P30: Smoked some Spliff Dutch Auto at night and feel a bit creative, that's what came up of photoshop and P26 & P27 photos ;). -----WEEK SUMMARY----- I don't know if this is normal in a growing stage, but Alice K. has started to lovely stink all my home, it's awesome how she's smelling without any flower or pistil on her. I can't imagine how much is she going to smell. Finally I bought some lights and a background system to learn to make dark background photos, I purchased a normal bg system @amazon with 3 x 2x3 m backgrounds and the support system, it's too big for my living room haha!, also purchased a pair of LumeCubes with all the accessories, they are super versatile lights and awesome for my needings, I'm sure that there are similar performance lights even equal, much much more cheap, but I liked these for various reasons, if anyone is interested just ask me. Along the week I didn't have much time to full test the lights, I was only able to perform some quick tests. Along the weekend I expent some more time, and something is begin to came out of my camera ;). As you can see on timelapse video, at the end of the week the plant is already fixed to the final 12 points as I told last week, and is already covering all the horizontal space available in the tent. At time I'm not going to make more prunes or toppings as I like the structure she's getting. I still feel that the horizontal branches that are going to support the plant are too slim, so I'm planning some more weeks of growing, until I see them enough strong to support themselves. This was a terrible mess. Until this week I've been watering with very high PH without knowing it. The PH meter I was using was not well calibrated and I thought so, before yesterday (Week 7) I recovered my PH tester and when I measured I was impressed because I have been watering at PH 7 ~ 8, while I thought I was using PH 5.8. Luckily, things have not going ugly, 💯 for the AK. About temperature and humidity, this is the last week of imbalance in my cultivation system since it is strongly linked to outside. As September enters, immediately the temperature and humidity stabilize itself inside my tents, so it's time to run the 90x90 one ;). This week I also applied a foliar irrigation with a bit of organic insecticide "Tec-Forte", just for prevention. I killed a white Spider 2 or 3 weeks ago and also observed som insect white spots in one leaf, after that I did 2 foliar irrigations along last weeks with B.A.C. "Plant Vitality Plus", "Foliar Spray" & "Pro Active", and I haven't seen any more sign. El fin de semana me puse un poco más a fondo y ya empieza a salir algo decente ;). Sigo teniendo la impresión de que las ramas son quizás un poco delgadas aún por lo que planeo unas cuantas semanas de crecimiento más, hasta que engorden y las vea capaces de hacer buenas colas y resistir su peso. Hasta esta semana he estado regando con el PH alto sin saberlo. El medidor de PH que usaba no estaba bien calibrado y yo creía que sí, antes de ayer (Semana 7) recuperé el mío y al medir me quedé impresionado pues he estado regando a PH 7~8, mientras yo creía estar usando PH 5.8. Menos mal que las cosas no se me han puesto feas. Con respecto a la temperatura y humedad esta es la última semana de desequilibrio en mi sistema de cultivo ya que está fuertemente ligado al exterior, ya entra Septiembre y enseguida se estabilizan la temperatura y humedad solas. Esta semana también apliqué un riego foliar con un poco de insecticida orgánico "Tec-Forte", solo por prevención. Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 5 2/2-2-8 The Cheese gals are in full flower and are stretching like crazy. At the beginning of the week, they were 7 inches tall, Wed 10 and today 2/7 they are 14 & 15 inches tall. They have doubled in height. I’ve moved the pins out to the edge of the pot. For future training, I must add some wires thru the pot holes to keep the branches lower as the outer rim is taller than the center. I reduced nutrients in the feed solution since Runtz and Pink Rozay are showing some purples/blues in the leaves. These gals are vigorous and don’t seem to mind the full strength feedings. Hopefully they won’t start showing deficiencies. I added Green Sensation this week then read the instructions said add in 4th week flower. Blue Cheese is supposed to be a 10 week flower from seed to harvest. If I wait till the 4th week, it will only be used for 2 maybe 3 weeks. Would that actually benefit the plant. So I think I will add some each time but a 25% strength. Calls for 4ml/g I will use 1ml. They are autos and I should be lowering the nutes anyway. Pinned more branches. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/5 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and Dill in the back. I was using a very cheap light at this stage which was averaging 80 ppfd which was crap. I was feeding tap water leaving it for 24 hours. At that time I was feeding them bottled water with 7.5 ph water 2 off them are bag seeds so I don’t know the gender

After the disaster with germinating the expert seeds Gorrillas, I was a bit disheartened, was so looking forward to them. But we just follow up strong by planting a Dutch Passion Skywalker Haze instead. Will be starting that diary this week, lets hope she germinates. And it looks like we might be lucky, one tiny seedling came up from the 5 expert seeds, looks like a bit of a runt now and doesnt grow as fast as the Dutch Passion Orange Hill Special. I wil put another Orange Hill in the tent if this doesnt work out. Last week was a hot week and rising temperatures inside and out of the tent, I decided to to remove the driver from the SP-3000 and put it outside of the tent. This light looks even sleeker and sexier this way. Also a dream to deinstall, 5 minutes. But my victory last week was my invention of my custom top down oscillating fan. Which comprises of a standing oscillating towerfan, hung horizontal by just making a little hole in the foot and hanging it sideways. It works like a charm. The tower has optional oscillation so I can choose to just cool the light or sway through the entire tent. Very happy with that and still very happy with the light by @MarsHydroLED, thanks so much. 2 center plants started drooping a bit half way through the week. I think it may have been from the rootball drying out and needing water since I just transplanted last week. I gave it a little bit of water around the root ball and it seemed to have responded well.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. The ladies had another great week, I got the Durban Nights, Red Hot Cookies, and Sundae Driverr's second toppings completed on day 26, and I got the second toppings done on the Green Crack and Bubble Runtz on day 27. Right now I have 4 mains on each plant, and I will top each one this week, probably in the next 3-4 days which will leave with me 8 mains. So the mainlines will be completed during week 5, and I plan to flip to flower around week 7. I will just continue with LST to try and keep all the tops level heading into flowering as to prevent any top from becoming dominant. I am still seeing a couple holes on the leaves of the Sundae Driver, but I have treated her twice with neem oil and I don't see any new holes since the last application and I can't see any bugs even with magnification. I am still not sure if it was a bug issue or just a genetic thing. Either way I am not too concerned at this point because they all seem to be very healthy. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent.
