Responded well to all kinds of training, beautiful fall colors with purple dominant. Will add more comments post cure. Sampled some bud cured for 3 days after drying for 7, love the uplifting sativa feeling i'm getting from it. Of the branch that i got that sample from (about 1/5 of the whole plant) I got 13.5g. Ended up with around 2.5 oz dry!

hey all, let's do an experiment with budswelling and without ! i know it will not be exact science but i will give some insight if it works or not. i have got 2 C.banana and 2Royal Gorilla on 1 plant of each sort i have done my budswelling so we can compare both strains and the effect at the end of harvest to see if it makes a difference or not. in my believe it makes a difference but i can not prove it maybe this will give an idea if it makes a difference or not. also i have put an video on how i do the budswelling with scissors or with fingers. i prefer to do it with fingers it's a lot quicker then with scissors. You need to do this on al the buds not only on top. Some say you need to do this every week but i only do it after 3or 4 weeks into flowering.

11 Sep Day 78 - Good development. Stems thickening up. Day 79 - Slight spray to leaves. Day 81 - Slight trim of some fan leaves. pH good, sprayed leaves Day 82 - LST Tightened to open grow up to allow more light. 500 ml water added. Fans moved Day 83 - Added Nutrients Day 84 - All good. Red Veins and stems appeared.

11 September 2018 - Day 78 Higher pH than wanted. Nutrients increased, so far so good, no negative results. Second stretch about to occur. Climate better Day 79 - Slightly lifted tips, will watch nutrients and heat. Day 80 - 600ml Water added 6.0 - 0mg Nutrients, to dilute heavy use of nutrients. A few leaves removed to open up light on newer bud sites. Day 82 - 500ml Water Added - 0mg Nutrients. LST Tightened alot to expose lower buds and increase overall bud. Day 83 - Nutrients added, lets watch her double. Day 84 - Happy with grow. Red viens in leaves and slight stem... beginning research.

She is almost done man she is a lil tiny plant but jugging by the smell and how sticky the buds are looks like this lil plant packs a punch we will see

Germinated on Sat Sept 8th, 2018 @ 6pm. Tap roots within 18 hours on all. Planted into Coco-Coir (straight) with added Cal-Mag and B1 # 280 PPM and 6PH. End of the first week in the NFT tank. Temperature was higher than normal because of the addition of a 315cdm in the middle if the two 600w dual spec HPS. I put three exhale co2 bags in the room to compensate for the higher temps.

Still have upward growth from the ends and switched to full flower nutes. Temperatures in the reservoir are starting to get worryingly warm 20c upwards. Middle of summer and a heatwave all compounded temp problems. May need a chiller to compensate.

Ignition is amazing. The budsite development after just one week was incredible. First time I’ve used it and it is now a permanent addition. FIrst major de-leafing and lollipopping.

Explosive growth through the week, flipping to flower at the end of this week as plants have reached their 2foot marker. 2 foot tall is my limit for vegetive growth as the plants become unmanageable beyond that.

End of week 5 - Day 35 On day 33 I switched the lights off for 24 hours and back on to 12/12 yesterday so they are now officially on a flowering light schedule. This week has seen another massive boost in growth. Conditions pretty much unchanged from last week however I have changed the layout in the tent. As this is my first grow it's been trail and error up to now but I think I've got it pretty much bang on. Moved the humidifier above the smart pots so they aren't getting any moisture other than the feed. Also moved all the plants further down the tent and away from the heater. I've added a video this week so you guys can get a proper look at the set up and advise me accordingly. Includes the air moving fan and natural Co2 generator. Lights have been moved around the filter so that they can be kept at 18" from the tops of the plans. I have had to move them 3 times already this week as some dominant colas are shooting up. Final training of tallest colas happened tonight. I topped the tallest 2 on each plant hoping that they now wont stretch too high during the first 3 weeks of flower. Head space is a bit limited in my tent. I think as of next week they may benefit from some defoliation lower down but I'm hesitant to do too much at this stage while they transition from veg to flower. Nutes wise I've now introduced BioGreen X-Bloom as per my feed chart. They seem to like a slightly stronger feed than the chart suggests at around 0.1 - 0.2 higher. Run off EC and PH has been within 0.3 again so I'm taking this as a nice equilibrium. I have been feeding on a wet and dry schedule of every 3 days while in veg. I'm led to believe that at this point every other day would now be needed and after 3 weeks switch to every day feed? As always your guys feedback would be great as each part of the grow is completely new to me. Hoping I've got things right up to now and confident these girls will produce some really nice buds! Chunking up rather nicely right now, and smelling incredibly potent! As you can tell from the picture several bud sites, two mail cola's and a few other primary cola's that are dominating the canopy of the plant! Cannot wait to harvest this sucker!
