(Days 28-35) (Day 29) Everything seems to have recovered fine from topping so I transplanted into their 1.7 gallon pots. They were pretty rootbound so this should make them nice and happy. Going to start LST after recovery. Got a ton of holes poked around the rim of the bucket which should make tying down easier. I’ve been asking around on some forums and reading some articles and I’ve decided to switch out my MH bulb for the included HPS bulb. Apparently HPS bulbs will stretch the nodes out quite a bit more and provide higher PAR value for the same amount of electricity. My plants are looking pretty small for day 29. Although, that could just be from stuffing 15 plants under one 250-400w light. I’ve been powering the lights up to 400w at night and back down to 250 during the day. 400 just gets it too hot during the day (86-88) without ventilation. That temperature should be fine in veg once my co2 has really built up some mycelium. (Day 32) Just got 14/15 topped. The BCTG runt is just going to be lst’d and not topped or fimmed. I decided to just fim the plants I started later so they’d have a bit more time to recover and catch up to the others. I also LST’d all 9 quite well. Almost had a stem break but she’s doing just fine now. The deformed bbb was accidentally fimmed and as a result it’s got a very trippy looking main stem that has branched off into 6 mains. I definitely have fungus gnats. Fuckers must have got in with that coco I bought from hydro store. This has never happened to me with just promix but the benefits of coco are too much to pass up. I might order an OG BioWar/capsbennies/grubgrenade to help naturally get rid of them. I’m getting some confirmed yellowing on bottoms of the zkittlez and WW’s. They must be heavy feeders because no other plant in the tent is getting yellow like that. I’m going to feed a compost tea, top dress everything at full strength and mulch in some worm castings to help break it down faster. Will also do a foliar spray with some insect frass, microbes and m1pps. (Day 33) Got some more of that marine phytoplankton stuff to help stabilize my RO water. It’s got a good amount of soluble magnesium and trade minerals in it so that should help stop the yellowing on the zkittlez and WW. (Day 34) Things are looking great so far and they’re all recovered from topping/transplant/lst and thriving. Some slight yellowing and a few of the plants are cupping from heat and high humidity. I just put in a dehumidifier to help bring the rh down. The m39/zkittlez bagseed plant is just outpacing everything in the tent by 4-6 days. No wonder organized crime used to grow it. I hear it can completely flower in 45 days with a solid yield and very little trimming or leaf matter. It’s very weak on the high and smell though. Nonetheless it should be nostalgic to try those old terps. There is still a small chance that it’s a super vigorous zkittlez plant too. Plants should be showing sex this coming week. Hoping for 8+ fems but I can make do with just 4. 1-3 is unlikely but that would piss me off beyond belief. I’ve heard of it happening though.

Both plants looking good. The cheese, is really frosting and flowering up, really crazy! shes gonna become a beast and is so early into flower 13-08-2024. both plants been given a 5 ml shot of Calmag. also the cheese got her mid bloom dose of Biopk 16-08-2024. the ladies got some water today, and the Orange Apricot Glue has overtaken the cheese in height, compared to the cheese being the bigger one for most of the “grow”.

I am very proud of this girl ! Despite the fact that she is younger than the rest by two weeks, she caught up with her friends in height and even surpassed them :) The giant fan leaves are surprising 😃

Last week Sunday - I washed the plant with just tap water to remove the crystals that the nurientes had accumulated. I cut 1 branch to dry until (Thursday) Gorilla Glue Auto Day 97 I placed the LED 20 centimeters away from the plant Tasks of the last week I stopped the nutrients Monday - Without watering Tuesday - Without watering Wednesday - I watered with 1,5L water Thursday - Smoked (tested the flower) Friday - Without watering Trichomes have larger heads 80% cloudy 20% clear 0% amber Saturday - I cut another branch again to experiment... Next week I will cut the plant.... Gorilla Glue #4 Week 11 It continues to grow....

At 95 days from seed, 40 days into bloom, she is still drinking about 2 liters (1/2 gal) per day. I am noticing new pistils being made on buds that otherwise look 3 weeks away from being ready to harvest. They were mostly observed on the highest parts of the highest kolas. This is probably a sign of light stress as it only the parts closest to the light. As I noted, my canopy height isn't very uniform. There is 8-10" of difference between the top of my highest kola and the top of my lowest kola that I wouldn't consider popcorn bud. I raised the light up so it was 16" above the highest kola. This means that its 24" to the lowest. Before I raised up my light, it was probably less than 12" from it to the highest kola. Not ideal but that is the result of not using a SCROG screen and my less-than-perfect training. I think I was stressing the highest kolas with light that was too intense. I've seen pictures of seriously deformed kolas before and I'm not that bad yet. I hope the shape of my buds remains typical and new pistil creation stops or slows. The light was probably too close. I don't think I did serious, long-term damage. At 98 days from seed, 43 days into bloom, she is still drinking about 2 liters (1/2 gal) per day. Not much to report today. She is filling out and looks more and more frosty everyday. Her smell is mild but really nice. The breeder's description of her sweet fruity smell is spot on The buds that were not closest to the light are looking like they are a few weeks from harvest. The buds that were closest to the light still have the new pistils that don't look anywhere close to harvest. It is high summer so temps are slightly higher than I'd like but it is all working out acceptably. Not much to do but keep changing the reservoir, watching her put on weight and waiting.

I took the tiny plant out of the tent due to state laws. She is happily sitting in a window... we'll see what happens with her! Massive growth for both plants this week! They both doubled in size! I don't know whether to call my plants vegging, pre-flowering or flowering. I figured this was the last week of veg and next week is full on flowering!! They both stink! Gassy for sure! I'll need to turn start using my carbon filter soon... I caught a few cool time lapse videos this week. Especially after feeding them last night!! I fed them twice this week. The first time was at a third recommended dose and I jumped it to half yesterday. The leaves are clawing at the top of the plants... I think it is a lack of phosphorus due to me only watering them the last 2 weeks. Any thoughts out there? I'd love advice about defoliating... I have a couple massive fan leaves I could remove to open the canopy for flowers... I just don't want to stunt the plant or rob the main cola of a major energy source... Thoughts are definitely welcome! I tried my hand at LST... I think a few are working and a few aren't doing the job... Definitely need to figure this out! Again advice is welcome! The plants are doing really well ✌️ Last week it looked like the buds growth was slowing down, but this week the buds are growing in size by the day. The strain description says the plant should be ready in 9 weeks, but as things look now it could also be 10 weeks. I don't mind though as she already looks amazing and getting better every day! The plant in the back that didn't have the purple shades is now also turning purple-ish. The resin production on both plants is more than I ever seen in previous grows. The buds and sugarleafs are sparkling every time I open the growbox, and the smell is really intense. My carbon filter is having a hard time keeping the aroma inside the GTools these last few weeks 😅 Will the Fruity Donutz will be ready by the end of the week? Stay tuned for more pictures and updates 😊😉 A final update before the plants are harvested ✌️ It's officially week 10 now, but I plan to harvest the Fruity Donutz in a day or 2. The trichomes are mostly milky but no amber ones just yet. It would be a shame to harvest these beauties before they reach their max potential. They look absolutely stunning, and I can't wait to try them. I plan to chop them down and hang them without doing any trimming, just remove the biggest leafs. They take longer to dry, but it does improve the overall taste and quality in my experience.

Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.
