Hi Growmies, I feel I had a root issue, may have even been root rod. So as I saw a few of the very deeply submerged roots turning brownish and decay, I decided to generously cut away the affected areas and cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide as good as I could and then properly rinsed the whole system. It seems, however, like she has started a whole new set of roots that started to submerge after I started feeding the orca from plant success (can be seen in the video below). Can highly recommend this product! She has also not show any signs of stress due the suspected root issues. Other than that she is a super pretty indica lady :) almost crazy how symmetrical she is. I have trained all main colas horizontally until the canopy had evenly opened up. Now I will let her grow towards the scrog and depending on her stretch, I will flip her at some point towards the middle or end of next week. The first week of Flower is just about in the books. A big week from the girls perspective, but relatively quiet from this growers point of view. On Sun., 5/16 The lights went out @ 8pm to kick off the first week of Flower. On Monday evening around 7pm they got 1 gallon each of the new nutrient mix Bloom A & B and I decided to raise the light up to 36". I wanted to give the ladies a reason to grow again...(I think they came thru.) No water or nutes on Tues. Wed., 5/19 they got another gallon each of nutes, but run-off was more than I expected, so I knew they were getting skipped Thurs. On Fri., 5/21 I lifted the pots again before watering to make a final decision and I was surprised that they were still kind of heavy. Well yes and no. It rained a lot this week and humidity was a b!tch to maintain. I had to buy a new dehumidifier to try and even things out because the small one that I can fit inside my tent just wasn't cutting it, even with the portable air conditioner. There were 3 days were I wasn't able to get the humidity lower that 80% before I was able to get the dehumidifier. I think they girls were stressed and didn't drink as much as they would have...anyway on Fri., 5/21 I gave them 1/3 gallon each of water, no nutes. I figured they'd drink that up and they'd be ready for big water today (Sat., 6/22) but they still felt like there was some weight in there towards the bottom 1/3, so nothing more till tomorrow. I pushed the stakes down a little bit for some LST but that's it. Again, I think it was the humidity this week that kept them from drinking. Today was really the first day all week it hasn't rained at least a little. I have the dehumidifier and the portable A/C off at the moment (after 9pm) and it's about 75 F. and 48% Hum. in the tent. Sad to say, no little balls that I can notice growing yet...but the girls did get a little growth spurt. Comparing the pics/measurements from last week to today, well, here are the numbers. I think I'm being realistically conservative. You can look at the pics and decide for yourself if where I'm measuring to is the right place. Triple Cheese last week: 15.5' this week: 18.5" White Widow last week: 14" this week: 16.5" Critical Kush last week: 16" this week: 20.5" So it looks like the ladies on the ends have taken over the Widow in the middle by a significant margin now. I think that covers everything this week. More to come next week.

During Week 9 Light defoliation on bottom canopy Added 1 heaping tbsp of GEO Bloom dry amendment 3-12.5-9 with regular PH'd water Watering every 3 days with 1/2 liter of water or more. Trying to keep soil moist without drying out. Seems to be improving the plants Plan week 10 Installing ViparSpectra XS2000 light to help with better light coverage in the 4x4 tent Going to keep RH around 45% and keeping up with airflow Planning to put in dehumidifier in upcoming week if necessary Weaning down on light defoliation at this point. Happy with how these girls are doing! Hoping the new light set up with the ViparSpectra XS2000 will make a difference in yield this far into flower. Last week of flush. The nugs are dense even though the plant is the smallest in the tent. 7 more days of flush and she's for the chop. Wish I'd have trained this plant better. 😋

Day 64, 22nd of November 2021: Hi there! Here we go..... so basically pistils are appearing stronger this is the 2nd weeks since they started producing pre flowers. The plants getting a bit light might be some air circulation problem? However they look good and of course closer to the end the gettin' older so the leaves also die. Set up and timing is the same since flower season started. ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation: 12 hours period when the lamp is on it switches 1 hour on and after one hour off mostly to keep the temperature and of course because of fresh air flow. When the lamp is off it switches on in every 2 hours for 15 min at the same time with the extraction fan. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it switches on in every 2 hours for 30 min. That's all a bit more water for them from today also. Humidity quite the same approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.

Good day. From this week my DO SI DOS starts the flowering. Look at the branches- very strong and fully covered with flowers. I defoliate the plant each 3rd day. Very healthy and strong genetic. And there are no smell yet. The plant like to drink a lot - the most dry plant everytime I open my small tent.:) I will add some PK from next week to help progress the flowering.

This is the last week before i harvest today. I gave them 1 gallon each of rain water on Wed.12/20. PPM was down to 93 after last runoff. After this entry i will harvest,wet trim and hang some and use a drying rack for the rest.Wish me well and i will update as i go along the process.

What’s up y’all!!?? Week 9 got me getting antsy I can’t lie. The trichomes are very milky white. The leaves are turning a deep green and a few of them even turning purple. This grow is in a tent with a photoperiod which has just began flowering. For that reason the light cycle is 12/12 which isn’t ideal but I gotta work with what I have. I’m not expecting a crazy amount out of this grow because of the light cycle change but I think it’s doing well for the circumstances. I’m expecting a 12 maybe even 13 week finishing on this plant. The light cycle it’s on does slowdown the flowering stage just a bit. I have some lower branches which have popcorn nuggets. It’s not much so I’m not going to worry about cutting them. Especially not this late in the flowering stage. I find myself watering / feeding every other day. Maybe every 2 days.

I'm happy to see how it has changed since I broke it with my crooked arm :D but now it looks very good :)

Flowering day 37 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The buds have developed incredibly nicely this week. The smell is getting more and more extreme :-) . The whole plant itself looks perfect 👍. The growth has slowly stopped as the full energy goes into the production of the buds. This week it was watered 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above) They were individually inspected and checked for their health. Osmosis water for the coming week was refilled in a 100 l tank 👍.
