Then we start flowering. 💚

Had concerns over damping off towards start of the week as seedlings tall leggy and leaning over, reduced light height to 8 inches and increased power to 60%. Last time I grew autos the light was a lot lower and whilst good yield nice smoke they were very bushy and short and stocky so experimenting a little with light height this time to increase spacing between nodes, 20 inches was way too far, being careful though as lights 450w, brill light spider farmer but gotta watch power a bit. The drop in light height and introduction of small fan making the plants wobble slightly has dramatically improved their strength and thankfully no damping off. Extraction fan on permanently set to 1 or two so low settings, nice air flow. Also sealed a couple light leaks so plants are getting their restorative darkness for 6 hours a day and overall touch wood looking fit and healthy. Pleased with the amount of growth after two weeks. Very light touch with nutes and watering at mo, .4 litre daily with root juice and bio heaven promote healthy organic soil. Fingers crossed so far so good. Happy growing all. :)

Flowering day 52 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) All ladies look very healthy and delicious :-) We're slowly getting closer to the end. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each (sewing materials see table above) At the next watering there is a very light rinse with Clean Fruits so that the last nutrients can be slowly used up. Hello. I've finished, cured and put away the Sleepy Joe. It didn't have the strength I was hoping for but it is still nice to smoke. It gets you couch locked and sleepy so before bed stuff. Day 42 Flowering: Another great week creating some beautiful looking buds and plenty of trichrome action too. The #1 has begun to colour up her bids now with orange hairs as she matures more. Still.lots of fresh and new pistils being put out too but it is giving her a nicer ripened appeal to her tight , fluffy edged buds. Her gorilla glue genetics are certainly visible along with her twin #3 who is also putting effort into her bud production now. #2 is turning into an amazing looking plant amd i amd so impressed with the teichrome production now. Her pitch black/purples are being covered in a snowy coating of heavily built up trichromes. Her buds are so tightly packed in too with very little leaf among them. Her main leaves are turning some very nice autumn leaf colours among the dying off ones . I think she needed feeding earlier in her flowering period to have given her the better boost but the mature looking fade away on also a good sign of her intentions to harvest soon. #4 is approx a week behind the other 3 and is beginning to look very similar to the #2 now so could be the same pheno after all. She has some real appeal on the stems, I just wish they were all a lot bigger .lol The pictures do not do the beauty of the strain justice at all but the video is at least a little more able to show the differences better. They are really pumping out some funk now as soon as I go up the ladder you can smell the danger of the potency ahead.lol Up close and touched they smell so sweet with a hint of chocolate I think!. Lets see how they end up. All in all a good week and now hopefully the swelling starts before the final two weeks to ripen come into play. Be safe and well Growmies. Her leaf to bud ratio is not very impressive but if she coats with trichs well enough, then trimming the leaves into the final manicure will be OK i think.

Oh boy, what a week have they got Sick PH was very high. Didn’t know what to do so the last week and a half. I’ve been flushing them bringing the pH down little by little trying to go gentle eventually the last flash show PH at 6.8. Which is OK anything between six and seven is considered optimal range for cannabis plant.

HEY GANG UPDATE BEFORE THE FLIP!!!!! So guys I had the WPM (white powdery mildew) issue with the gelato auto haven't really seen it coming up elsewhere I'm already using a OMRI 3-in-1 spray for it will update on that as well, hopefully that'll cure it, otherwise these other girls are doing great! I have almost finished setting up the tent system and will update that also, see video, thanks for everyone's help, I cant imagine what I would do without the whole forum here and the wisdom I'm definitely a lot more knowledgeable about the process and systems that I have for it so again, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great week of overall growth: Branches getting a good stretch over sun leaves canopy. Pistil growth has kicked in with branches having many nodes. The canopy now takes up the diameter of the grow chamber. I tweaked the solution because leaves were growing light green and after a week of new solution mix they seem to have taken to it. Have been playing Fugazi and Nirvana on interior speaker and also raised the light 6". They also have a beautiful scent and I am wondering if the chamber will still handle covering the smell. The living room is right above my basement grow room and you could always smell it in the past but I had no problems the last to times because I used the ABLE Grow Chamber and the plants were small. The plants from this grow are twice the size I was able to achieve in my last two grow due to the upgraded COB LED and the CO2. I water them in the morning with .5L of solution and another L when I get home from work. Will keep this watering schedule till time to flush. Have counted 20 mini colas from two plants. Will defolite one final time today to clear sun leaves that are shadowing potential bud growth.

Its smell has changed a bit as well, its not as fruity as it was earlier on or its diluted by all the other smells in the tent, might be a sign I am giving them to much water at a time as well. Still giving them a 2:1 or 2.5:1 grow vs bloom nutrient. Its helping with some of the pink stems from last week. Feeding strength is up .2 point to reach 900ppm or aorund 1.8EC will leave it here fro the remainder of Veg. Prob will do for 2 more weeks then flip to flower as I just topped them and want to give them some time to recover. NPK ratio of 7-7-14 1:1 equal parts grow/bloom. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 "not yet used it yet" Also took some clones from the plants as well, took two main cuttings from each plant, forgot to do the one so its not shown in the first video up the updated clone pics later in the week. If any of these impress me then the clones will go outside and grow there all year for a extra special harvest. Or I'll give them out to some friends and family maybe a little gorilla gardening project, but I will wait before getting ride of them all as I'm still kicking my self in the ass over the Blue Cindy loss. really liked that plant and wish its clones I gave out where still aorund. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% till flower is initiated then up to 100%, Will test out 13/11 I think as the schedule to give them some more photons for an extra hour vs 12/12 . Week 18: 😅 I hope the work we put in this week, sets us up for a successful next couple weeks. We really pushed through the rest of our flower defoliation. I think we learned alot through this process. Every branch can not live on. Branches and primary growth points are two very different things. We also learned that flower and veg have different needs. I am now noticing the soil is almost bone dry in about 4/5 days, so by the 3rd day the plants need more water... This is important to note.. as we will be traveling for the holidays for the next two weeks (NOLA, HOU, RIO). May God be with us over these next few weeks. I'm glad I have a ring camera installed in the tent for times like these... but I would not recommend purchasing this camera for the purpose of a grow tent cam. Will be trying the Wyze or another type of camera for more timelapse content in the future. Will check back in later this week with pictures from my friend that will be watering for us.
