Super frosty & rock hard buds💥 Delicious terps🤤 Perfect buds leaf ratio

Remove two big fan leaves blocking bud sites below it, added some LST clips to encourage branches to grow outwards a but more. Still can't get rid of the stupid downward curling leaf tips, had it since about week 2 veg I only water when soil is completely dry as you can see from time lapse videos. I have the lights exactly where they’re supposed to be and actually have them turned down a bit more than where they’re supposed to be according to my PAR meter. I guess I’ll just ride it out this way till the end and see how she goes, might increase light intensity another notch later on in the flowering stage, we’ll see. I'm averaging about 625-675 ppfd from top of the plant. I use filtered tap water through a Berkey gravity filter that removes all fluorides and other unwanted chemicals and with the Advanced Nutrients mix it balances out the PH to around 6.0-6.1 every single time, these next few waterings I'll only use plain filtered water PH to 6.0 and see if maybe its a Nitrogen toxicity which is what I suspect is causing the curling and deep dark green color.

APRIL 18TH 2024 - The 3rd batch of clones was taken yesterday and mother plants stripped back aggressively now that focus will be going toward the beds and clones. The generation 2 mom's are going to be vegged up and ready to produce our second harvest's set of clones. We have taken 3 batches of clones kept them in half gallon bags in each of the beds so we can pick the absolute best of each to transplant into the beds & proceed into the grow with. Week 7 of flower From now on they only get flawless finish from advanced nutrients.

So we're a couple weeks into flower now. I finally got my hands on a ph meter. Our water has a ph of 7.8 but with nutrients comes down to high 6s. Runoff ph was 6.3ish. I'll keep an eye on it the next few feeds and see what happens. Found a little caterpillar that had been munching on my leaves, no eggs that i could see so hopefully not a prob. Had a couple weekends where I've been away and girl has dried out a bit between waterings but she's held up under the stress ok.

Start of week 9, getting fat

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. The gelato is obviusly a strain that develop large fat colas instead of long colas, she's very resinous. The smell Is pumping out and Is like a breeze that refresh my lungs every time i open the box. She doesnt need too much water. 3 weeks to go.

Day 49 - Still giving the ladies just PH water with no nutrients trying to see if I can fix whatever is wrong with them😅 All in all the White Widow & Orange Sherbet plants I took individual pictures of are growing great & should have a pretty nice yield! Day late on the update, pics/vids were taken on time tho just been a crazy week of harvests and trimming and keeping up with these. I transplanted all of them into 1 gallon bags 4 days ago from today. @ 1.4 kPa Stretch is over I am removing leaves on bottom of plants and also removing any buds that aren't receiving light. I am always removing a few everyday instead of removing all at once to prevent stress. Also adding grow fertilizer for a while as I have feeling the leaves lost a bit color.
