I did a lot of defoliation work this week. Plants look very naked now. 😻 But more light for the buds 😛 = Less leaves = less water (-25%) The plants don't make many few new flowers anymore. Plants have nice fat buds, swelling and getting hard. 💪 Pistils turn brown.

Hey growers, welcome back to the Pineapple Upside Down grow journal — week 17 of veg. The plant keeps showing solid, consistent growth week after week. Her structure is getting stronger, and the canopy’s really starting to fill out nicely. Leaves are broad, green, and vibrant — a sign that she’s fully balanced and comfortable in her environment. Nutrient uptake looks perfect; the roots are clearly doing their job. I decided to raise the EC slightly, moving up to 1.8, since she’s been drinking more and showing signs of higher demand. pH remains stable, and the overall system is clean, well oxygenated, and running smoothly. For now, there’s no sign of deficiencies or stress. Everything’s running exactly as planned. I’m still unsure whether I’ll top her before moving to flower. That decision will depend on the final height and how much space she takes once she’s ready to transition into the flowering box. At this point, I prefer to let her develop naturally, focusing on strength and branch structure rather than manipulation. This phase is all about preparing her for a smooth transition into bloom, with maximum vigor and balanced nutrition. So for now, patience and observation. Veg8, siguen creciendo bien, todavía quedan 2 plantas por sacrificar, lo decidiré en el próximo riego. Veg9, ya se seleccionaron las 9 plantas, se sacrificaron las últimas 2. Veg10, riego con 0.7 EC y pH 6.0, drenaje de 1.0 EC y 6.6 pH, se tendrá que seguir bajando el pH de los siguientes riegos, las plantas han estirado un poco más, en unos 2 días se hará transplante a los maceteros definitivos. Se planea hacer LST, pero ya que los nodos están muy juntos, si no estiran mucho tendré que hacer Main Lining. Veg11, nada significativo. Veg12, riego con 0.8 EC y pH 5.5, drenaje 1.0 EC y pH 6.5, plantas listas para transplante dentro de los próximos días, se comienza a mezclar el sustrato para los maceteros definitivos. Veg13, dia de transplante, sustrato con 50% de turba y 50% de vermiculita(sílice), se agrego dolomita para subir el pH del suelo a 5.5~5.8 y además la dolomita agrega calcio y magnesio al suelo, también se agregó yeso agrícola al sustrato el cual es de liberación lenta y agrega calcio y azufre. Al momento del transplante se rocía directamente las raices con voodoo juice, tarantula y piranha, además se espolvorea great white, una ves puesta en el nuevo sustrato, se riega con 1.2 EC y 5.5 pH, de micro, grow y bloom, además b-52, etc. Veg14, nada significativo, siguen creciendo bien, en unos 2 días más haré Main Lining.

D61 (21/01/2021): First day for week 5 of flowering. It's incredible how the buds are forming and getting bigger. It easily doubled (if not more) in size in the last 7 days. Since beginning of bloom, I normally gave water every other days. I make sure the soil is dry and the pots feel light when I lift them before giving any water. But it's not ideal cause it means that the plant drank all the water at his disposal and maybe it missed some. I will try a different watering schedule by giving water every 36 hours instead of every 48 hours. I will still make sure the soil his not wet and the pot not heavy (soil full of water) when I will give water. At this stage, they need a lot of nutrients to produce big buds. I will give nutrients every other feeding and only Max Minerals the others. Today I gave 1/2 of the recommended dose of Max Minerals. - temp: 24-26C light ON ; 21-22C light OFF - water: PH6.3 , 329PPM , less then a gallon each - run off: PH6.9 and 1090PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH6.9 and 940PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 50% light ON ; 48-49% light OFF D62 (22/01/2021): Nothing special for today. The lamps are now at 12 inches from higher colas. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-21C light OFF - no water - RH: 50-52% light ON ; 48-52% light OFF D63 (23/01/2021): I gave full dose of Max Minerals and Max Bud and 1/2 of Max Grow. All base on mid late flower recommended dose. Relative humidity % was difficult to maintain low last night. It is normal since I give water more often. I removed leaves to help reduce humidity. They say 65-75 day from seed. My girls are not ready. I guess maybe 2 more weeks. The trichomes are all cloudy for Glue Gelato and 90% cloudy 10% clear for Banana Kush. I think it is time to start flushing. I will only give tap water at proper PH for the next 10-14 days and keep looking at trichomes. I consider also reducing air temperature and humidity for the rest of the grow. We are getting close! 😍😎 - temp: 24-26C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D66 (26/01/2021): I decided not flushing today. I gave only full dose of Max Bud. Glue Gelato is getting very frosty! She has approximately 50% white pistils and 50% brown pistils but she keep growing new pistils. Banana Kush is less frosty but thicker and look a bit behind in maturity compared with Glue Gelato. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 21-22C light OFF - water: PH6 , 440PPM , less then a gallon each - run off: PH6.8 and 930PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH6.8 and 1220PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 48% light ON ; 47-50% light OFF D67 (27/01/2021): The electric breaker where all the equipment of my tent is plug tripped. It took me around 20 min to notice it. During that time the relative humidity % went up around 75%. I don't think it will cause anything bad but I wanted to document it. I started the flush today by giving tap water at proper PH. The tap water of my city is around 130-140 PPM. I always let it sit in a bucket for 24h. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-21C light OFF - water: PH6, 135PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH6.9 and 625PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH6.9 and 725PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 48% light ON ; 52-55% light OFF

End of the 2nd week and GG4 Sherbet FF is taking her sweet time to grow and develop. I been having some issues with her, but I'm optimistic and I know she is going to pull through.

11/24: Looks like the Emerson Effect/14 hour photoperiod is working...stretching has commenced.👍 11/25: Had to raise the lights 5 inches today. The big Sucrose Overdose and a Zkittlez are really stretching. I'm using platforms of varying heights for the shorter plants to keep the canopy level. 11/27: Raised the lights another 5 inches and fed today. 11/28: Raised the lights another couple inches this morning...now, I'm thinking I should have topped them...that's a foot in about 3 days...doh!😏 They're already starting to show signs of budding up, so I'll just have to do some supercropping and tie down the taller mains. 11/29: Raised the lights a couple more inches and supercropped the tallest Sucrose Overdose.

It is day 30 and we are finally seeing some growth starting after a few days of being locked out due to what I believe is from nutrient burn. Won’t go as heavy next top dress. I have ordered a soil ph pen which will be arriving tomorrow so that I can’t test my soil ph and the run off. Until then I have ph'd the water to 6.0 to hopefully stimulate more growth before flower. These plants are very short but stacked! I can’t wait to see how big they are at pre flower. After it’s 3rd week stretch. Reach for the skies bitches! Watering less aswell. I believe iam overwatering because I go days without seeing these girls. Exhale c02 bag doing well. Resembles mould at the moment. I want to take a moment to thank everyone who’s visited my diary. It’s like the leaves were meant to stuck together. The knotches in the leaves interlock I mean. I stretch the upper fan leaf to the one directly below it. Opening up both shoots. Hope they made sense lmao.

La planta se está desarrollando bien y parece que la deformación inicial de las hojas va remitiendo, esperaré hasta el próximo par de hojas y realizaré poda apical y LST antes de colocar la malla scrog.

Hoy comienzo con el ciclo de luz de floración 12/12. Las plantas se han desarrollado muy bien hasta ahora, sin mostrar problemas, signos de plagas, ni enfermedades. Estoy evaluando si instalar una red de soporte (Scrog) o no. Personalmente, no lo considero imprescindible, pero he leído que ayuda a sostener las punteras a medida que crecen y evita que las ramas se caigan o se rompan. Sin embargo, dado que las plantas han crecido bien hasta ahora, no estoy seguro si será necesario. Más allá de eso, estoy muy emocionado por comenzar la floración y ver cuánto durará, ya que puede variar entre 8 y 12 semanas. Today I’m starting the 12/12 flowering light cycle. The plants have been developing very well so far, showing no issues, signs of pests, or diseases. I’m considering whether or not to install a scrog net. Personally, I don’t think it’s essential, but I’ve read that it helps support the colas as they grow and prevents branches from falling or breaking. However, since the plants have grown well so far, I’m not sure if it will be necessary. That said, I’m really excited to start flowering and see how long it lasts, as it can vary between 8 to 12 weeks.

Welcome to GhostGrow Chapter One by PoshGrow! 🌳 Week #3 Did LST training on 3 Alaskan Purple strains, #1, #2 & #5. They were big enough, but still bushy so I removed all biggest fan leaves. Other strain need to get abit bigger to get their training. All strains looks healthy, they are short, but very tought and bushy. Also first early pre flower signs showed up.

Just used the standard paper towel method, tap root sprouted within 24 hours, I then placed it into the soil then on the 26th she popped out of the ground looking nice and healthy. I breed this strain a few years back with a male OG Kush plant, the seeds were from a mate who had them vac sealed since the early 2000's I crossed it with a female Black domina plant I had and wanted to see how it turned out, I grew it outdoors earlier this year and it turned out beautiful, had an extremely gassy fuel smell with hints of pine and citrus. Keen to see how she's goes indoors. (First times growing indoors btw) wish me luck
