Week 7- Day 1 of Flower (Day 110 overall) (Day 49 of Flower)
There was a couple of small super small sucker buds on the lower stocks that needed to be cleaned off but that was it. Just watching them Flower!!

Week 7- Day 2 of Flower (Day 111 overall)
Tucked a few fan leaves below lower buds but didn't see any blatant offenders that needed to be removed. I typically do start my checks in Week 8 but since this is a new strain I decided to go ahead and do a Trichome check just to see what was what.. Just as I thought nothing but clear glassy Trichomes. I will check again in one week....

Week 7- Day 3 of Flower (Day 112 overall)
Just letting them grow today!! Smell is getting stronger I would say it is a hint of Pine and a heavier fruity smell.

I did Nothing but took some pics and I enjoyed it!!!! It is nice to be able to just sit back and watch them on auto pilot.. :-) Tomorrow Water Change Day!!

Week 7- Day 5 of Flower (Day 114 overall)
I admit it.. I had to defoliate a little bit.. I looked in while changing the water today and there were just a couple blatant offenders blocking the light from lower bud sites and those leaves they just had to go. Other than that I changed the water and this week is where I drop everything and start preparing them for this last phase of the grow. Loving a few of these buds they are starting to beef out very nicely.

Week 7- Day 6 of Flower (Day 115 overall)
Opened the back of the tent today and boy did she need some defoliation love in the back. Other than that I took off a few little sucker buds trying to form. I did start to setup my Dry space as well as did a Trichome Check today and the brown tips are coming in nicely.

Week 7- Day 7 of Flower (Day 116 overall)
Found a few baby sucker buds trying to form so I removed them. Other than that I am enjoying watching her mature.
I also started my Reverse of the Clone I took 6 weeks ago in Apr from #3. I am uploading footage of the reversing process for your viewing pleasure.

Letting soil dry before harvest, th strain is underestimated by growers, great buds and smells like cherry cola, they loves cold temperatures.

Cultivation was very easy in terms of vegetation and up to half of flowering, where I encountered difficulties and ended up postponing their harvest.
drying Purple presented 220g wet and 39g dry. I can smell a fruity scent on it and I see a lot of resin. I'm happy with the result but I still want a 50g plant.

Purple afghan kush 1...she has taken her purpyra color ... there is very little left for her to be able to taste this variety ... she has a smell of tender wood ... sweet smell ... she did not grow enough but if she dedicated herself to fattening her head ...

she had about 15 worms ... look for them one by one ... she did not grow well from the beginning ... I do not know what happened to her growth and flowering ... her buds are small ... let's hope she tastes good ...

Normally I am not a plant abuser (at least not in the literal term of the word) but the last few cycles I have been very superficial in the care of my plants. The result is lovely but not very large plants. I'll make up for it with the next few cycles <3

Hi !
10 days after i switch to 12h/12h they have grown well. Trunk are massive and roots are impressive, they continue to grow, i guess they'll colonize the whole tank ^^
Plants are drinking a lot and EC is lower everyday. i have to add nutrient 2 or 3 times a week to increase EC to 1.2/1.3 again ( EC drop from 1.3/1.4 to 0.8 in 2 days )
I wonder if I had to cut some leaves to light the bud sites because there are lot of leaves ( it's a dense bush )
What do you think ?

So, the big day finally came!💚
I harvested the plant and got her cut and hung up to dry. But before that, she spent a solid 72 hours in complete darkness to finish off. (A little boost before the chop)🌿
Everything went as planned and is looking pretty good so far.
Nothing out of the ordinary, just smooth sailing through the final stage. Now it’s all about patience while it dries properly. Can’t wait to check out the final results in a couple of weeks! 🌱

This is probably the final week of the full tent shots, these were taken a few days ago and at this point there is only 8 plants that have not yet been harvested. I learned a lot this run, tried some new shit, grew out my own crosses, dialed things in by getting rid of the light leaks and adding the heater so it was a success. The new lights out performed my expectation and the leaf strip might become a staple in my garden. The leaf strip made me nervous I wasn't sure how it would turn out but all of my buds are noticeably larger, the lowers are filled out and as dense as the tops and it saved space, water and nutrients. The lights could have contriuted to the larger buds but the other things made it well worth it. I have been vegging out the next run for a while trying to keep them from growing too much in 1/2 gal bags so there should be some interesting plants there stay tuned.
* The ones remaining are MC2 MC3 and MC4, MC6 got tossed but I have a cut to run back. MC2 I have grown many of times and reversed for pollen, MC3 and 4 are new. 3 is almost done I should be chopping that one this week at some point and might be more impressive than 2 it has some serious nugs on it. 4 is also solid but taking a little longer than I would like it might be a 75-80 day finish. Next update I will have some good pics of at least 2 and 3, I am going to wait until I am ready to harvest before I bring 4 into the studio.

This girl got delayed in flowering due to the neighbors outdoor lights. Didn't start flowering and it was coming to the end of September (time for early harvest for some outdoor varieties), so I was worried. Almost quit on her all together since she was not kicking into flowering. As a last ditch effort to stress into flowering I cut about half of the branches off. That worked and she finally kicking in and started flowering as September ended. She slowly got into flowering and the developing flowers looked nice. I used Bloom booster and Sweet and sticky to enhance flavor and flower. Curious to see how the end flower comes out. Colas didn't get super fat but looks quality. Should get around 2.5 ounces Dry I would guess. For an outdoor plant that is not that good but all things considered I am happy!
I am glad I found this site so I can more accurately log my grows, and I will only be growing seeds from seed banks now so I will have the legit strain and information beforehand.
Will update this harvest full when initial hanging is done in 10 days and I jar it all up.

Gave her a pretty good haircut around the base and took off anything that wasn't going to have a big top bud and opened it all up for better airflow so come flowering I won't have any stagnant air in the center causing bud rot. She is just starting to show preflowers so I went ahead and started hitting her pretty heavy with organic bloom nutes like fish bone meal,seabird guano and fox farm fruit and flower and then fed her a nice healthy dose of FOOP canna bloom 1 & 2

Tag 119: In einer Woche wird geerntet, nun sollte ich mich freuen aber die Blätter der Shogun sehen mittlerweile furchtbar aus 😱
Zu allem Überfluss hat sie nun auch noch Pollsäcke entwickelt 😨 ich habe versucht die sichtbaren mit einer Pinzette zu entfernen😩
Mir graust jetzt schon ein wenig vor dem Endergebnis.
Die Shogun scheint ein warmes Klima nicht zu vertragen, anders als bei Royal Queen seed angegeben....😞
Tag 120: ich denke ich bin zu schnell mit dem Dünger hoch gegangen, mich beschlich jedenfalls ab und an schon das Gefühl😶
Aber ich habe mich strickt an das Düngeschema von Biobizz gehalten, aber dabei ignoriert das die Blüte Zeit bei der Shogun länger ist, und somit ich zu früh in die vollen gegangen bin 😒
Naja wieder was dazu gelernt 😁
Tag 123: Die Shogun riecht nur sehr dezent, sie klebt kaum 😞

Apr 27: and they’re off. Both seeds germinated very strongly.
I’m keeping the soil drier this time. I think maybe I’ve had soil too wet when starting seeds before and that slowed them down a bit. Will focus on keeping the seedlings moist to make up for the low air humidity. Once they get some roots going then I’ll start normal watering.
Apr 30: snow day but plants are all still inside under lights. So far so good.
May 1: one seedling is a bit bigger than the other at this early stage. I’ll pick one to keep and adopt out the other one.
May 3: transplanted to intermediate pot to raise the soil level.

Die erste Woche der Keimung war… sagen wir mal, eine echte Herausforderung. Und auch in die zweite Woche starten wir mit einigen Schwierigkeiten. Der pH-Wert im Gießwasser tanzt immer noch Tango und will sich einfach nicht stabilisieren lassen. Alle sechs Stunden muss ich ran und nachjustieren – ganz schön zeitaufwendig!
Auch die Temperaturen sind noch ein Thema. 27 Grad sind einfach zu hoch, und da die kleinen Pflänzchen noch keine schattenspendenden Blätter haben, heizt es ordentlich auf. Ich habe mir aber mit Kühlpacks beholfen und das Gießwasser auf angenehme 22 Grad runtergekühlt. Hoffentlich mögen das die Wurzeln! Immerhin: Die Wurzelbildung scheint gut voranzugehen, jede Pflanze hat jetzt schon ein kleines Wurzelnetz entwickelt.
Um jeder Pflanze die besten Startbedingungen zu geben, habe ich ihnen jetzt jeweils ein eigenes Licht spendiert. So kann ich die optimalen Werte für jede einzelne einstellen. Ob das alles so klappt, wie ich es mir vorstelle, wird sich in den nächsten Wochen zeigen. Aber wir starten optimistisch in Tag 14!
Was steht heute auf dem Plan? Ich werde die pH-Werte im Auge behalten und schauen, ob die Kühlpacks die Wassertemperatur stabil halten können. Außerdem werde ich die kleinen Pflanzen genau beobachten, ob es ihnen gut geht.

My Purple Kush plant is the smallest in the tent and hasn't been growing much. It's a classic strain, so I'm not sure why it's struggling. Maybe I just got a bad seed. I'm still hoping it'll turn purple and delicious, though!
Okay, This past week has been absolutely fantastic! The weather has been incredible, and I've been able to keep the windows open almost the entire time. My plants are thriving in the humidity, and the VPD has been perfect. Everything just feels so balanced and in check.
