Hello fellow gardners! I fucked up this week. Not sure how i managed to duplicate week10 and then remove week 11. Please forgive me and my new phone for this. W10 was not so interesting. But it sads me to say that all documentation from that week is lost. I have also noticed that i overfed them a bit this week, but they should be just fine. Starting to feel a wonderfull smell from gelato. I Will upload a full rewiev from day 1 - last day of cureing once i get the time. Ive noticed buds growing on a leaf branch, is that normal? hey guys so here is my f.b.t 6 tester coming along ok may be mutated but i will grow out another few weeks to see how forms before i scrap . temps outside here are soaring so my Aircon unit is running at full power and have started running my Aircon water through my r/o setup and adding 5ml of calcuim and magnesium supplements to each 3 gallon bucket water i produce . So far so good til next week . 😀

10/26/24 she gets thirsty thirsty. her fan leaves are damaged and messed up considering needing to reveg and fight bugs but she is very nice looking in the pistils and sugar leaves 10/30 she has a nice candy smell to her already. i sprayed all of my plants with spinosad. the spidermites seem to jump from one plant to the others if i only get some of them. she has seemed absolutely wrecked this whole grow but the qualityvis shining through 11/01/24 shes fighting fairly well. aesthetically she looks rough with thw reveg leaves and then the fan leaves dying from dehydration amongst other things. but shes really shining through all the bullshit. the biggest issue is having her veg for so long in such small pots. she was root bound in a solo cup and then a 1 gallon. if i wouldve put her in a bigger pot like 7 gallon or maybe even bigger, i think wed have a better time with keeping her soil moisture levels stable. if i dint water her daily, she struggles bad and i think its just the root to soil ratio is way off.

Hi guys,i have some news for you and of course we are celebrating 👻🎃 1)Now the lamp works at 50% plus we are testing the sunset/dawn function. In fact, it simply reduces the power by 25% two hours before turning off and the same with turning on. I don’t know what this will give us, but the understanding that we are closer to nature warms the soul☺️. 2) It turned out that all the time I pour increased psh 6.4-6.8. The point here is that I prepare the compote in advance, respectively, I also lower the psh in advance, and for some reason in my sick head I was completely confident that Plagron ph down would keep the psh at the value I needed, but I was wrong. (Now it’s worth thinking about which of us is still down). Because of this jamb, we have a couple of unpleasant things, the first and most unpleasant thing is a delay in development, as well as all sorts of dirty tricks on the sheets, which they kindly told me that I was doing something wrong. Photos are attached. 3) Changed the composition of the compote. StartUp was removed. It was replaced by the Plagron Coco a+b and Fish Force base.

Beginning of week.. Damn she is a very nitrogen sensitive bitch! I really hope she starts to thicken up some.. I think it hurt the yeild some.. Unless she thickens up nicely. It's not as bad as I've seen other nitrogen toxic plants.. With every single leaf cupped or clawing downward.. But the top leaves are pretty clawed.. And even alot of the sugar leaves throughout the plant.. Damnit.. Also, I've noticed that she is actually using up nutrients like FastBuds said.. The runoff has been coming out alot lower than it is going in.. I guess they weren't bullshitting me lol.. Blah whatever.. Damnit, I really hope I didnt fuck this up 🤦🤞🤞🤞 Almost mid week... So I'm using a Brita pitcher with filter for my tap water.. It doesn't do much lol.. Some, of course.. But I'm also using a very cheap filter in it.. Wal-Mart brand.. Which sucks.. But that is helping bring the TDS of nutrient solution down from 1000 PPM - 1100 PPM to about 850 PPM - 900 PPM.. Just regular tap water from 240 PPM - 260 PPM down to 180 PPM - 190 PPM.. Like I said.. Some.. But not much. I'm not sure if there should be any changes to the plant if the nitrogen toxicity is cleared out.. I went ahead and did a nice flush to get all that shit out of the medium.. It should have helped.. Still going to keep the FloraMicro down.. I really hope this doesnt hurt the yield or taste!!!! I'm assuming she should be close to about halfway thru flower so she should have time to recover before flushing and harvesting.. Will be updating with pics tomorrow! Oh.. And I also lowered the light to 14 inches from the canopy.. Well.. To the tallest cola lol Mid week.. She is still maintaining herself.. The trichomes are so beautiful!.. Been keeping the PPMs a bit lower than I think I should.. I think Calcium deficiency is popping back up.. I think I'm seeing some new spots pop up.. Not too bad.. And it could just be from when I was flushing a bit at the beginning of the week.. Havent changed the amount of CalMag so I imagine that's what it's from. But other than that and the nitrogen toxicity, she is doing good! Next day (Merry Christmas!🎄).. So the trichome heads are still normal (not purple like I thought).. But the trichome stems(?) are purple. So fucking gorgeous.. But I can still see that the trichome heads are clear/milky/amber.. There are already quite a few milky! Damn.. Maybe FastBuds actually means 9 - 10 weeks from seed! Lol.. The colas are starting to fatten up a bit.. So I'm happy! I really enjoy the narcotic effect so I'm gonna harvest when there are quite a bit of amber trichomes.. My Lemon Berry from ETHOS had not many amber.. And the high is very paranoid like lol.. Dont get me wrong.. I love the high.. But paranoia is definitely there lol.. So I'm trying to avoid that with this girl! Later that night... So after running a couple gallons through the Brita pitcher filter (with Wal-Mart brand filter), the TDS is coming out around 150 PPM!!! Ok.. So not bad lol.. Works MUCH better than I figured it would! NICEeEeEe... Lol.. But as for the love of my life (lol not kidding).. She is starting to swell for sure!.. Still think she's gonna be a little airy tho.. But she shouldnt yeild small! End of week.. Not seeing any new clawing.. Starting to see more spots.. I mean, they are super bad.. But there are alot throughout the girlie.. So as I've been feeding, watering, feeding, watering, etc... I've noticed the runoff PPM aren't as high as they normally would be.. This could be why the spotting is happening.. Not sure if these spots are from Calcium.. Magnesium.. Or even something else.. It's kinda hard to tell.. But honestly I'm not too concerned about them.. She is not TOO too far from harvesting.. Haven't began to flush yet.. But I think that may be happening very soon.. Maybe 1 more week of weak feedings and then 2 weeks of flushing.. I am definately seeing plenty of cloudy trichomes.. And some amber now.. I will be trying to get some pics of the trichomes next week for sure! They are so pretty! This is one finicky bitch for sure! But now that I know her issues, it should make it quite easier to avoid the same issues next time I grow her! Still very happy with this girl!... On to the next!!!...

Plants that are too far from an adequate light source will respond by accelerating stem growth in order to get closer to the lamp themselves. Especially when there are many other plants. A lack of lighting can easily cause overcrowding in a growing chamber, reducing the steady progression of your crop and the distance ratio between your bulbs and your plants. To address this problem, be sure to provide enough light to your plants to prevent stem growth. At the same time, you should not position your lights too close to your plants either since this would also result in an over-stretching of the stems and in some cases, the loss of your crop. In addition to the distance between the light source and the plant, the type of light you will use also affects the size of the stretching of your crop. The orange and red lights encourage stretching and result in thinner, larger stems. And conversely, blue light stimulates a growth of thicker stems and a smaller size. When a species is ready to enter the vegetative phase and undergo its most drastic stretching period, metal halide lamps can be used to deter far too long stems. THE HEAT Heat is another essential element that can determine the stretch size of your plants during vegetation. Temperatures above 27 degrees push the stems to lengthen more and more and will propel the potential of sativas to push as high as possible. Heat lamps that are positioned too close to plants create an intolerable environment that will grow large, soft plants that will potentially wobble until they fall and lose flowers in its fall. OTHER CAUSES OF STRETCHING There are multiple variables that can lead to the stretching of plants beyond what could normally be expected of the plant. Environmental stressors resulting from transplantation (when a plant passes from one pot to another) can cause the plant to return to shock. This will eventually trigger a reaction causing a stretch. Cannabis plants that are not grown in decent conditions or do not receive enough nutrients will respond in a variety of ways and this includes stretching. Crops that are not spaced far enough apart are likely to stretch to sting the light to other plants. Due to extreme proximity, the plants will fight among themselves to reach the light, forcing them to expand as much as possible throughout the crop. HOW TO CONTROL STRETCHING DURING FLOWERING Stretching during flowering, you guessed it, takes place when you move your plants from the vegetation stage to the flowering stage. This is a completely normal reaction, as your plants are preparing to bear the weight of their heads. Stretching of a plant at the beginning of flowering varies widely; some plants can double in height while others grow only a few centimetres. There are, however, two main variables that can give you at least an idea of how your plants are stretching during flowering, and how much. Here are these two variables: Variety: Genetics has the greatest impact on the size of your plant. In general, sativa varieties stretch more than indicas and tend to develop long, slender stems. Light: Some lights, such as HPS, are more likely to encourage stretching. In addition, great distances between your canopy and your lights will cause the plants to stretch as they try to get closer to the light source. Stretching during flowering usually lasts the first two weeks of the phase. To minimize stretching, keep your lights between 10 (for CFL) and 30 centimetres (for HID) of your canopy. Finally, choose indica varieties if you have a smaller growing space. HOW TO AVOID STRETCHING In many cases, you can expect your cannabis plants to stretch during the flowering phase. Keeping that in mind helps to make a plan in case your species ends up growing much more than you could have imagined. If the information is available, get information on the standard size of your species and compare it to the size of your growing space taking into account the necessary distances between the bulbs and the plants. TRAFFIC While outdoor crop operations benefit from natural air to naturally limit stretching, indoor crops must assume the maintenance of air circulation within a confined space. Basic ventilation is enough to help the cannabis stems strengthen and become thicker rather than too high. In this way, the plants continue to grow vigorously without reaching heights and at the same time, your tolerance ceiling. MANUAL INTERVENTION For growers who want to get their hands dirty, there are physical procedures that can be done to reduce stretching. Similar to the natural effect that the wind has on cannabis plants, manually bending the leaves and stems will cause tiny cracks in the plant's tissues that will cause the plant to focus on regenerating its wounds instead of its vertical growth. THE TOPPING Topping is a form of manual intervention on cannabis to influence its performance, shape or size. In essence, topping is a process in which a new node is cut, growing from the plant to reduce its size and create a "v"-shaped notch that will eventually form two heads. Topping may be an effective measure to combat stretching, but it is important not to do so when the flowering phase begins. In most cases, an abnormal stretch of cannabis plants will not completely destroy your crop. In fact, stretching can indeed help increase your performance. For growers with a growing operation large enough to contain tall plants, stretching can increase the total yield of a species with more vertical space for head formation. In both cases, stretching can easily be planned in advance and there are multiple solutions to help you with this problem which is all too common. It smells like my high school years. The clippings I pulled out of my pjs which is now sitting on my dresser smells fresh. Very soothing. I grew up on oil so. This evening has had me wondering how hard and how much of my plants will be needed. IF I even get there. Im hopeful. They are on their 10th day of 12/12. All six of my girls are showing white pistols. Two days before the flip they were fed veg nutes, last sat they got bloom nutes, they look good today but they have flourished a bit. I think I’ll feed them another lower dosage of bloom nutes tomorrow. I have also defoliated them a fair bit tonight. .It’s been very hard to sleep. I want the best for them. I’m trying to learn to as I can to hopefully give them that best opportunity. They haven’t stretched in these first ten days as I thought. They have stretched don’t get me wrong. Just not like people had me thinking they would. Least they had pistols at nine days. Hope all is going well with everyone’s grows!

Final days before the cut! I'm starving the plant, by adding no nutrients. The chlorophyll in the remaining fan leaves has substantially dropped. The glitterying trichomes are densely packed and mostly cloudy. By the beginning of next week, will be the day

👉The plant was 11" tall. it probably would have been 12 or more if not FIM'd. It almost doubled in its overall size and total vegetation. The FIM has all the secondary branches poking out from under the large fan leaves. I do a little tucking to help them soak up the rays. I may not have FIM'd low enough or something because the leaves that were the outside of the growth node I snipped have gotten big. They just look like they have no tips. I think I ended up with the desired FIM goal of 4 new growth tips that will be cola's. 👉I will assist the branches get maximum access to light by rotating the pot frequently, I will also either support or direct them with bamboo steaks that I will attach to the metal spikes that are attached to the hoop ground the base of the pot. Its just the top of a tomato cage turned upside down with the top hoop around the base of the pot. It fits it snugly and doesn't slip. This allows me to attach the support steaks to the outside of the pot instead of inside in the media. I didn't like having the plant inside a cage or with sticks in the way when its small. It allows me easy access to the plant, and an easy way to add the support when the plant needs it as it get bigger. 👉I switched to week 4 nutrients this week and will probably be a week behind the timeline of the nutrient chart from GH because the plant had a slow start. The pH is always targeted to 5.9, the EC for a batch is 1.54. I have learned enough in the short time Im growing to understand what each nutrient week batch can do for the plant and am fairly confident I can judge the plants growing stage to match it. The 4th week is called transition and I believe thats accurate for my plant. it hasn't declared as of today, but I am anticipating that this coming week some time. 👉The runoff has been very consistent and I only added the low EC rinse of 1.5 liter one time. I always immediately follow a low ec feeding with a regular batch of nutrient. The last two days the run-off volume has started to lessen and the EC staying only 20EC above the inflow. Ive been averaging .75l for total run-off volume following a 1.5l fertigation. Tonight's run-off was .5l and 1.74EC. The lower run-off is due to the plant having more roots and being able to drink more of the moisture. when the run-off drops below 20% of the inflow volume I will increase the total volume in 1/4l increments.

I could tell within a week of flower that she would probably be a monster. She was always given priority for space and light. When I realized that she was covering 7sqft I realized that she didn’t have enough light and I moved 3 more LED’s to her so as to not be light limited for harvest. Based on 600g/m2 I needed at least 400w for her. I managed to get almost 670g/m2!

11.8 - D50/F2 - Things with these two are swell. The massive leaf duo are on 12/12 now and separated into different tents on 11.8. I kept the smaller of the two in the 5x4 with ten other 5 gallon plants. Hoping this doesn’t lead to too much crowding, but have started to set 14” support rings to help with training. The larger one is in the 3x3 with four 3 gallon plants, including two autos that should finish well before the 9lb becomes unmanageable I mulched with Organic Maine Enriched Mulch so hopefully lose less water to evaporation, then dosed with a new product by NLS as an amendment to boost flowering. The ingredient list on this pack is amaze and you can’t even begin to imagine how it smells haha. As I’ve said before, their products “stank so good”. 11.10 - D52/F4 - All defoliated and stretching!
