Apr 09: Things are chuggin along, i think light may have been a factor in the brown spots, seeing similar symptoms on one of the other plants but very very minor in comparison.... I think it was too little calmag, i may have locked them out mid veg by using high concentration of nutes without watering till runoff (i now know, that is a no-go), and light stress. i have had them under 850-1050 ppfd when flipped to flower... one of them is loving the light, one is big and bushy (had to defoliate later than i wanted), and one has good bud structure but pistils seem thin, and growth seems slower (the one with the brown polkadot party on its body) so thinking it may be stunted. either way, im seeing denser buds, and im learning the ropes, thats enough for me :) Apr 12: Last feed day... Trichomes look just about ready, will do 2 runoff waterings 48hrs apart, then 24-36 hr darkness... Will try to post trichome pics.... Super excited to see the improvements from this run vs last run...!

Day 85. First Diesel down. This was the most Colourfull plant in all year, sad that it was triggered by light shock, still she was always praying, drinking water fast and loved life. Smells so fruity and fresh. Day 86. Other run pushes me to chop them earlier, but taste qualities i will get anyway, so Last to Chop is choped ;)

Hey, there peeps! Apologies for not updating my diary as I have been quite busy balancing non-plant responsibilities -.-! Anyway, we are now on day 75 since I ordered my equipment and started germinating my seed and day 71 since I placed my seedling in her first Coco pot! She is now a staggering 4 foot 2 - which was overwhelming considering this is my first grow and orginally only cleared out 2/3 of my cuboard but now it uses the whole space but she's coming along so well! I have also added a LED Grow Light Full Spectrum 50W Red COB as I wanted some extra light for the bottom half nuggests. She is very healthy (I assume from the strong healthy roots) and hasnt shown any major defects other then the initial defects i encountered in week 2-3 and slight light burn on the top cola in week 7 which was from the plant growing so quickly and touching the light, but I did then adjust the light within 2-3 hours. What do you guys think and how did she get so tall consdiering she is an auto-flower and the strain is meant to be indica domiant?

The buds are getting fat and there are plenty of bud sites and they are nice and frosty now the 2 that were lagging behind certainly aren't that far behind. I have bamboo canes ready to go in soon as the side branches are getting heavy and i don't want them to get snapped or anything now I come this far 40 days on 12/12 today Thanks for taking the time to read my update 🙏💚

Another successful harvest of this strain. However under the FC3000 light, frosty trichomes appeared like never before. I can barely wait to find out the dry weight and smoke test of this lady in 7 days.

I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. Start of week 4

This week the rain beat these girls but they are striving ...Looking forward for continued growth no water was necessary this week for sure.

Chopped one before vacation and off to dry while I'm in Ireland and the UK, leaving the other one to keep going and chopped on return.

This is the week they start to look like plants, excited to see whats to come going forward. Added a small dose of silica (before yucca!) and bumped up the ph to 6. !!! switched out old outdated mars hydro lights for a Optic 650s Slim with variable spectrum control!!! Dates range from 10/23 - current

A week in and four out of the six are ready to head to the big tent to go into their one gallon hydro buckets... I've been impressed so far with the 100% germination rate as well as the vigor in which these have taken off. The roots are well over 6 inches and they've been guzzling up this diluted nutrient solution I've started them off with.

Buds are really putting on weight! Frost is in abundance. Colas have really gained defined shape and structure. The aroma is getting intense. Full blown bloom is a wonderful thing. Just watching as the sexyness gets more defined. We have hit the major bulking phase. Do to the new phase of growth the feeding has once again changed. I added bud golem to the mix. To get every drip drop of flowering vigor this lady has to push. Really gives that extra umph for the bulking phase. Will eliminate that last bit of grow outta the mix next feed. Yesterday, I spread straw over the entire mound of soil and surrounding area to help keep the soil from drying out so fast and the watered with well water through a hose. 5/5- I'm noticing that something has taken a likening to the plant and is eating holes in her shade leaves. I went ahead and sprayed her down with Neem oil and will keep an eye out to try and determine what/who the culprit is. 5/7- Rain showers today handled the watering duties and all I did was to add some straw to a couple of bare spots on the mound. 5/9- I'm not seeing much in the way of any new damage to the leaves of the Wedding Cheesecake FF and I am continuing with the Neem oil preventative along with spreading some powdered cayenne pepper around the base of the plant to take care of any slugs that may think of trying a taste of cheesecake! There's another week gone by for this lady. The weather is getting better by the week and her growth is responding to it. The next weeks should be fun! Stay Blessed! Last final defoliation done, now buds are fully exposed to the lights and the best part, harvest trim will be easier. Still it took me around 8 h altogether to defoliate all of them. Tones of buds and frost , amazing smells. Won't rush will give it a bit more to swell.

And another week has passed and the ladies are going towards en of flowering. What I noticed the last couple of weeks is trouble keeping it stable and unstunted. The two Forbiddens and one XL all went slower. The one XL Runt in the 5 liters bigger grow bag is going full throttle and is almost done, the others are still filling out. My theories: The bigger grow bag held on to more water, the bigger grow bag kept the roots cooler, the bigger grow bag had in theory the same amount of nutes as the smaller, so the ratios could be more optimal. The bigger grow bag was nearer to the intake of cooler air and not so hot by the heat. Final theory: the bigger grow bag has better super soil regulation and is less affected by the fluctuating PH of my nute mix. For now, it is all speculation. Im considering all possibilities but I think I need to tweak my recipe for autos and always use 20 liter bags instead of 15. Still Im not complaining, they all get to a nice size and we still have some weeks of flowering to go. But the XL Rut on the left is creating fat heavy buds I wish all plants had. Nice how the smell is definately geloto on the both, the XL runtz a little more pungeant, the Forbiddens a little more fresh. This SP 3000 still delivering the goods, with the ventilation still great output, no noticeable loss of output or overheating. Look at the spring deals at www.mars-hydro.com. Getting chunky.

Reasonably happy with this week's progress but noticed some yellowing on the leafs on the strawberry tree. I noticed that none of the feeds i was using had any calcium. So i have swapped the old-timer magnesium for biobizz calmag. So i am hoping that the magnesium and calcium will combat the yellowing as the strawberry tree should be the longest flower period.
