Der eine Runtz Samen war sehr sehr klein im Vergleich zu seinen Geschwistern in der Packung, wunderte mich das der überhaupt gekeimt ist. This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. Good week so far, I laid my net down , always a Nice feeling when the net goes down and I can start focusing on creating my canopy. I will start bending my branches out to fill the net space up and to create room for lower branches to get some light. I defoliated a bit and stripped the lower branches just after I took these pictures , i know there are different schools of thought surrounding defoliating so soon into flowering , but im doing hst and i like to see what I'm doing dealing with and what my branches are producing. I'm happy so far

There was a very high heat wave in my country! For the past week we had 40 ª Celsius during day time and 30ª during night time. I lowered the led potency to minimal settings and it workerd really good. The strais are the same and it is really easy to see the differences between them.

This week, there was so much rain in the area. The plants had issues with pest too, but I used Neem-Oil against the bugs and hopefully, the weather and the pest situation will get vetter next week. Nothing much to say on growth due to the weather. Height: Plant #1: 65 cm Plant #2: 89 cm Still impressed by Auto Mazar's growth, even in bad conditions. That's it for this week. 🤙🏼

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/23- Week three from seed and the second week of veg for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and she's doing surprisingly well considering the crappy weather, and being eaten like a salad by slugs and a rabbit! 5/25- The diatomaceous earth that I spread around her seems to have lessened the attacks on her leaves. I've also been spraying her down every other day with Neem Oil, and every three days with an organic insecticidal soap that I'm sure has helped as well. I watered the Papaya Sherbet today via garden hose and began to train her branches a bit as well. 5/27- The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet continues to do exceptionally well with great color and vigor, putting out new growth it seems daily. 5/29- There's three weeks on the books for this little lady and I'm looking forward to see what she'll look like in the coming weeks! I will have to top dress her soon, probably in the next few days. I haven't added any dry amendments to her since I initially amended her soil and she's a hungry girl... Hey guys! Started week #8 Day 52 Sorry for not uploading many pics these past few days ago but you get it we busy and sometimes can't do much even tho we want to! Please check on the last picture at Day 50 and compare to new picture on day 53 You will noticed many changes! We also expanded the net and modified some other lights from setup. We've been good and theyve been great Outdoors everyday and tons of lights and love so she can continue to flower :). Day 53 Fed them medium hard 1710ppm /3.79g floranova bloom Only 300ml followed by 900ml plain water Plus outdoors from 7.30am til 2.30pm Day 54 Ladies are looking good Great day great weather All day outdoors til 6pm Now under CFL til 6.30am Then back outdoors Got some videos today! Day 55 we've updated our set of lights to a new LED grow lights 600 watts plus 100 watts CFL :) Day 56 It's already rocking their bodies Rich in THC Content Look at those crystals!!!! She grows up fast and eats well. I think she's probably starting to lack micronutrients tip that starts to yellow. 😐

Hi all growers, Day 64 Last week of big bud and last two week of fertilising, then two week opf flushing for the baby. I decided to add calmag to reach a ggod ppm, and aptis regulator because olants are really stressed from the olight intensity in some spoot and i hope to make it stronger. Let's see what's happen now. Day 66 She absolutely needed calmag. I gave 0,5/1lt twice and I already can see the difference in leaves. I think I ll give 0,7/1lt next time. I broghut ppm to 950 last time. I desire 1000 ppm for last weeks of fertilising. today: with ph 7 Ppm 1150 Day 69 Today has been the last feeding day for this lady, i just checked with a micro and it looks like i ve got 15/20 days max left. So from day 71 i'll start flushing with ph controlled water at 6.2. today: -ph 7 ppm 1050 Less then 3 weeks now :) ANY SUGGESTION IS WELCOME :)

Ok week 3. I need to step away this is turning into an obsession. So I set the temp to max out at 76 degrees- the plants seem to enjoy that temp a lot more. At one point you could definitely tell the plants were maxing out on nitrates but after doing some research I found out its normal when using slow release fertilizer. Since I was overwatering my plants I’ve let them relax and start to water every three days in less amounts. I'm going to start LST tomorrow- hopefully. I purchased another LED. Optic LED had a black friday sale so I thought i’d pick up one of those…. Still kinda pricey but I’m hoping it's worth it. I guess the light arrived at my house earlier today but apparently I was sleeping so they took it back. I'll have to pick that light up later tonight. I’m going to add the new Optic LED when my plants start flowering. Till next week.

Starting week 7 in heat. What a weather ! 30°C ! But how are they pretty despite that hot temperature 💋 They are soldiers ! They will be the best of all time, they will beat that heat 💪💪💪 They will stay strong and elegant until Harvest. No one will defeat these Gorilla and Pineapple flowers. Light everywhere, excellent bio nutrients and CO2 against this dark weather. This will be the weapons of my plants. LET'S FIGHT !!!!🤝
