Always cool to see what old school strains are all about. If there’s something experience has taught me is that classics are classics for a reason, and that’s the theme of this cycle. The germination was exceptionally fast, followed by the development of a thick stalk and huge broad leafs, this Gorilla surely started strong. Humidity and temperature kept fairly high throughout the week (70%/ 24°C), with regular misting, which they love! So far so good, feels like a happy and healthy seedling. Let’s see what she’s got 💪🌱

I grew 3 plants 2 grew well but stalled due to water and lighting at back of a cold tent once this was sorted all grew within there height range which is small and compact with my 6.5 liter pot range 8n biobizz all mix with mycorrhizal added. This is my first ever grow and the genetics wowed me i took a lot of info in about autoflowering plants and the 2 main things that run true are pot size and reduce feed as autoFlowering plants need less due to restricted height although I saw amazing growth in 3rd -6 weeks this if you dial in could increase your yields. The plants had a mild floral berry smell during early stages and kept this smell allways through. Once in bloom they grew vigours and buds oozed resin . There colour are truly amazing I have 2 dark plants that changed colours! And 1 tall lilac plant that too on its amazing colour during late Flowering planted in cold weather these came through sweet looking. Final weight on last plant #2 dry buds in sugar leaf I leave on is 12.6 grams there still 2 lower branches I've tried to seed with her hermI pollen

GENERAL COMMENT. WEEK 4 OF FLOWER. The week ran smooth, girls keep on growing well, my soil is becoming a bit compact, i usually use clay pellets mixed but this time i when straight with the soilless mixture, 50% Mosses and 50%p Perlite, with no organic correction so is inert, a pro is that you don’t see bugs such as gnats, till now. For the moment @B4RNS gave a nice idea on how to improve the aeration by using a knitting needle, to poke the soil, and that was easy to do, with minimal damage. Is a regular plastic pointy stick. Had putted up the lamp to around 40cm from the canopy. EC continues at 3.1, and added overdrive to the feed, lowered the B-52. Cal mag more diluted 1ml/l one time a week only. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTOMATIC COMMENT. As usual, the Pheno i have got is more sensible, have to do a second run to understand better the genetics or get a seed directly from RQS to make sure. Also with that since the beginning, spotting and ect, the girl si shooting many colas still and is crowded with bud spots, had removed some spotted leaves to be able to see if spotting is continuing. Light positioned up because this girl looked a bit stressed. As far as training i decided to super crop the top, to create a more even canopy, lst was not possible as the stem is hard as iron.

Wow! She grew this week 😜! The buds are stacking up nicely and the sugar leaves are starting to frost up with trichs. Surprisingly, not much odour yet😕. Her tent mate BlueCookie is real sticky and fragrant. Added B-52 to the nutrient mix this week. Watered on Apr.21 FL 25 and Apr.24 FL 28, with 1/2 gallon (nutrients as listed above) poured slowly topside. Lightly defoliating every other day or so. I'll likely try to reveg. this girl after harvest ( for clones), so I have left some larfy buds down low for that purpose. That's about it for now. Lilly x White Widow is finishing up her bulking. I did a solution change a few days ago. She has about 2 weeks left. My biggest issue will be I have 5 plants all closet done that will be all finishing at once. So I gotta spave them out to get them all in the cannatrol. Everything is going well. Visibly noticed my plants fully able to drink through my 3gal feed in more like two days rather than 3 - I’ve been feeding them within those timelines lately. Still healthy stressing these girls. Genetics on full blast here. No signs of any pests- won’t be adding any other precautionary D Earth or insecticidal soap. Gonna run it and hope for the best. Fingers crossed. I will be weening nutrients down a tiny bit these next upcoming weeks leading into flush! Steady growing into October now fam!

So far I kinda messed up getting everything done on time. Plants are harvested and in cure now. All in all, the plant would’ve had around 112g dry if I kept it all.
