-Sensi Seeds Research: The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #12, week 4 of Flowering. The ladies are starting to smell very strong, it’s smells like living plants and fresh THC. Genetics are still doing great, no signs of weird buds formation or any signs of hermies, nothing can’t go wrong on this side now. I just need to keep an eye on the buds and under the canopy to pick up some few old dying leaves. Switching to Bloom nutrients, following Cellmax feeding recommendations, to give them everything they need at the right time with the right amount. It’s nearly the time to switch the dehumidifier on, to control RH levels to avoid any mold. Overall this was a wild grow. Had some ups and downs, trial and error, but at the end of the day I learned a lot and I’m going to keep on trying new things. Wish the solo cup challenge was still going on I totally would have won.

9/25/19 What an insane plant. I am now giving her 3 gallons of feeding every 4 days. When I defoliate the bottom, I think I stressed the plant because one of the top bud’s color changed. I know it’s not light burn because the other bud sites did not do that. Other than that I’ve dropped her feeding to 8ml/gallon from 10ml/gallon. I am seeing some nute burns as well. She’s enjoying the 4x5x8 grow tent. I have 2 x 240W COBs on and the plant is sharing along with 2 x Glueberry OG by Dutch Passion and 2 x White Widow by RQS. I deleted the other diaries because I got too lazy and was too much for me to update them. I really appreciate every one’s support on this plant. Thank you.

A little more than a week update. Two big girls are happy. Flowers are still ripening and putting on some weight finally. I don’t own a scope but it’s still early. Some males were pulled out of the smaller ones, and more from veg were put in their place. Veg box is down to three pots now. The clone, the og lemon x cupcake, and 5 more unknowns. Sprouting another round. I don’t want to put the two big girls in veg into the tent, however I will be forced to once these two big girls are done. A sad but exciting day it will be. More to come.

We've had a fairly warm week for our part of the world...I hope it holds out, I'd really like another 4 weeks....

MY WEED LOOKS LIKE WEED! It's sticky to the touch. My fingers smell like chocolate and mint and dankness after defol. The trichs are absolutely insane and the flowers are now legit buds. 😍 I know everyone that's done this before is like "... yeah that's how it works." but as this is my first time .. you know.. *fart noise* 👆 Jog on. Having a random fall heat wave this weekend but humidity is steady around 45% during lights and no more than 60% in closed tent with new outtake fan. Staying heavy on the defol to keep problem spots like leaf overlaps and light blockers at bay since the RH is still a few points above where I want it. I've also found that 16 Hour dark periods, in my personal observation with no other experience, seems to have a positive effect on the plants. A few times this week I've had plans at night and had to dark tent it early since I still don't have a timer. It's almost like my plants are fast forwarding through flower with crazy trich and full buds by start of Week 4. Little Danny on the left is way more of a classic structure with 9 long main colas along the outside and smaller sites through the middle. Big Arnold is a super stretched out net weaved nightmare of single bud sites with a 4-5 traditional colas but most of the flowers are very spread along the net, I definitely experimented more with LST on Arnold. I remember looking at them both when I got them and said "I bet little Danny will end up with a higher yield" and if those colas go Superfudge Judy Bloom on me, it just might. Seems like a tried and true method to get a better looking bud. I'd love to experiment and do some side-by-sides for future reference. Into the second week of flower and have not seen much stretch in these girls yet. All are showing pistils, I am defoliating a lot to maintain an even canopy. Girls received their first compost tea and a good top dressing of malted barley. Pistils development is continuing strong. Looking forward to some more stretching They ended their week really good, flowering is slowly getting there. Still haven’t seen much stretch from these. #2 is noticeably shorter thus far, with #1 showing the most flower development

Safe to say this is where the money shots start to happen xD. All is going well I think, Im trying to water them every day. Not a lot of maintenance needed at this stage if Im honest. There seem only to be a few little flowers under the net that i just pick off; they usually amount to nothing once dried. Hope to get these colas fat and heavy. Peace Charlie

This baby actually snuck up on me being the first of 4 plants on my patio to be ready for harvest using trichomes as my guide. It took me roughly 4 hours to take the entire plant down and wash it and get her ready for drying. A bit longer than I expected since there's a fair bit of space between the nodes and it was fairly easy to pluck fan leaves. Been very hot and dry lately... although we are expecting our first precipitation since spring on Monday so it's not a bad time to get some harvesting out of the way. It will be a few days before this stuff is dry enough to process further, but I plan to give the dry trimmer another go. After further processing we can add in some weights. September 19 > I'm surprised that it's taken this long for this baby to dry to this point - but it's been a weird week with two bouts of precipitation that we don't normally see. Slow is better - but I have a load of herb stacked up behind this. Fortunately... what we call indian summer conditions are about to prevail drying things out further. I'm surprised how tasty my initial tastes of this strain came in... normally I wouldn't even consider tasting something this young, but after initial tests I'm sure I'm a gonna like this stuff. I had to de-bud the C&C completely to make room for Northern Lights which needs to come down tomorrow... probably followed another half week by Amnesia #2, and then there is Purple Berry Kush bringing up the rear guard. Gonna be a busy next couple weeks. Started trimming on September 23 and finished the next day. Final bud weight comes in at 269 grams for one plant (9.5 ounces). The bud size is not tremendous but the yield was substantial and will keep me and my friends rolling in CBD until next summer. I would have to say this stuff did not dry as fast as I'm used to for herb that I've washed after harvest. Initial dry seems to be around 50%. Lower than I like but I was trying to dry the herb out for use with the Dry Trimmer... but I'd have to say the trimmer still isn't performing up to expectations. I used the maximum number of rotations/spins and really tried to beat the herb up but she won the fight. I still spent somewhere between 5-6 hours trimming by hand after that fight. I couldn't really wait any longer for the C&C to dry further because I have other trees coming in behind her and I need the space. The amount of shake/trim generated using the Trim Bag was about 65 grams - the amount from my hand trimming was 3x that easy. Off to wrestle with Northern Lights... Amnesia 7 comes down at dawn. Busy time of year... but what would you rather be doing...? ✊ 😬

The GG is fillin up the screen pretty nice...next few weeks will be nice...TD is growin good, started training a little early with great results already.

She grew 13cm this week. Not bad. She's looking good. Tent is a little bit too overcrowded for her at the moment but in a few days the situation will be better.
