10.06. - day 84 from sprout Chop chop time! Most of the trichomes were cloudy, some turned amber and some still clear. Looked like a good point to harvest. So I got everything out and chopped her. Hung the whole plant (minus some of the big fan leaves) on some gardening wire inside the tent which is around 52% RH and 23C at the moment. After that I’ll finish the trim dry. So more photos of the results will be added after drying. Weighed her for fun, she weighed in at 702g wet - including foliage and stems of course.

Harvest day - I save my harvest post for the yield results so I have one more to follow. Beautiful grow though and really impressed with the yield and results. I typically only grow indoors, this is my first full outdoor grow with a photo actually. It definitely changed how I view growing seeing the plants react outdoors. Also I’m in newly legal NY state and we would not be here today if it wasn’t for people like Jack Herer fighting for us at the most difficult times to do it. Jack was born in Buffalo, NY so this grow was a grow to pay homage to a man that led the way. This strain has also won the 2nd most cannabis cups behind only Skunk #1 a strain well deserving of the Jack Herer name.

Transplanted in the afternoon of 10/23 because they were rooting out of the pucks. Got some humidity dome cups coming tomorrow and another inline fan to handle intake to try to dial in things a bit more. Growing well as the week ends, #1 is the big guy so far, growing really well. Sprayed with Neem Oil on 10/24 Fed Light Fox Farms Blend on 10/25 Treated with NemAttack on 10/26

Buds are just packing on weight now. I’ll begin the flush sometime in the next 7 days. I’ve seen just a few amber trichomes and still a few clear, so I’ll give them a few more days. Then a 10ish day flush then chop!

Blütewoche 9 – Ernte in Sicht? Zeitraum: 17. Juli bis 24. Juli Blütetag: 56 bis 63 So langsam geht's wirklich dem Ende entgegen, die neunte Blütewoche ist rum. Ich hab mir diese Woche regelmäßig die Trichome unter die Lupe angeschaut. Einige sind noch glasig, viele schon schön milchig, und vereinzelt zeigen sich auch die bernsteinfarbenen. Es sieht also sehr vielversprechend aus, aber ich warte vielleicht noch ein bis zwei Tage, um noch etwas mehr Reife rauszuholen. Heute checke ich sie nochmal gründlich und entscheide dann, ob geerntet wird oder ob ich ihr noch ein kleines bisschen Zeit gebe. Was ich in der letzten Woche gemacht habe. Ich habe den Lichtzyklus nochmal angepasst. Vom 18. bis zum 21. Juli lief sie unter 11/13, danach hab ich auf 10/14 runtergeschaltet. Damit wollte ich ihr signalisieren, dass es Zeit wird fertig zu werden. Zusätzlich habe ich die Lampe nochmal 10 cm höher gehängt, um die Lichtintensität etwas zu reduzieren und den Stress zum Ende hin minimal zu halten. Gegossen habe ich nicht mehr. Man merkt deutlich, dass sie in der Endphase nicht mehr so viel Durst hat, das Substrat bleibt deutlich länger feucht. Etwas Sorge hat mir die Luftfeuchtigkeit gemacht. Die war wetterbedingt ein wenig erhöht, lag aber mit 56–66 % noch im vertretbaren Bereich. Die Temperaturen waren nachts bei 22–25 °C, tagsüber bei 28–30 °C, also alles im grünen Bereich. Bisher sieht alles gut aus, keine Spur von Schimmel. Jetzt steht also die finale Phase an. Die Ernte und das Trocknen. Auch das wird nochmal spannend, aber wenn das Wetter halbwegs stabil bleibt, sollte es gute Bedingungen dafür geben. Das nächste Update kommt dann nach der Ernte, wenn die Buds getrocknet sind und ich ein erstes Fazit ziehen kann. Ich freu mich drauf!

Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 5 2/2-2-8 The Cheese gals are in full flower and are stretching like crazy. At the beginning of the week, they were 7 inches tall, Wed 10 and today 2/7 they are 14 & 15 inches tall. They have doubled in height. I’ve moved the pins out to the edge of the pot. For future training, I must add some wires thru the pot holes to keep the branches lower as the outer rim is taller than the center. I reduced nutrients in the feed solution since Runtz and Pink Rozay are showing some purples/blues in the leaves. These gals are vigorous and don’t seem to mind the full strength feedings. Hopefully they won’t start showing deficiencies. I added Green Sensation this week then read the instructions said add in 4th week flower. Blue Cheese is supposed to be a 10 week flower from seed to harvest. If I wait till the 4th week, it will only be used for 2 maybe 3 weeks. Would that actually benefit the plant. So I think I will add some each time but a 25% strength. Calls for 4ml/g I will use 1ml. They are autos and I should be lowering the nutes anyway. Pinned more branches. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/5 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and Dill in the back. Drying conditions 1-12 to 12-12: Temps: 16.2 to 17.7 degrees. Humidity: 61% End results: Haze Berry #1: 23 gram trim, 17 gram small buds, 40.8 gram buds. Haze Berry #2: 20 gram trim, 12 gram small buds, 60.8 gram buds. I forgot to weigh the buds directly after trimming, so the results should be 5/10 grams more per plant. I really enjoyed this strain, it helped me stop using tabacco in my joints. The effect is strong and relaxing, with a sweet taste. With the small buds and trim i made some beautiful bubble hash!

Mrs Big B is about to have her sweet stretch to Budville so I hope I've shaped her well enough to take full advantage of the light space. If not a traditional 'Super crop' will solve any future spacing issues. Ha ha. Due to an accident in her younger days she's sort of become a triple stem after topping. I'm hoping I get something cool looking as a result. I trimmed a few lower buds that would soon be overshadowed by the canopy and not worth her effort. Weekly does of Biobizz triple nuits and tap water just to top up and irrigate. Because shes not drinking loads yet. My LST may need refining..... but we learn every mistake right?

Striding into week 8, the buds are just stacking on top of each other and I think she is going to yeild pretty big! Just trimming leaves to expose lower budsites as growth continues. She is almost too big for me to get out of my tent without snapping a branch or 2 off so the coming pictures might be not as well lit or under Burple lights :( . Sorry! I have started to reduce the amount of Grow I feed the plant and increasing my bloom nute up to 2.5m/L this week. Flowers are starting to frost up just a little bit and should see some great progression over the next week I hope! Will update with more Pictures later in the week! End of week edit: She has come out of the tent for the last time until harvest now, buds are really starting to pack on some serious weight and the branches are resting on the side of the tent, next grow I will be using a net to support the branches. Other than things going very well this week there isn;t much else to say other than, another 4 weeks seems optimistic at the moment for harvest. I think it may be 5-6 weeks, what do you guys think? The seed popped out of the soil at day 4. Day 6 she had her helmet removed with some assistance. Day 7 she shows 3 leaves, I’m guessing 1 didn’t make it do you the shell staying on too long, but this has happened before, so no worries! She will be moved to veg tent as soon as she does some stretching.

AlienZ Automatic - Greenhouse Seed Co. Day 75 - watered with 2L of RO tap water, mixed with the defined nutrients in order and then pH'd to 6.3. She's not bulking as much as I had hoped, so I've increased the Bio Heaven and Acti-Vera to boost her metabolism a bit 👌🏻 She's quite bushy, so I've removed a few fan leaves with a goal to improve light penetration and airflow 👍🏻 She's getting close to harvest now, so probably from next week I will start to reduce the nutrients in her feed, but for now I'm just going to let her grow 💪🏻

Start of week 7 day 43. All nutrients have been stopped and 1 week of finale only. The girls are packing on some weight and filling out nicely. Buds are very dense.
