I defoliated this week, in the 3rd week of flower. The stretch should be about over. Pistils and bud sites abound. I increased Tiger Bloom. Now we wait.

Looking for optimal led height. RQS' Northern Lights auto and Diesel auto look very sophisticated and detailed. They are standing in the middle. Rest of the plants are auto lemon Hazes and they have may varieties. Two are growing very fast and two are stunted. At least one more week of indoor growing before going outside in a bigger pot.

Harvest Week 19, 19-25 February 2025 19-24 Feb - Observed and let the plant mature. 25 Feb - Harvested the plant, began the curing process. Jealousy Glue matured beautifully. I love the sweet, piney smell. The trichomes are mostly milky with very few amber colored, most hairs have turned brown, leaves have faded and turned purple around the bud area, all this is fine with me. The breeder recommended 68 days in flower, which is close to spot on with what she was grown in. She appears to have large, thick, resinous, and smelly buds. Very colorful I might add. It has me thinking her smoke must be good! She was cut down the morning of 25 Feb. All big leaves were cut off, and it was hung upside down in a closet by it’s branches. With a set RH of 55%, and temperature of 65 degrees F., it will hang here for 7-10 days, in darkness, with a slight air circulation (not directly on the buds). After that time the buds will be hand trimmed and then put into quart glass mason jars. I’ll place a size 8 Boveda 62 TerpShield in each jar and burp them until 62% RH is achieved. This usually takes about a week. Here they will cure for an additional 30 days. It will last in this state for a good 6-8 months. It is a smooth smoke, with a sweet herbal taste that will get you buzzed with just a couple of tokes. I had a good harvest set up, in order to keep everything sterile. The drying went good and steady with converting my grow tent to dry tent. -Humidity through drying 53-58% RH -Temp a bit high 18-23 10 days of drying Very satisfied with this grow as my first grow. I said i would be more than happy with 100g (dry and trimmed) and i weighted in 95.9g PLUS about 5grams i plan to smoke now 😇 So very happy. Currently in curing jars Not harsh taste, even with no curing. Nice and fruity and a deep high. I will test the THC levels after curing and update my blog. This will def not be my last grow. Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! These pictures were taken a week after the 21 day flower defoliation, day 27 of flower to be exact. Great progress this week with the bud site, glad to see the defoliation is giving it's fruits. Buds are filling in space which is just what I want now, fill up as much space as possible that way in the fast weeks they can fatten up and be nice dense colas. CC1 & CC3 have the best trichome production and bud growth so far despite having the structure all messed up and uneven. I got some nice pics in of that half loop I was talking about last week. Every time I see it I think, ¨Man, I want to grow a canna bonsai." CC2 is doing great, bud formation is going a bit slower than the other two but it's still nice. I'm rooting for this one in highest yield because between the three because she has the most evenly divided canopy. The Aroma got MUCH stronger this week. When I open up the tent it's a sweet caramel punch to the face. Don't mind that punch at all! 😍😍 I've had to raise all my plants because the San Fernando Lemon Kush stretched more than I expected. Bad calculation on my part given it's a sativa I should have expected it would triple in height. So now I've got all my ladies on top of shoe boxes, Playstation box, old ballast boxes, pretty much any sturdy box I could fix. Before putting them in there I cleaned them down, making sure nothing unwanted would be joining the garden. Things look good so far, next week I'll be adding an organic PK boost to the feed. She is at the far back. She is growing well this week, but she is not as big as her other three tentmates. She has the thinnest stem and she actually fell over for a couple of days before I got to her! 😕 I have now remedid the situation.

10 days of darkness during the flush begins. Had great results with Wanda and her genetics. Blessed for a first grow. Cut Wanda down at the end of the week. She’s now drying. I will be giving a thorough review for my harvest diary. Excited to share what I’ve experienced and learned from this grow.

End of week 10 - Day 70 / 35 of flower Another good week at the parlour. A lot of hours spent in the tent yoyo-ing the biggest colas. Half way through the week nearly all of them had fallen over so I had a full evening trying to make some space and hanging them up. I messed up a feed at the beginning of the week and over fertilised them with PK which can be seen on some leaves. For the last 3 feeds they've been on only 0.5ml per litre to try and reverse a bit of the damage. After today they come off PK completely and onto the BioGreen X-Blast. Obviously with this being my first grow I have nothing to properly compare too just other diaries. Only 1 or 2 of my friends grow their own medicine but regardless I've never seen weed like this (in person) in my life. The frostiness is next level. Even with the lights on you can see just how many Trichomes these have produced. It's looking like they will only need another 3 weeks. Plan is to carry on following the feed chart for for another 2 weeks and if I see any signs of cloudy Trichs I'll start to flush them untill they are 50/50 cloudy and amber. I really hope these keep going strong. I just cant wait untill I can pack a bong and take a rip of my very own home grown weed!
