When I began the contest I had only grown Magic Melon once before (last winter), it grew in an 18 litre pot, became around 4 feet tall, and completely filled a 3'x3' tent. A friend of mine successfully grew a seed I gave them this summer in a container about 4 litres and the plant was considerably smaller. The fact that it can be successfully grown in less than 250mL is astonishing, I have buds from the one grown last winter that are bigger than the can I grew this one in. Harvested 91 days from sprout.

Today we turned the Scorpion up to full power and raised it to 38 1/2 inches above pots and getting a reading of 520 - 530 par ! gonna let the babies grow into the light now over the next few weeks till they hit into flower an keep a steady eye on it Incase I got to raise the light higher or lower !! Air temp an humidity has been great , stayin from 70-75 degrees through the day an humidity is staying around 58% ! So far so good Let’s grow lil Babies let’s grow!!! The buds and trichimes are developing nicely. The defoliation didn't harm them at all. The plants are starting to get really thirsty so I'm giving bigger amounts of water. 10 liters at the moment.

Woche 1: 2024-07-18: Die Samen habe ich zum Keimen in feuchte Wattepads gelegt und anschließend in einem Zipperbeutel deponiert. Anschließend gab es Dunkelheit für die Samen bei ca 28 Grad. Zwei Tage später waren sie bereit um umgesetzt zu werden. 2024-07-20 Heute ging es daran die gekeimten Samen umzusetzen. Ich nutze dafür ein Minigewächshaus und Anzuchtsubstrat. Anschließend befeuchtete ich alles und das Minigewächshaus kam in die Growbox. (18/6 Licht bei 200-300 ppfd ) 2024-07-23 Durch einen Spontantrip welcher morgen startet, habe ich die die kleinen Heute schon in ihr endgültiges Zuhause versetzt. Zusätzlich habe ich ein Bewässerungssystem installiert und den Luftbefeuchter angeschmissen. Da es sich um ein kleines Experiment handelt habe ich Drei verschiedene Topfarten benutzt. 1. Cannpot - ein Topfsystem mit manuellem Bewässerungssystem ab der 2. Wachstumswoche. 2. Airpot - 9l 3. Stofftopf - 9l Ich möchte die Vor- und Nachteile der verschiedenen Topfarten für mich entdecken.

This ladies look absolutely gorgeous and super strong, they're gonna be flipped into flower tomorrow on February 15th when they'll hit the 30th day since they were planted and the first day of flower! As said, I have flipped this ladies into flower on February 15th so now I think we're gonna see a beautiful stretch specially on this 2 plants which are the biggest one in the tent, very nice genetic, cannot wait to see their performance ❤️💛💚👨‍🌾 stay tuned everybody! There is not much to tell this week :) A few came to the flowering tent, 2 are still in the vegi phase for 2 days and then come last to the flowering tent :-) The Blue Cheese and the Kosher Tangie Kush smell very good and how they should 😍👍 It will be difficult to choose 2 mums :-). First, I made a mistake on week 13, it is not vegetative week but flowering week.The flowers enlarge and become hard as stone. The smell is more and more intense. I have not spotted any parasites or deficiencies.I would say it will be ready the first week of October.I thought it would be faster but it's probably because of the hard living conditions she been trought..

I believe there might be a problem with the plant. Leaves are turning yellow way too early. The pistils are oxidizing very early too. Maybe she got stressed for some reason and decided to accelerate the whole process.

Start of week 7 I was worried Quick one was going to stay small but it definitely stretched (41cm tall) it seems to be flowering slower than the other plants but grew so much taller! not a noticable smell off it yet, i think its only beginning to put its energy into buds :) really excited to harvest! added a couple of photos of the chillis also, they are enjoying the light :) Day 51 - 12/11/19 Quick one is starting to grow sugar leaves in between the pistils! roll on heavy flowering :) will add pictures soon.

Day 85 - Starting week 13 today and still no issues. Checked some trichs today and still quite a bit clear in there but quite a bit cloudy. Going to start flushing her for her next watering and looking at her, think she’s got about 2ish weeks left. Day 86 - All still on track for a chop in about two weeks. There’s less and less clear trichs but would like to get a good amount of amber before cutting so hopefully she’ll push them out in the next two weeks. Day 87 - Gave her 2 gallons of plain 6.5 pH’d water today to start flushing out the nutes. She’s almost all ccloudy now and hopefully start getting some amber in there in the next two weeks before chopping. Day 88 - All is going good still. Checked the trichs all over and it’s pretty much all milky and seeing a couple ambers in there. So it seems like about a week to two weeks left. Day 89 - No real update, she’s getting a bit more amber in her so almost thinking she’ll be ready to chop this weekend. Just gonna keep an eye on her and when the trichs are right, she’ll get the axe. Day 90 - Lots more amber are showing now so looks like it’ll be day 91 or 92 when I chop her. Will probably chop her on Friday but may end up doing it tomorrow. Not sure yet, depends on how I’m feeling and what she’s looking like tomorrow but definitely excited about getting her chopped, trimmed and start drying her. Day 91 - The end of week 13 and Letting the girl finish drying out today and will be chopping her tomorrow. She has some lower fluff bud but everything else is ready.
