 1.6 again. I give her what she wants. Keeping an eye on her development and trying to figure out when to add the P-K booster. No particular problems this week, everything is going ok. I gave her another (hopefully not too heavy) defoliation at day 59 so i guess I'm not going to touch her again till harvest.

This was probably one of best looking plants I’ve done outdoor, grew really well in the new spot. Had a great main cola with many decent sized side branches. Didnt even do any training on this girl and produced plenty. Next year will do this again but peak summer and do some training on her. What a great plant, especially in the uk weather she holded off nicely. Big thanks to barneys farm for sending me these strains to try out. That’s all, happy growing 🌱

Week 7 seems to be going fine from my house and then I go to the grow 🤣 well fukc me I’ve ran into few problems let um get abit too dey for their liking the week leading up to Christmas / gave um a good feeding with week 7s nutes and peeled back abit of the fan leaves to get more light around , humidifier broke on us didn’t notice for 2 days so tent was 70 percent humid when gone to check , new humidifier replaced and back on track as I said earlier peeled back a few fan leaves think maybe a few too many plants started showing signs of stress soon after again these are autos and I think it could of stunted if not heavily affected the end product also we noticed about 3 weeks into this grow we had way too many plants in the tent starting to see the effects off that now a lot of nonsense on the lower branches and only really the top Lola’s getting the light and the mass , all the same seed bar 4 plants and very differnt plants all in all , definitely not a strain that’s been mastered about half are tall and spaced out and the others are short and very stacked from my own eye I’d say the shorter and more stacked buds will be the ones bearing more fruit the taller ones look very skinny and airy still

Que pasa familia, vamos con la quinta semana de crecimiento de estas Tropicana poison F1 de Sweetseeds. Vamos al lío , las 3 plantas seleccionadas fueron trasplantadas a su maceta definitiva, ya superaron el shock por el trasplante, estas semanas las paremos todas a floración. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 100% de potencia. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

The stretch phase is officially over, and now the plant is shifting its energy toward trichome production!🌱 I’ve started noticing a light scent developing, though it’s still not very intense yet. I expect that to change in the coming weeks. I did a light defoliation to improve airflow and light penetration, and I plan to do another round in about two weeks. Interestingly, the fan leaves are starting to take on a slight reddish hue—curious to see how that develops! 💪😊 So far, everything is looking great, and I’m excited to watch the buds bulk up in the next phase!

Beautiful pair of haze berries, both phenos #1 and #2 showing strong healthy roots and big leafs, can't wait to flower this ladies out, I Transplanted the plants after 17 days of being planted on February 2nd because the roots were super well developed and I considered that it was the right time to do so. So now they are in their new 11l house.

At day 20 I switched to flowering and sent my light schedule to 12/12 hours of light/darkness, therefore this is the first week of flowering now. I know that these plants from seeds are still to immature to switch to flowering directly, but they will grow slower with 12/12 until they are old enough to flower. This should happen when they are appr. 4 weeks old from germination, then they will be mature enough to be able to flower. I do this, because the Growfor.Life-Closet is limited in its heigth and I want compact and short plants at the end, so i can keep a minimum distance to the LED-lights from SANlight, which are built into the closet. The minimum distance should be appr. 25 cm from the canopy. At Day 25 the biggest three plants (=Double Dutch from Serious Seeds and OG-Kush from Humboldt-Seeds) have grown so many leaves that they start to touch each other and condensed water is building up between them, the plants seem to sweat. This means I have to defoliate the plants again in order to get a better airflow and also to let the light penetrate deeper into the canopy. You can see a video-tutorial for defoliation I made on Day 25. The scissors I use in the video came WITH the closet, they have a special anti-sticky coating and work like a TREAT! During the defoliation I recognize that one sidebranch of a Double Dutch plant is TRIFOLIATE (see in pics!), this means each node grows three instead of two leaves and sidebranches out of it. That is a rare occurrence in cannabis and can be seen like finding a 4-leafed clover. Although this should mean good luck, I also realize more and more fungus gnats flying around and put some sticky yellow strips (=sticky traps for insects) inside the closet. The plants also seem to get a little bit lighter in their green color in general, therefore I decide to start adding nutrients (=PLAGRON-TERRA-BLOOM) to my waterings now. All in all the plants grow like hell (the biggest one is appr. 30 cm tall at the end of week4) and develop excellently...I LOVE THE EXPERIENCE WITH MY GROWFOR.LIFE-CLOSET until now!

I Will Be Taking Off Most Of The Fan Leaves On The Girls Scout Cookies (5gal) And The Gorilla Glue For Better Light Penetration. Auch bei ihr warte ich definitiv noch mit dem topping, evtl. Bis sie in das Große Zelt umgezogen sind und individueller auf die unterschiedlichen Wachstumsbedingungen der Pflanzen einzugehen. 🌸 Week 4 Flower — Permanent Marker 🌸 Here we are, my dear friends, entering the 4th week of flower and things are getting really exciting. The two phenos are now starting to show their true personalities: • Pheno #1 — our sky-reacher, standing proudly at 2 meters tall! She’s stretching hard, aiming for the moon, and has forced me to pull the lights all the way up. Fingers crossed she slows down here, but what a presence she has in the room. • Pheno #2 — the compact sister, sitting around 120 cm tall, balanced, and just as beautiful. Both are similar in structure and leaf formation, but their size difference makes this grow even more fascinating. Despite the heat challenges earlier, the girls are holding strong. With the AC unit now installed, conditions are finally more under control, and I’m hopeful it will make all the difference going forward. ✨ This Week’s Focus ✨ • Height management: Lights are maxed out, now it’s all about keeping balance and preventing stress. • Environment: Temps are more stable with the AC, giving the plants the comfort they need to keep stacking. • Observation: These differences between phenos are a reminder of how unique each expression can be, even within the same strain. 🌱 Nutrition Still running with the Aptus organic program: regulator, top booster, calmag when needed. Esta semana las chicas han mejorado un poco, se detuvo el amarillamiento, descubri que Cal-Max de Grotek interfiere en la composicion de la linea hesi por lo que las chicas sufren un bloqueo de nutrientes, dejé de utilizarlo y las chicas han continuado con su desarrollo relativamente normal. ya estan en su 5ta semana de floracion, Tutankhamon ha producido una cantidad gigantesca de resina, Lennon esta engordando a toda velocidad y aun le quedan 6 semanas aprox. Anubis a pesar de su color intenso amarillo palido esta engordando bastante bien y su produccion de resina es inimaginable y ya solo que quedan 2 semanas y media aprox. espero que a partir de ahora ya no surjan mas problemas y que las chicas terminen su floracion de la mejor manera. esto es todo por esta semana chicos, espero que se encuentren muy bien !
