Wow, what a difference a week makes! Amazing growth of new stems and foliage. Continued to do LST. She is responding well to it and increased light power to 100%. Experienced a little light burn the first day, but raised it up to 18" again. She grew a few inches and didn't raise light accordingly. Trying to manifold and spread out, hopefully filling up as much space as possible. Did some light defoliation to open up the light to the lower area.

Hi All, We are approaching harvest and will only use PHed water this week. Trichomes are mostly opaque and maybe 3-5% amber. This is my first time growing this strain so I don't know how she will finish. So I think I am going to chop part of it and leave the rest to ripen for another week. So stay tuned... ***Mid-week update*** Week 7 day 5 Made a cut and dried it for a day. Placed it under the microscope and took some photos and video. I think she has at least another week to go. I will only use Phed water this week. Maybe a molasses flush on week 7 day 7. Since this is my first time growing this strain and this is from seed so I might do a first cut and let it really mature for another week or two just to see if the bud will keep swelling up. Caught up... things are going well, Bruce stretched like crazy and has evened up its canopy to the others idk if it's that big bud in it or what. Lilac has looked a solid week and half ahead of the others since flower, she looks wicked though, trichromes are starting to build. I've done my last training, I usually go hard on thinning but I'm trying to be conservative and only uncover buds under leaves. Still same feeding routine.. looking forward to the finish line but know this is an important time with terms and trichromes beginning to resonate... I sick at this guy's but I want to get better at chronicling my grows.. so hourly I will improve in the process of Journaling.

🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. Day 71 Flower (Day 113) Today was the first day of week 11 of flower and another uneventful day. I took a couple of pics and gave the right girl 2.5 liters of pH 6.3 water. That was it. Day 72 Flower (Day 114) Yet another exciting day - open the tent, look at the trichomes, snap a pic, close the tent, repeat. The left girl is fading, but her trichomes are all cloudy. On the other hand, the right girl is hardly fading at all but shows some amber here and there. Day 73 Flower (Day 115) Today, all I did was to give each girl 2.5 liters of pH 6.3 water. Done Day 74 Flower (Day 116) Didn't do fuckall today. I'm so ready to harvest these girls. Already a solid month of overtime. I will cut in a few days I think. Amber trichomes be damned. 11 weeks of flower is enough! Day 75 Flower (Day 117) I gave the left girl 2.5 liters of pH 6.5 water today and checked the trichomes on both girls (again). That was it. Day 76 Flower (Day 118) Woohoo! I'm finally starting to see some amber trichomes here and there. The end is near! Day 77 Flower (Day 119) Today was the last day of week 11 of flower, and the grow is drawing to an end. I had a closer look at the trichomes, and they are showing enough amber to satisfy me. I think I will chop tomorrow on day 120. It's been a fun grow, and I have learned a bunch, but after over a month of overtime, I'm also ready to close down shop and have a bit of break.
