26.07. Wedding Cake 1# Day 92# Wedding Cake 2# Day 86# Wedding has not grown much again this week, but it is still spreading abnormally, the trunk and branches are getting sickly thick, a huge difference from the last update... I don't think it will go much higher by the time it stretches, which would be ideal. Today it started to rain and it will rain for the next 4-5 days, while there will be storms for 2-3 days, and it will cool down a lot and the next 10 days will be much better weather... today I added another layer of netting to this row and pulled them through, in a few days I will add the third and let them grow through it. I forgot to take a picture of the second one, it will be in the next update..everything is the same with her, constantly hungry and thirsty, from the next feeding I'm going to force her with food, so let's see how much she eats because this is unreal lol Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

Welcome to my Wedding Cake, Freebie from Zamneisa. 0-35 Days. Week 0-5 She has a lovely shape. Grew very quickly. Has that distinct from all the other Wedding Cakes I've seen here. Looking at other diaries. And after looking at this in my seed storage. I said let's go with it. Possible 25% THC all in the end of pics. Lovely leafs, strong roots. No dying leafs. Has a lovely root ball. As she's in an 11L pot now as she was such a fast Grower out of the fems. Just behind Green House Seeds Lemon Orange. But, she's catching up. Soon I'll put her to LST, last Defoliation and will put her to the flip. I was using power buds. And my god. So many stems with shoots. Tbh, I ended up removing a lot of those extra stems that were on my autos. It really does work. If you've the time. Which to bring all those nodes to full flower, would of added weeks to my grows. With this. She's a fem. I've removed at lot below and has long stems with a good few shoots, making for what should be some big tops (huge tops) by feeding right and with proper lighting. Also I've a trick by adding nearly 2 extra hrs during fattening with FAR RED 730NM which puts fems to sleep in 5m after 5-10m after a dose. Also have UVA for ripening.

Day 1 30/12/24 Monday evening. Started the seed off in de-chlorinated tap water and calmag 3ml to 5L pH 6.4. I will use this water for the rest of the week as sprays and transfer water. Day 2 31/12/24 Tuesday Seed has sunk 🙌 Transferred now to paper towel, sprayed with same water. Covered. Left in cupboard 24hrs untill tap root emerges ✌ Day 3 01/01/25 Wednesday (Happy NY 🎇💚) Tap root has only just popped!! I will check back in 12 hrs and see if theey have tails Day 4 02/01/25 Thursday Tap root reached 1cm Seed only just cracked. Will leave a further 24hrs for a sustainable tap root. Day 5 03/01/25 Friday Tap root has reach 2/3cm and now been potted up in a 1L pot with cannaterra pro, added perlite, added cococoir, and dynomyco, all watered yesterday to dampen off. . Sprayed top soils today to settle in seeds. Day 6 04/01/25 Saturday Seed has emerged to top of soil level 😁 Moved all seedlings into the auto tent so they can catch the 600w dual hps. Day 7 05/01/25 Sunday The seedlings are here 🙌 She made it through the first week, onwards and upwards 🚀💚 Light spray with de-chlorinated tap water and calmag. Covered with dome. Picture update 📾💚

The strain is a easily maintained but yet very durable plant to grow from nutrient deficiency, climate to even pests. A recommended strain if you are looking for a nice smooth smoke that's a hard hitter and a lasting effect

Slowing down, packing on trichomes/resin, strong fruity skunk earthy smell so far, very sticky and looks very nice, flowers stacking in a rose like position, round and ball like. Looks like a mini frosty rose! Only water this week.

Second week on the veg. And the drainage table repairs were done just in time. Moved all these plants into the recirc. System and within 24hours of transplant they were notably happy. I’ll add two more seedlings to the group for a total of 10 plants. Hopefully at least 50% are femaleđŸ€ž. This grows pretty much on autopilot now. All that will be left is regular plant maintenance and top offs to the finish👍.

Seems all good. Not using any growth technique, just letting the bushes to take form (yield not the biggest objective here). Also not adding nutrients as so far the growth is ok. Added a dehumidifier as the grow room was mad humid. Now stabilizing to 50% RH. Looking forward for the auto to starting flower so I can enjoy some nice high in a 4 weeks!

Yet another reliable fastbuds run. OG Kush grew to a very large bushy girl, looking back I should have lollipoped a bit better, seem to be left with a lot of popcorn buds. But I'm still happy and can't wait to try her out.

Thank you. Gave her a cocktail to help with stress. Added 1st net for lateral support, not so much now, but for later. Blue light is absorbed by photoreceptor proteins called phototropins, which trigger a hormonal response that causes cells on the shaded side to elongate, making the plant bend toward the light. Try and fill this side a little. She is quite big already, just needs to find her stride again after the undue torture. The mind is constantly working and producing, just like a factory. It's not just a passive recipient of information but an active producer of ideas, attitudes, and beliefs. The "ingredients" in this factory are the information you consume, such as books, conversations, and the media you engage with. The "products" are your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. The quality of the ingredients directly influences the quality of the output. To guard the door of your mind means to be selective about what you allow in. It involves actively choosing to consume positive and constructive information while filtering out negativity and harmful influences. If you don't guard your mind, others can "dump" whatever they want into it, leading to undesirable results in your life. You must take responsibility for the inputs to ensure you produce the outcomes you desire. 5 apex stems with 20-30 mini cola, let them develop a little, with the apical dominance shattered, all those 20-30 will all compete with each other as soon as that stretch is initiated. Key to a good stretch is making sure the plant is cycling efficiently, with large ATP conversions occurring lights out. For now, I'm keeping light intensity high. A plant will slow its vertical growth in very high light intensities, leading to a more compact form with thicker stems and leaves. This response is a protective mechanism against light stress, which can damage the photosynthetic apparatus and lead to symptoms like leaf scorching, yellowing, and brittleness. Instead of growing taller, the plant invests its energy into creating a more robust, stress-tolerant structure. Providing plants with necessary antioxidants helps protect the photosynthetic apparatus by scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) that cause damage from excess light. UV light exposure can impact the xanthophyll cycle by either enhancing its photoprotective role or causing damage, depending on the intensity and type of UV radiation. UV exposure can trigger the synthesis of more xanthophyll cycle pigments to increase the plant's capacity to dissipate excess energy, but it can also cause direct damage, particularly to Photosystem II, and may lead to a decrease in the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) which indicates a reduced capacity to dissipate excess energy. Plants can respond to UV stress by increasing the synthesis of xanthophyll cycle pigments, such as violaxanthin and zeaxanthin, to improve their photoprotective capacity. UV-induced changes in xanthophyll cycle pigments can be linked to a plant's overall tolerance to high radiation stress. The xanthophyll cycle helps protect against photoinhibition, which is especially important when the plant is exposed to high levels of both UV and visible light. High doses of UV radiation can directly damage photosynthetic components, including the proteins, lipids, and pigments in the thylakoid membranes. Exposure to UV radiation can have a mixed effect on the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) of the xanthophyll cycle pigments. In some cases, UV can inhibit the conversion of violaxanthin to zeaxanthin, resulting in a lower DEPS ratio and a reduced capacity for energy dissipation. However, the total pool of xanthophyll cycle pigments may increase, and this enhanced pool size could provide a greater potential for photoprotection despite a lower DEPS ratio. The xanthophyll cycle works alongside other mechanisms, such as the accumulation of flavonoids (UV screens), to protect the plant from UV-induced damage. Blue light repairs 100% UV-induced damage in plants through a process called photoreactivation, which uses a light-dependent enzyme called photolyase. This enzyme uses energy from blue and UV-A light to directly reverse the damaging pyrimidine dimers in the DNA caused by UV-B radiation, a key mechanism for maintaining the plant's genetic integrity. After carbon, light, water, temperature, and nutrients, the limiting factor of a plant's growth is often its own internal factors or the amount of a key ingredient. Chlorophyll concentration is one such factor, as the amount of this pigment limits how much light can be captured for photosynthesis. Other factors include chloroplast number, respiration rate, and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, as plants are often in a CO2-deficient condition. 60x60x18=64800seconds x 700 = 45,360,000moles. 45DLI Exposure to 165 ”W/cmÂČ of ultraviolet-B (UV-B) light for 3600 seconds = 1 hour, a extremely high, acute dose triggering stress responses and protective mechanisms. . The plant's photoreceptor protein, UVR8, senses the UV-B radiation. This triggers a signaling cascade that activates specific genes to protect the plant from damage. In response to the UV-B signal, the plant ramps up the biosynthesis of protective compounds like flavonoids, phenolic acids, and anthocyanins. These compounds absorb UV radiation and accumulate in the epidermal layers of leaves to shield inner photosynthetic tissues. The plant may increase leaf thickness or deposit more cuticular wax, creating a physical barrier to the radiation. The plant will produce more enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants to neutralize the reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by the UV-B radiation. The plant activates enzymes, including photolyases, to repair DNA damage caused by the UV-B. These repair mechanisms are critical for preventing permanent genetic mutations. While protective measures are activated, a high dose delivered over a short period can cause stress that overwhelms the plant's defenses. Photosynthesis is highly sensitive to UV-B. A high dose can inactivate Photosystem II (PSII), damage thylakoid membranes within the chloroplasts, and reduce chlorophyll content, which lowers the plant's overall photosynthetic capacity. Despite repair mechanisms, high UV-B doses can inflict persistent damage on the plant's DNA. The overproduction of reactive oxygen species can cause oxidative stress, leading to the oxidation of lipids and proteins and disrupting cellular function. I am playing in the enchanted forest.

The sisters have fully recovered from the beating from the tropical storm. Nearly 90 percent of pistils are red and the harvest window is approaching. Slight bit of nute burn on Patti but the others are loving it. Water only for the rest of the run. This week the ladies will have some cold stress training.

First of all thank you @fast_buds for this amazing strain, had a blast growing and experiment with her. It turns out that growing cannabis is not that difficult. All it takes is enough watering to balance the substrate. During the grow I did not even measure ph or ec once. And the leaves were healthy all the way through. In flowering I watered about half the size of the airpot every day. In order to successfully water as such every day and grow without unnecessary measurements need a ventilated flower pot And a Soil substrate enriched with perlite. The plant responded great to massive watering, grew quickly and recovered easily from stress. I took her to the limit But I did not provide her with sufficient lighting, it was reflected in the flowers that came out bit airy. (Yet 253 grams are a respectable crop.) So here is my next grow resolution I will make sure to provide the plants with all their needs So that they will take care of mine ;).

Blue Dream'Matic is going well the bud sites are starting to get fatter and fatter. I kind of expected this one to stretch more and grow larger, but she still has several weeks to go and I think the buds are going to be huge! đŸ’Ș Added Fox Farms Organic Big Bloom to the feeding this week with Recharge. Looking forward to the results.
