Commencing Week 14 - 6th week of flowering - Day 92 from germination - Day 42 of 12/12 on January 23rd D.98/48 wooooooooooooooooh this Garden is super stinky right now in a good way 👃💪👍👌👏😁 The colors are changing up beautifully signaling the end of life and the beginning of a whole new level of appreciation for these beautiful flowers 💚 - 💛🧡💜❤️ I'm currently under the impression that hydroponics can speed up production, (in my experience with organic growing growth is a little slower and as well as the ripening / muturation rate) so I'm may even be able to harvest a majority of this a few days early. There is also a few tricks I might employ in order to speed this process up. It's fine by me either way I can wait so we'll see 😁 So far this has been my first successful indoor DWC grow in quite some time and I am very patiently yet very anxiously awaiting the time when I can enjoy the fruits of my labor. at this point as long as I don't mess anything up it should be smooth sailing right up to the very end which is now what I am looking forward to the most coming up: the harvest and smoke report To all the breeders so I put in the hard work for for me and allowed me to grow their strains thank you! Two phenotypes - one purple and one white/green. The purple was very difficult to train and resulted in a couple inadvertent breaks - luckily it was repairable. The other trained very well, very flexible and worked very good for SCROG. Both produced heavily and are beautiful. The purple tends to be much more fluffy, with very long pistil hairs - the longest of any grow I have done. The white was super dense, very crystally and sticky. It will be very interesting to see how they smoke. Also, the purple tended to do very well with some nute mistakes I made as well as fluctuating pH in my water feeding. The white did not do as well in this regard but was able to get to harvest fine. Wet bud weight is prior to trimming. The buds off of these plants were HUGE!!!! Plant #1: (Purple): Wet weight - 76.58oz prior to trim; 15 colas; Terps: White - 60%, Clear - 20%, Amber - 20% Plant #2: (White): Wet weight - 71.65oz prior to trim; 16 colas; Terps: White - 70%, Clear - 30%, After 3 days of drying, took them down to trim for my jars. After a few hours filled mostly quart jars 3/4 full but also tried an Infinity jar and a gallon mason jar to minimize the number of smaller jars. Dry weights into jars: Plant #1: 14.79 oz Plant #2: 11.76oz I did pull them after a day to dry rack them for 12 hours due to a little bit higher moisture content then I would have liked ( 70%rH). Re-jarred on 6/1/23 and now holding steady at around 60% rH. Cure Check In (Week 2): 6/10 - 6/12/23: rH ~ 63 - 66%. Daily air exposure & fanning. Very smelly. Looking good - another couple weeks and will be ready.

23.08 The Drainmaster moved into the tent to control the drain. Defoliated and lollipopped them. 25.08 First run with the drain system. Nutrient Solution (Tank): Volume: 8.5 L EC: 3.05 pH: 5.5 Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients Micro/Grow/Bloom + CalMag Irrigation Run: Pump time: 30 minutes Total Drain: 5.0 L (≈ 60%) Drain EC: 2.6 Drain pH: 6.0 🔎 Observations Drain volume was far too high (target is ~20%). Drain EC lower than input EC → medium was relatively “empty”, plants absorbed nutrients quickly. pH drift from 5.5 → 6.0 shows some buffering effect left in the reused substrate, but limited. Substrate behaves more like coco than soil now (low buffer, fast response). 💡 Insight / Lesson Learned 30 minutes pump time is way too long → resulted in 60% runoff instead of 20%. For 8 × 1 L pots, a single irrigation event should be ~1.0–1.2 L total, with ~200–250 ml runoff. Solution: shorten pump time to ~5 minutes and re-test runoff. Better approach: run shorter, more frequent irrigations (daily) with a lower EC (2.0–2.2), instead of heavy feedings (EC 3.0) only 3× per week. This will keep EC more stable in the root zone and prevent salt buildup in the tiny 1 L pots. 27.08 Adjusted the pump timer to 5 minutes, gave the first dose of PK13/14.

Toca cambiar las lamparas que hemos estado utilizando durante el periodo vegetativo, con un espectro lumínico más azul (entre 5000ºK y 6500ºK), por unas mixtas de 2500ºK. Más adelante las cambiaremos por las definitivas 2000ºK. Es importante decir que realizar fotos o videos bajos lamparas de floración, no ofrece un buen resultado... Así que a partir de este momento voy a utilizar un filtro corrector en las imágenes que muestro. Sigo regando cada tres días, alternando entre agua+Bio Rhizotonic+Bio Vega y riegos solo con agua. Llevo un diario de cultivo en una libreta y los principales cambios en una pizarra.
