BIG UPDATE THIS WEEK !!! ---------------------------------- FEEDING MISTAKE / TRANSPLANTING THE PLANT ------------------------------------------------------- Last week, the plant was showing some feeding issue (some burned tips). After discussing with another grower ( @Asnoriu ) and carefully listening his advices, I decided to transplant the queen to a bigger pot. 16L can be ok, but I had a long veg (10 weeks), and this was getting too small for the lady. So starting from now, I will always transplant before flowering, since I understood & learned how it help the plant to develop good roots network. The plant probably suffered from too much feeding with Fish-mix. Asnoriu told me He was using it at 50% of the recommend dose, and not at each watering. This totally make sense, especially when i look back at my first grow : I used no fish-mix during almost all the veg, and she grow verry well. My gardening soil was probably rich enough for my plants! I transplanted the plant to a bigger pot (16L -> 30L) and filled the new pot with Biobizz All-Mix soil. I took the plant from the old fabric pot like if it was a sock : what a niiiice and easy technic ! (Thanks again Asnoriu). Watered with pure water (ph at 6.2-6.5), without any nutrients (All-mix is already rich enough). I will feed again in 1-2 weeks. BIG ERROR WHEN APPLYING LST BACK IN THE NEW POT --------------------------------------------------------------- I had to remove my strings (LST) to switch to the new Pot. When I was applying the LST again in the new pot, I went too far with tension... And the main-lining broke 😟 So I fixed it verrry quickly by releasing LST tension, and using a string to tight the stem where it broke. In less than 5 minutes it was fixed. I was verry worried that it may have killed my queen.... But she didn't shown any sign of stunt, and 48h hours later, I can say that she look verry good. This doesn't slowed her. She seems to grow faster since transplant, so all good :) So, note to myself : never try to LST when flowering started, or only verry carefully, with just littles adjustements. Things are looking really good, all the olants seem to be alright with only one or two starring to yellow... Not paying too much attention to that though. Starting to get some really interesting smells out of her and most of the Black dog crosses have gone purple... Pretty interesting. Chempie cross is just a stunning plant, making huge buds super nicely spaced out and frosting up already Stopped feeding grow at this point to try get a better Pk ratio going for kid flower and will start using minor amounts again toward the end of flower

The strain is awesome, very happy about Ak420, it's my first time growing this strain, I'm growing 3 plants of ak420 this is the pheno #1 as you guys can see and smells just like her 2 sisters, very sweet and floral aromas I cannot stop smelling those flowers, I'm super happy about this strain, would love to keep working with her💚❤️🧡 stay tuned to see how this lady performs at the end of the process! 👨‍🌾

ok so i had to make a lot of selections on which clones, and seeds would survive, Amherst Sour Diesel seeds were all garbage. All ASD went into the same soil as other clones and seedlings, ffof mixed with a light black gold starting soil. killed some slow moving clones and upped the rest. big flowering moves to come, they should have already happened, but VIPARSPECTRA HAS DELAYED MY SHIPMENT BY 3 WEEKS!!! So to say im annoyed is under phrasing things. I'm expermenting with coast of maine soil vs ffof

Queste sono praticamente 4 settimane di fioritura.. ne mancano altre 4 e spero che il tempo rimanga come ora anche se già fa molto freddo..(spero in poche piogge e giornate di sole) lei sembra resistere ai 5 gradi di notte e sembra riempirsi di resina e ha già un ottimo profumo😋

Defoliated her and fed her more guano… first time using Budswell also. It's the dry season here in the Caribbean so i keep watering her daily.

Care Bears was an awesome plant to grow, it grew fairly smaller but massive colas on the whole plants. The fruity smells that come off this plant is amazing but also has a hint of that good old dank smell, awesome purple/pinkish colours off of it . Highly recommend growing this strain is you haven’t already. Breed by: firebuds genetics

UPDATE - Thurs 4th March The week has been fine. I am going there today so you may get an update this evening. Iv been posting on TheWeedTube also so I have much more videos explaining what’s going on. Plants are looking great. I got paid today so I bought an online fan to plug into the thermostat and pull fresh air in through a duct from a cooler part of the flat. In summer it won’t be as useful but to be honest I’ll probably just duct tape the sucky end of the duct to a small ac or Friday type thing, iv not really looked into it yet. Even a hillbilly cooking system would be better than nothing. ( filling a bucket up with ice, water and salt and put the end of the duct into that so it sucks in the cold air). We’ll see! Update - Monday 8th March All is well, I just want the buds to start swelling now. I found some awesome supports in Aldi. They are metal rings that the plant weaves through and has spikes that go into the pot rather than a scrog net being fixed in place. Therefore I can still move them and drain the run off.
