Week 6: Aroma, Buds, and Excitement! 🌿🌸💨
Hey there, fellow growers! It's time for an exhilarating update on my flourishing journey. We've officially reached week 6 of the flowering phase, and let me tell you, it's getting pretty amazing in my grow tent. Here's what's been happening:
The aroma that fills the air when I open my tent is mind-blowing! It hits me right in the face with its funky skunkiness, and I can't help but smile. These ladies are developing some seriously potent terpenes, and I can't wait to savor the flavors when it's time to harvest. 🌿👃💨
Speaking of buds, they are looking absolutely stunning. The development is on point, and the density is increasing day by day. I find myself gazing at them with a sense of pride and excitement. These girls are going to be something special. 🌸🌿🌱💪
I'm thrilled to report that there are no signs of seed pods or hermaphroditism. The ladies are staying true to their femininity, focusing solely on producing those gorgeous, resinous flowers. It's a relief and a testament to the genetics and care they've received. 🚫⚡️
To ensure their continued growth, I've upped the watering to 5 liters every two days. These thirsty beauties need their hydration! Along with the increased watering, I've noticed some oranging on the tops and a touch of purpling on the leaves. It's a delightful display of colors that adds even more visual appeal to the grow tent. 🌿🍊💜
As for the nutrient solution, I've maintained a stable pH of 6.33, allowing for optimal nutrient uptake. The TDS level has remained between 1150 and 1250, providing the perfect balance of nutrients for the plants' needs. ⚖️📈
With everything going so well, I'm buzzing with excitement for what the next week of flowering will bring. The anticipation of harvest is growing stronger, and I can almost taste the rewards. Happy growing, everyone! Catch you next week with more updates. 🌿💚🌸😄

Got a TDS meter at the end of this week. This lady is also in full on flower!!! I just love seeing the pistols, I am also catching a small bit of smell during a small period when the lights come on!
She is starting to spread out and even out well. I dont think she is to great for LST, or at least she should be started a bit towards the end middle of week 3 or the end even. She grows short and bushy.

Hi friends! I decreased the amount of nutrients given because I realized, much to my deep frustration and sadness, that almost since the beginning of flowering I've been giving her too little nutrients. The chart says "x ml per liter of water" and I was just giving nutrients as if it was only 1L, the rest I just filled with plain water. So the poor thing is probably hungry for nutrients ever since she started needing more than 1 liter of water, and that may have affected the yield.
Another thing, honestly, could you tell me what you think of her? I think I'm wasting the seed's potential, I think she could be bigger. But with 8-9 hours of direct sunlight per day, strong winds, and now this nutrient problem... :/ Well, I'll rectify the nutrients and let's wait!

Comming into the 2022 season, this year I decided to go with a friend's prized cut of unknown bag seed origins. It was free and the flower I smoked was amazing. Let's see how they do this year.
So as always started with 15 gal fabric pots and filled them up with promix hp. Amended the soil with 70/30 ratio of Gaia green 444 and 284 at 4tspg. This year I also decided to amend the soil with worm castings at 7.5lbs/15gal of soil.
For watering we used tap water @6.4pH mixed with 50mL of molassas to 5 gal of water.
Stick trap indicators are put up to monitor pests such as gnats.
The ladies are about 6-8weeks old clones for reference.

So this and last week was all about dialing and maintaining temperature and humidity..
It's been quite hard to get the precise temperature and humidity because my growing closet is packed...My Gawd..
So she finally has Milky Trichs between the middle of her...
The one thing that I wanted to test...
So as I mentioned my closet is stacked lol so I decided to Chop off her 2 main Colas..Unfortunately I think my Grow light was placed too close to her canopy..
Which caused the two Main Colas trichomes to turn about 30% amber..
So this is a good trial to see if this will cause the smaller collas to fatten..
Keeping fingers crossed 🤞 🔀

Sp 600 would be good in late flower when light intensity humidity and heat need to be down

After 5 days of drying, this little girl who was a little bigger than a meter gave 950 grams and a little bit of popcorn...this picking was 870 and a little bit of popcorn, and 4-5 weeks ago during a storm, one branch broke, which yielded about 100, but let's say 80 for sure, a total of 950 grams of beautiful, huge, potent buds

Was a difficult week, because the plant was at the very back. I got some small % of bud rot. Very small. Buds are very dense. Dripping in trichomes. Colorful, and very stinky. What a beauty.

Estamos en la última semana para dos de las cuatro variedades, así que a partir de este momento, eliminamos Bio Flores.
Añadiremos al bidón de riego Canna Flush, que nos va a ayudar a lavar bien nuestras raíces, eliminando restos de sales y nutrientes. Buscamos que las plantas gasten sus reservas de las hojas, que poco a poco veremos como pierden verdor, eliminando clorofila, sobre todo las más bajas.
Canna Flush - 20ml por cada 10 litros de agua.
Bajamos la potencia de nuestros balastros a 600w.

Probably last foto session out of the grow box. Solution of Orgatrex and PK-5-8 with every watering, she is now getting 2 lit per day manually. I will connect autopot during periods of my absence but I am afraid that she may stay without enough nutrients. I am still under trauma of my first grow when I left them for 10 days unsupervised and at the time I was back there was lot of damage.

These babies are behaving exactly how I want them to. So far no signs of preflowers at all, this is good because my light is farther away than I’d like and AVT is still finishing up in the tent and she creates shade. So they haven’t been growing as fast but they are looking healthy and happy, I’m sure they’ll take off in growth once they get the entire light and space. I topped Pink Kush on day 23 above the 5th node and I pruned the first node as these never really make great stems for big buds. In the next day or two I’ll top the other three ladies and prune first node as well.

Ideally you want to drastically up your PK Week 5 of flower. Unfortunately adding PK late last week forced me to ramp up by 2ml/gal every day until 9 ml/gal to avoid shocking the plants. These plants were growing super bushy despite being Sativa dominant. Definitely played it too safe Week 3, gonna go heavy next run.
