Oct 5: Bruce is doing great. I was getting worried she wouldn’t finish in time but she’s picked up the pace and the weather is still good. Sort of. Hitting zero tonight and high of +3 C tomorrow. After that it’s sunny for two weeks with highs near 20 C. She’s turned purple the last few days and is putting on weight. 👍👍 She also broke a limb when blown over (again). Removing big fan leaves that are shading bud sites. Oct 6: she’s beautiful. Removed some large fan leaves that were shading bud. Feels weirdly warm tonight. Still using the 730 nm far red light for a few seconds at dusk as a bloom booster. Now down to just over 11 h of daylight. Oct 10: looking good this morning. Oct 11: been removing fan leaves to get as much light on the buds as possible. Sunlight is weak and low to the horizon but this month continues being unseasonably warm. We’re usually getting quite hard frosts by now but the forecast is warm for another two weeks. Some nice purple showing from the lowish overnight temps though. I just checked, and yes, it has been “extremely hot” again for the last 30 days.

Last day of the 3rd week and first day of 4th week. Plants bounced back completely from my 10 days absence, and they're praying as always when approaching correctly with Aptus nutrients. In order to prepare them for late flowering, I fed them in previous week with added Fulvic Blast. The very next feeding I gave them beneficial bacteria again with Micromix Drip, before they start receiving the highest ammount of phosphorus. Now I stop with adding any additional nitrogen (Startbooster) as they stopped stretching and they will focus their energy into flowers, so I'm implementing the Topbooster which helps our plants with sugars and brix level. Are you aware of brix and what does it means for your plants health and taste in the end product? If not, start reading and discovering, thank me later 🙏

In Woche 8 bei den BlueberryMuffins war viel los. Die Sanlight musste täglich neu auf die 40cm Abstand gehängt werden. Hier und da wurden immer mal wieder ein paar Blätter entfernt die Triebspitzen verdecken oder so dicht gewachsen waren das es zu einer schlechten Luftzirkulation gekommen wäre. Die zweite Lage vom Scrog-Netz wurde installiert. So können die gestreckten Triebe wieder etwas ordentlicher untergebracht werden und werden dazu etwas gestützt wenn es in die Blüte geht. An den Stangen vom unteren Scrog-Netz wurden noch zwei PC-Lüfter angebracht um unter dem Blätterdach für etwas Luftzirkulation zu sorgen. Den optimalen VPD zu halten war etwas schwierig bei dem Wetter zur Zeit. Die Temperaturen lagen um die 24°C und die Luftfeuchtigkeit um die 60%. Mit kurzweiligem Lüften des Raumes ging es immer mal wieder in die Richtung der angestrebten 50%. Da werden es die hoffentlich bald kälteren Tage wieder etwas angenehmer machen den VPD in den optimalen Bereich zu bekommen. _____________________________ Düngen : Gegossen wird mit Wasser das min. 24h mit einer Aquariumpumpe in einer 10L Gießkanne in Bewegung gehalten wird. Davon wird soviel genommen wie es die Ladys verlangen und mit dem einen oder anderen Zusatz versetzt. Je nach Stadium der der Ladys. Ab ungefähr Woche 5 wird mit 10% vom Topfvolumen gegossen. Das ganze wird in drei Teilen mit einem Abstand von 20-30min gegossen. Tag50 gab es für die BlueberryMuffins 1ml/L PowerRoots, 1ml/L PureZym und 1ml/L PowerBuds. Das ganze wurde auf einen ph-Wert von 6.5 gebracht. Es gab je Lady 1L in den Topf und 200ml in den Untersetzer. An Tag52 gab es 1ml/L PowerRoots, 1ml/L PowerBuds, 1ml/L PureZym, 1.5ml/L PK 5•8 und 2ml/L StickyFingers. Das ganze wurde auf einen ph-Wert von 6.5 gebracht. Jede Lady bekam 200ml in den Untersetzer und 1L in den Topf. Tag55 gab es 1ml/L PowerRoots, 1ml/L, 1ml/L PowerBuds, 2ml/L PK 5•8, 2ml/L StickyFingers und 1g/L BioEnhancer. Leicht den Überblick verloren. Wurde krank, dann viel Arbeit und keine Zeit gehabt. Die Pflanze hatte zwischendurch mal Probleme, weil ich ihr viel zu viel Wasser gegeben habe und das hat sie locker eine Woche gekostet. Egal, jetzt sieht sie fit aus und geht in die Blüte. Sie hat 1x 100 ml FertiPlus 5-1-5+ bekommen und eine hohe Dosis Pflanzengeflüster, das hat sie wieder auf Kurs gebracht. Trainiert wurde nur durch gezieltes Entlauben einzelner Sonnensegel und mit LST Clips Tag 34: Insgesamt sieht die Pflanze wieder super aus, vielleicht etwas klein fürs Alter. Heute wurde auch stark trainiert.
