Started the week off by swapping the girls tent for my tiny 2x2x4 and they loved the environment. Such a small space, so easy to maintain. Increased the nutrients to about 1/4 the recommended dose from Advanced Nutrients, and also increased the water to a little over 1 cup by the end of the week, the girls responded great, and perked right up. I didn’t dial up the light this week as they were in a much smaller tent, but will be moving them to my big tent , while also transplanting n the very near future. I like to move up to 2 gallon pots for the 1 transplant, then move into their final 4 or 5 gallon pot around week 6 or 7, just in time for them to settle in before flipping to flower. We have reached the second week of flowering for our beautiful photoperiod ladies of Zamnesia. Born 1 September now at day 45 amazing. ---- The general environmental conditions are good, there is always a little too much heat from next week we should have just for the resin a sharp drop in temperatures that could also give us beautiful foliage for this period. --- Our 2 Karen Kush deserve a slightly different discussion. They had a bit of difficulty in the final vegetative phase, I saw them not being very good and here is where different decisions must be made for the two plants. —— Plant 1 is still in vegetative stage in another growbox dedicated to emergencies and due to space problems. I topped the center x8 tops and I'm letting them grow. Under the center I cleaned everything except two lateral branches that I elegantly worked with a symmetrical LST that director Wes Anderson would really like. It's a plant that could easily be dedicated to Grand Budapest Hotel. Also these lateral tops were growing too much compared to the center. In fact, by taking the center's food first, whoever is at the internode below eats first, there is nothing to do and therefore these lateral underlying branches were becoming much taller and more powerful than the center. Solution? Repeated fimming to keep the lateral branches low, which are indeed widening and strengthening, but the center is reaching them to be better aligned. In my opinion it will be wonderful in the end. —— Plant 2 was cleaned of many branches that would have given useless holes and we simply sent it into flowering straight like the others, we need to photograph the main cola of the plants and making them grow straight is more or less the only way. --- Fertilization program - The fertilizers are always Plagron and I am following the table that I generated on the site depending on the chosen substrate. Create your own sheet and follow it, never be presumptuous my friend as I have been in the past, follow the sheet and look at the plants, not all need the same amount of fertilizer. We have reached the point of giving a good dose of iron in the first weeks of flowering on the advice of Plagron directly foliar and I am at the end of the second week of flowering. This was a really easy strain to grow!!! I had some personal problems while I was doing this diary!!! So didn’t update as much!! But so far this is my best one yet and best strain I have grown and the best harvest and yield I’ve had to this day!!!!

Fantastic grow. Very happy with all 3 strains, all just perfect. Super stinky, very frosty, and as always tones of buds . Now time to cut and dry.

Well another epic this week. The girls are looking very tasty indeed now! I have now harvested one plant on day 57. It was a tad early for her but she started looking pretty bad for some reason. Potentially started the flush on her a little early or could have been root rot. Either way the plant was chopped to ensure buds were saved. She weighed a cracking 550g wet, and dry was about 100g. This was the girl that was completely untouched, no defoliation etc complete virgin ;). Unfortunately the RH was high I ordered a dehumidifier but they sent me a faulty one and by time had a new one was too late some mould was starting to occur on the girls in a few places. I was over cautious and slung around 25g of buds that were near the mould just to ensure it didn’t spread to the rest of the plant. I also sped the drying up and placed in brown paper bags for last 2 days to suck the remaining moisture off after a full trim and inspection. The girls took a total of 5 days to dry and are now curing. They were a bit “hay” like in smell and taste but this was probably because of all the problems listed above. She is starting to smell much better after a couple of days of curing though so my faith is restored that the remainder of the buds may be quite good still! The last 3 girls have been going lovely, and starting to bring in some purple colours to the sugar leaves which are quite nice, all the trichomes are nice and cloudy and just starting to go amber. I will be harvesting on day 66 as this will allow me a good period of time to trim them fully into reasonable size buds and dry in my hanging net in the tent to ensure no mould problems again. For the last 3 days I have been flushing with 30L of water to ensure they are completely free of nutrients as again think this maybe another factor on the not so nice smelling/tasting buds from the first girl. I will give 2 days to fully dry the soil out bone dry before I cut them down. Happy I took her down early as it’s allowed me to ensure I have 3 good plants left and the remainder of the grow/dry/cure should go smoothly as know what I am doing now.

Just in drying but she smells strong, looks drenched in resinous crystals and I just can’t wait to get her dried and cure. Beautiful plant with nice sized buds. The smell is the strongest I’ve grown like an earthy pine smell full of crystals still curing but my tester blunt put me to sleep but not as smooth as I’d like yet so back in the jar! Full smoke report will be up after a full cure. After a 2 week cure the taste is phenomenal and old school flavour that brings back memories, earthy notes with hints of liquorice tastes a lot like a good quality hash. Nice smooth smoke that packs a punch. Definitely can’t beat the OG strains. The high creeps up on you but not to intensely and lasts hours!

Well week 12 and week 2 of flower started yesterday 8/22. Other than the clones everything is looking good. But to be fair I haven't really done much with them. They're like a bastard step child, I only kept em around out of moral obligation. Lol. J/k...sort of. Nah, just some weird bumps on a couple leaves and from what I can tell it's a copper and or zinc thing so I'm gonna get some Proactive, lol. So the mothers have definitely stretched, lol. U kno the vibes well u see the vibes lol.....extra light is going to be my best friend soon... #1 she is growing good being that she is in normal condition(is long day after all) 2 of her branches started putting on size like they want to be main stem. Trained those to promote upward grow for the lower nods and did lollipop'n. #2 grow has been amazing all branches are roughly the same lenght did lollipop'n and add some manure will do some more training in the week to come

Grew very well. Very light feeder during veg and early flowering. Very fast, from seed to harvest it took only 72 days, and she was about ready around day 65.

First grow since 2020, with around 250 grams for an outdoor which has kept me going as I'm not a big smoker. No option for outdoor this year so with summer coming to an end indoor it will be in my tin garden shed. Bit of a heat wave this week but likely to cool down by the time I plant. Then just hoping the weather gods are nice for the next 4 months. Not too hot. Not too cold...just right🙄 Soaked seeds last night and now in paper towels. Planning on 5 plants anyhow, will veg for 4 weeks and flower for 9 to 10 or whenever ready. Hoping to harvest early winter before it gets really cold. Coco coir perlite mix this time and using the whole Mills range. Should be fun anyhow. Not expecting the same rewards of my last outdoor, but anything over 100 grams I'll be happy with. Anyhow, as far as germination goes I have 5 seeds to play with. In a glass of water for 8 hours, then paper towel in a zip lock bag in a warm location, including my pocket and next to me sleeping. Within 24 hours 3 of the 5 had germinated. I have doubts that 1 of the 2 remaining will germinate at all as it's a small mongrel seed but who knows. Update...all seeds germinated even the last mongrel seed. I like keeping em warm, in bed with me, in my pocket when cold and not in bed. The last seed that I didn't think had a chance from the start popped 2 days after the rest, after I put the zip lock bag with the paper towel in my pocket for a couple of hours. 100% ain't bad that's for sure. Every time I grow I do the same thing, no u may not see this method recommended but it works for me. Last few grows I've germinated them in my underwear, while wearing of course. Nice and warm thats for sure, maybe its the fluctuation 🤣 Go on, do a google search on the underwear germination method, doubt any hits will be found 🤣

Things are really looking up this week! This girls are growing FAST! And my problems are seemingly balancing out. What I did to remedy last weeks issue was let them dry out 3 days, then watered with 6.0 ph dechlorinated water. 2 days after I amended with 4-4-4, 2-8-4, and a bit of mycorhize and have been using 6.0 ph water to bring my soil ph down from almost 7. Today on day 28 I saw first flowering on 2 of the 3 girls 😇 So I have turned my lights up to 100% and pulled them back a few inches so the girls can adjust to the light. Day 72: 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off the same with ventilation. Ferilization is the same. Water intake also remains the same 200ml per day. Humidity approx 35 percent. Day 74: I just checked the trichomes OMG this is quick one it is done getting amber I need to harvest after tomorrow. So she wont get water today tomorrow and Friday is harvest.

I provided you with a close up video of each plant and one video where i go through tent and try to focus some nice buds individually.. Flushing her for 5 days already with a mild 400 ppm solution of terpinator and mammoth. Very sweet orange / apricot / melon smell to her, not the biggest buds in the tent bud definitely with the best aroma.. I would recommend this strain to everyone who loves sweet sugary fruity smell, its insane.
