Feb 25 watered with nutrients, everything seems to be going fine. Had problems with some COB lights, but fixed everything today. Feb 27 got another feeding Mar 1 flushed with clean water

End of day 41 flower and will be flushing both girls on day 42 flower. Overall the buds don’t seem as fat as it should be but hopefully during the flush they should gain some weight. I took a bunch of clones so those will be going to flower soon and now I have a better understanding of how to treat these girls during the flowering stage. Also popped two Blueberry seeds so I will have a journal on that soon.

So I was very impressed with the yield for my first grow What did I learn? so I Learned the importance of LST and staying o top of it, also the importance of not letting the medium dry all the way out because it will cause Ph fluctuations. another mistake I made was that I did not switch the nutes from veg to flower, so they were not getting everything they needed at the times they needed them. The last thing is lighting, I had 1 1000w blurple led light (and that was for a 4by4) and I finally got another 1000w at about week 9 to properly fill out the tent, so I'm excited to see what I can do with both lights and next grow. I also only used GH 3 part nutes and cal mag, it did great, but I'm planning on adding in a few things next grow so stay tuned. Ak4 is growing a lot, with lots of vibrant colors, and gaining a lot of weight. On day 1 the rez is 6.2. Stretch seems to be over and buds are growing well. On day 6 the girls are bulking up and smelling great. I changed out the rez and phed to 6.1. On day 7 The rez is at 6.1 PH.

Aug 10: looking good after yesterday’s defoliation. Added malted barley and Power Bloom as top dressing. Aug 11: note that it is a bad idea to take flash pics of photoperiod plants but I do this just before I use the 730 nm far red light. Seemed to be okay doing this last year so I’ll do it a few times this year. Aug 14: watered in morning but Bruce was wilting by late afternoon. Cannabis plants perk up quickly after watering but one should avoid reaching that point. It was hotter than expected today.
