Pleased as was getting worried during drying. Think I'll try a dry trim on the two Lemon Kix I have in atm (see my other diary) Sampled some this afternoom and eveb before a cure its smooth enough to smoke, citrusy in profile and burns a nice clean white ash. Looking forward to seeing the flavour/texture evolve over next few weeks before smoke report. I'm not the most patient person, this part is extremely difficult. Day 97 Final weight dried and a week cured is 87.8g (3.1oz) Extremely pleased with the yield. Smoke report I've got to be honest, it's not the stinky monster I was expecting but its made up for it in other areas. Really smooth on the inhale, lemony forest taste, no horrible aftertaste. No coughing, which is a novelty! For my first run, I'm v happy. I feel the excessive heat may have microwaved some of the terps but we live and we learn. Not long until my Auto Lemon Kix are ready, hopefully got the temp under control in time for them.....

Upon the return of power, the DH48-S relay timer, which controls irrigation, failed again. This has happened for the third time in the last 4 months. Unfortunately, I couldn’t react immediately, so the ladies were without water again for a few hours. I’ve ordered a TrolMaster program device and additional sensors AMP-3 for pH, EC and humidity, and temperature control. No more messing around! Water consumption is gradually decreasing, and electrical conductivity of the water is slowly rising. I’m starting to reduce the strength of the nutrient solution. Each subsequent tank refill will be at approximately 1.0EC. It is gaining momentum every day. Its rapid flowering is very noticeable and the buds have begun to actively gain mass. I think next week will be interesting and a big difference from today’s photos..😎

The plants are in excellent shape. The buds are getting very thick and starting to bend towards the ground, I have to think about putting in a scrog net. The buds are full of trichomes and some have yellow leaves indicating the impending end of the cycle. I think I'll cut in 10 days.

Mars Hydro 2x4 tent ... nope, there seems too be 2 types of grow tents, cheap and expensive. ill buy a Gorilla Grow Tent (expensive) for my next grow but for now ALL TENTS LEAK LIGHT, so just grab a tent that is sturdy, has vents in place for your grow space and is safe for you and the plants.

just about finished up this week. Choc mint 1 is about ready for chop. Chopped couple of main colas as i seen couple of signs of budrot. Dropped lights down to 400w each as temps are starting to rise above 30c. Choc mint 2 is looking unreal. Heaps of huge colas,think i will pull the most of this one. Will probably give till day 65.

The thickening is complete! Into the ripening stage we go smelling like sweet bubblegum candy and chemically skunk cologne. Although she ran into some N tox late veg into early flower, she didn’t seem to care! Extremely thick and relatively dense buds, next level trichome coverage, and lowers that look like some of my tops when I first started growing 😂 Super satisfied with these results, and I have 4 more beans of this strain to run! She’s ready to chop now, but I want to allow my Cookie Monster (SamOG x FS) to finish drying first before harvesting this one.

Hi Guys, Grow Diaries for whatever reason won't allow me to upload my complete harvest video which is a real bummer because I mainly do the videos for my YouTube channel but decided to also include them on grow diaries to give other growers who might be considering growing the same strain in the future. Helps give people an idea of what to expect when they grow it. But honestly I can't be bothered to re-edit it to fit to Grow Diaries setting which I don't even know what they are....
